No doubt it was a good wedding ceremony, after what seem like a long time, some had even speculated that the whole relationship was not approved by the groom's family, but that is now left in the realm of conjectures, as the wedding ceremony has come and gone, the white wedding was at Guiding Light Assembly, with Pastor Wale Adefarasin presiding. He is the elder brother of Pastor Paul Adefarasin of The House on the Rock fame, bride and groom have been dating for quite a while. while the groom is the scion of the Akande family fame, the dad being the famous high chief of Ibadan, multi-millionaire Chief Harry Akande, also a top chieftain of the ANPP a top party in Nigeria, the bride is notable thespian Dakore Egbuson, who has done a sizable number of home videos. From what we heard, they had tried to keep the whole wedding ceremony very quiet and just amongst a few friends and family members, but we at MM were around to cover fully the whole proceedings for your viewing pleasure. Though Dakore came a bit later than expected, that didn't take away the shine from the beautiful and well packaged event, with the groom looking very dapper in a blue suit,arriving at the church venue in a black Range Rover SUV, the beautiful bride later came in a very long,immaculate white limousine, looking fantastically gorgeous, ready for the waiting arm of her dad, who later gave her away. The groom parents were looking exquisitely sweet as they witnessed the whole event. Curiously,one would have thought that the whole Nollywood would rally round in support of their own, but the reverse was the case as many were no where near the event place, the beautiful reception later took place at KFA event place,km15,Lekki-Epe expressway, Lekki,Lagos
Even in the church there is Sharia.
