The humongous edifice of a mansion sits atop a magnicent expanse of land which on its own alone is of massive value. According to a few that have had the privilege of visiting the very hardworking, sumptuously shaped & curvaceous lady with the bedazzling eyes, who is a lover of awesome jewelry collection. Infact based on fact, very few can stand one on one with her when it comes to her wrist-watches and humongous jewelry collection that she loves the flaunt on the social media.

Her watch collection from the accounts we have heard, is the stuff that legend can be written about and spoken of, even some so called well made men would go siddon Jeje with intimidation at the value of what a woman owns, a woman in this case like Bunmi!

Back to Bunmi Olatunji''s house, not only is it said that it is stately, it is also said to be very well appointed with all the awesome, well valued, totally top notch goodies that separates boys from men, in this case, "lady from girls" and boys or even men at that. Imagine having in her garage a top of the range G Wagon, Mercedes GL550, A Hummer Jeep, just to mention a few! Someone even valued the badass house and says it is cheap at ₦400 million Naira and could have cost far more!

Still on Bunmi, according to our findings, she's probably the wealthiest Nigerian designer currently, bar none. And her eponymous fashion brand Bunmi, is home to many of our many top fashionistas, celebrities and stars, who all seem to love her brand to high heavens, especially all that Bunmi has had to conjure up for them.

TIMAYA'S ₦500 MILLION NAIRA HUMONGOUS MANSION NOW READY

We had told you a while back that TIMAYA, one of Nigeria's most prominent entertainer was busy with a project he was painstakingly working on, with his whole focus. Now we are happy to reveal again that, that labour of love that he took his time and massive effort to make happen, is now very ready.

From what we could gather, the humongous mansion set on a large expanse of land with an intimidating presence, is a one to 2 storey edifice, with a state of the art penthouse, that can rival most 5 star hotels.

When we said labour of love, we meant it to the last letter, as it is obvious that the intimidating mansion set on a large expanse of land was not rushed but everything was done with the minutest attention to detail. From the little we could gather the immense project, might have set him back by at least between ₦250 to ₦500 million Naira. Though some have exclaimed rather loudly that, that value might be a bit exaggerated, maybe a visit to the house turned home might convince that it's worth a tiny sum.

This is not Timaya's first mansion, but this one is a very special one for him though.

This building is located in one of the estates that's not too far from the 2nd ShopRite that's along the Lekki-Ajah Expressway. It's the same estate where another top musician, Tekno lives at. The new house would also house Timaya's intimidating garage (he is an avowed super car buff) where some of his awesome machines one of which is his Porsche Panamera 4S, G Wagon, Benthleys, Lexus Jeep etc would find a home.

All is set for the commissioning of the newly built world class Ikeja Bus Terminal by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode led administration. President Muhammadu Buhari will lead other top dignitaries on Thursday, March 29, 2018 to unveil the iconic infrastructure.

This iconic terminal is designed to change the face of public transportation and it will convey more than 70,000 passengers daily to over 22 destinations across the State.

The facility, which is sitting on 10,000 square metres land space is equipped with Intelligent Transport System (ITS), Fully Air-conditioned Terminal, Food Court, Shops, Toilets, ATM Gallery, Free Wi-Fi, Electronically Controlled shades, among others.

Through the ITS, intending passengers can be informed of the departure time and arrival of the next bus which allows them to plan their movement.

The facility was designed and constructed by Planet Projects, an indigenous construction firm.

Heritage Bank empowers 5, 544 pupils on financial literacy to secure economy

As part of efforts to support the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Financial Literacy Day, which marks the Global Money Week, Heritage Bank Plc empowered 5, 544 (pupils and teachers) in 11 secondary schools across the country.

The CBN’s Financial Literacy Day is a globally celebrated event to promote savings, drive Financial Inclusion, invariably gain a higher standard of life and secure the economy, which is the crux of the Bank’s financial literacy programs.

For the fifth year running, Heritage Bank has successfully commemorated the CBN Financial Literacy Day.
This year, CBN directed Heritage Bank to adopt schools in Benue, Adamawa, Jigawa, Plateau, Imo, Bayelsa and Ogun States for Financial Literacy workshop and the day afforded 5, 544 participants (teachers and students) with financial education.

The workshop was premised on the Global Money Week theme: #MoneyMattersMatter. Students and teachers were taught several concepts including;  the role and management of money, needs and wants, benefit of budgeting, spending and savings. Whilst, others include savings with a financial institution, the basics of financial education and Heritage Bank savings product for young persons (Bud Account).

Addressing some of the participants, the CEO/MD of Heritage Bank, Ifie Sekibo reiterated the importance for young Nigerians to financially and economically equipped for the development of the nation.
According to him, Nigerian youths and those around the world need to be fortified economically via financial literacy knowledge acquisition, which will foster the importance of understanding savings culture and entrepreneurship.

In line with its mission to create, preserve and transfer wealth across generations, Sekibo said Heritage Bank developed the HB Bud Savings Account to help its customers to create wealth for the children and provide them a future of financial independence.
“As a bank committed to creating, preserving and transferring wealth from one generation to the next, we have consistently maintained our position as the leading brand in financial inclusion initiatives by leveraging on CBN’s mandate to impact schools across the geopolitical zones and improve financial inclusion,” the MD reiterated.

According to him, opening a savings account for a child is one of the best ways to introduce him/her to that concept of saving at an early age.

He explained that one of the ways the bank has continued to promote savings amongst children is the introduction of “My day as a banker” which is also the Heritage Bank’s unique way of promoting financial literacy among children, which is the core of the HB Bud Savings Account, specially designed to promote savings habit among children and youths.

Meanwhile, other senior employees of the bank visited other select schools in the country as directed by the apex bank to promote financial literacy.

According to Heritage Bank, today’s children and youth should become empowered economic citizens, capable of understanding the importance of saving, and equipped with the skills to be employed and create their own livelihoods. The bank wants young people to learn to manage their money wisely. By empowering children and youth, Heritage Bank can help them create a positive wave that will expand from themselves, to their families, to entire communities and the economy at large.

One of those set to host very many to another first class wedding, (traditional wedding) come this weekend, Saturday, March 31, 2018 to be more precise, from 2pm is none other than former top banker, in fact ex-MD/CEO of the first Nigerian  bank, First Bank PLC, in the person of Mr. Stephen Olabisi Onasanya, who from being an award winning banker has now become a budding property magnate. He is the owner of "The Address Homes", a first class estate/property company, which already has under its belt about 100 units of first class, top notch, 7-stars apartments and more are still on the way. Some of these units are located inside Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The families of "Bisi and Helen Onasanya", via their first son "Damilola Tolulope Onasanya" would be joined together in traditional wedding (engagement) this Saturday with the families of "Chief Razak Tunde Lawal and that of Mrs. Florence Irona Lawal", via their beautiful daughter "Surat Oluwakemi Lawal".

If what the Onasanya's did a few years ago at the wedding of their daughter is anything to go by, then this traditional wedding is going to be awesome in all ramifications, especially as this is the wedding of their first son.

Venue of the wedding is the Landmark Event Centre, VI extension and the event would be starting at 2pm, while Reception holds at the same venue immediately after the ceremonies.

FOR JAMES ONANEFE IBORI IT'S REDEMPTION TIME!

We can bet any amount on it that even his jailers have been confounded by what has been happening since after this dude, this enigma by name Chief James ONANEFE IBORI came back from jail. We can bet that many would have thought he would have somewhat disappeared into ignominy since he came back from jail in the UK after he was convicted for sundry crimes, but even for that now, he is seeking for redress! As he has appealed his conviction!

We can bet that the word that is permanently imprinted on his spirit and mind now is redemption! We can also bet that one of his greatest song, in fact most loved by him would be none other than "Redemption Songs by Bob Marley" or even any song at all that has redemption in it.

Imagine that him leaving the jail & returning home was eagerly awaited by his people and friends! Imagine that his release was celebrated to high heavens, as a warrior just returned! Imagine that when he got back to Nigeria and landed in his hometown, in his homestead they all went into a frenzy trying to out do themselves and to show that they love him. The mass of his people came out and spoke their mind, even the men of God (god) at the occasion were not left out in eulogising him and comparing him to a saviour.

According to what we have heard continually, J.O.I is/was one generous dude, who could give out his eye for his people or friends. He has "MADE" very many and the testimonies abound, who billionaire "Eyiri Emami" is today, is by the grace of God majorly James Ibori's making. He has singlehandedly placed, positioned many people in the place/position of power. Testaments to that are the obvious all over Delta State, in all positions. He singlehandedly installed his cousin, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan as a Governor, who ruled for 8 years unobstructed. He singlehandedly from prison at that, dictated who became Governor after Uduaghan. Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa is that testament.

He is still wielding that power though more subtlely now, but the effect of it are still tremendous. That Uduaghan didn't go on to become a Senator after his tenure as Governor, might have also been through the influence of IBORI, as it was said that they fell out.

He has been here and there and everywhere since he got back for a while now and as a testament to his influence, which seemed never to have waned at all, at the weekend, while all our minds and eyes were too focused on the Dangote/Abubakar humongous 2 weeks long wedding ceremonies, the Ezi-Oyi Anioma (good friend of Anioma nation) got another great recognition from his people again. The curious thing is that IBORI is Urhobo and this title is for the whole of Ijawland! What that immediately says is that, James ONANEFE IBORI is accepted as a leader across board in the Delta, by all, be it Urhobo, Ijaw, Isoko or Itshekiri and that's quite significant!

The way it is going now, he might soon emerge again in his personal capacity, not as a strong godfather in this case, but as a political candidate, maybe to go to the senate. And that's even because the Government of the day (Federal & state) recognises very well his star power and extraordinary influence and strength! The only thing standing in his way as it is now, is the conviction which the on going appeal could wipe out.

Just at the weekend, the almighty "Ogidigbogboigbo" (which loosely translates to mean the all knowing, all powerful achiever whose words means so much. What he says he would do or does) (a sort of demi-god/deity) was installed as the "Izonfini-Owei of Ijawland", which also loosely translates to mean "The one that always speaks the truth". This honour was bestowed on him by the Pere of Akugbene-Mein Kingdom in Delta State, HRM, Stanley P. Luke, Kalanama VIII.

According to the monarch, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, was so recognised for his exemplary leadership qualities. Hear the Pere- the people of the area held the reception to honour Ibori in appreciation of the developmental strides he brought to the Akugbene town, the Ijaw nation and the entire Delta State during his 1999 to 2007 governorship tenures.

He went further to say “The people of Akugbene reminded Ibori that until he built the 612 metres long Bomadi Bridge over River Forcados, at the cost $50 Million (USD), cars had no access to the Bomadi LGA and it other 11 communities. The Bridge made possible the first road connection between the Ijaw mainland and the riverine areas.

The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, also praised the former Governor and his leader to high heavens saying - “I must thank our leader, former Governor James Ibori, who because he is a courageous and bold man, took on a project at that time that was nearly impossible for state governments to undertake.”

Thank God it has all come to a conclusion finally. At least we can now look forward to the next big thing now (sigh of relief), maybe that would take a while though. Jamil and Fatima Abubakar really took over the media on all platforms for 2 straight weeks and might have shutdown the internet as there was no one that didn't report it, from this side of the world. This surely might beaten the record already set by Banky W & wife coverage .

The curiosity to know what Africa''s wealthiest man would do really got everyone's attention. No doubt we weren't too disappointed at all. It was a fairytale start that ended on a fairytale note too. We only pray that the couple would live happily ever after, especially all of this much of scrutiny. But from their body language though, we so sure that both are totally, awesomely, madly in love with each other and we pray for the success of the marriage and for fruitfulness to abound bountifully all round.

Like we had already anticipated and predicted, it was lifestyle all the way in all ramifications. We don't think Eko Hotel Convention Centre have ever been more beautiful, as the lighting fixtures, decor, settings etc were the bomb. K Square security as they are known to do in collaboration with the real security were first class, but that should have been expected though. The groom is none other than the 1st son of the former boss of the Nigerian Police, so security would beba given and supporting that fact is that the bride is the daughter of the Richest Nigerian and adding to that is that the guests were some of the wealthiest, most connected in Nigeria and some from outside.

Guest list like already spoken about was out of unbelievable, with as many as 22 Governorsbod states serving government functionaries, past and present leaders of the nation, Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and wife, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo,  Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR, Gen (rtd) Yakubu Gowon, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Alhaji Nenadi Sambo, GCON, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu & Senator Remi Tinubu, Aremo Olusegun Osoba and Beere Derin Osoba, former 2 time Governor of Kano Rabiu Kwankwaso, former Anambra State Governor Peter  Obi, leaders & members of the House of Assembly, led by the Senate President Dr Olubukola Saraki and wife, Speaker RT Hon. Yakubu Dogara, and we saw the hilarious dancing Senators Drmola Adeleke & Dino Melaye. Supreme entertainment was provided by the king of African beats, King Sunny Ade, Davido who is Aliko Dangote's godson, the inimitable Wizkid, Timi Dakolo, DJ Jimmy Jatt & the Vintage band. All of who gave great accounts of themselves.
