YIPEE!!!! IT'S SUSAN PETERS BIRTHDAY TODAY. CHECK OUT HER LOOKBOOK. CELEBRATES WITH THE MOTHERLESS.
It's not often that the privileged in our society remembers the less privileged. So when a role model makes an effort to do what many don't count as important, we would endeavor to celebrate such.
Susan Peters needs no special introduction, she's an actress, award-winning one at that, who also models and a UN Ambassador. Today, Wednesday, May 30, 2012 is her birthday, thank God for life and in good health at that. She and a couple of her celeb friends- would be visiting the Motherless Babies Home at Lekki on the Island, to shower them with the milk of human kindness. We love and appreciate her greatly for this. We hope many would take the cue to do same or more. We all must follow the words of the Lord, which says we should be our brother's keepers.
As part of the activities to mark the day, the gorgeous actress is coming out with her look book- a collection of all her fabulous red-carpet moments, capturing the elegance, sophistication, taste and style of the actress. Susan has paraded the red-carpet dressed in many exclusive designer wears and luxurious accessories. Her appearance is classy, posh and special. The look book is to inspire young women on how best to fit into a desired appearance and how to rock their body and assets.
The Auction
Followed by the look book is the Auction- a once-in-a-lifetime event where Susan’s beautiful red-carpet dresses would be auctioned at reduced prices for her fans and the general public. It’ll be a First in the entertainment industry in Nigeria, and Susan Peters will be known to have set a trend as a fashion inspiration in the country, and moving beyond! Susan’s fabulous wardrobe of red-carpet memorabilia will be auctioned on the 30th of May, 2012, and proceeds will be going to charity.

She tried small. You can take her out of the bush but you can't take the bush out of her.
ReplyDeletei would not buy dresses she's been wearing to red carpet events for a thousand naira!
ReplyDeletethe ones uploaded here i can consider...
LWTMB ..... I give her kudos for celebrating with less privileged but it is almost turning into a norm for all the NOLLYWOOD acts they are doing one foundation or the other. But telling me to buy off red carpet dresses that she wore to red carpets she has nothing to show for in her career is so so so absurd. Just like the first antonym said you can take the girl out of the bush but you can't take the bush out of her. With no prejudice Susan Peters is known for nothing she cant even act to save her own life

ReplyDeleteWho cares abt you and your hating SUSAN,go Siddon joorrr.
ReplyDeleteWhen you want to raise funds, come up with genuine and realistic ideas. She hasn't even paid her dues and she is over valuing her celeb status. Its not to say she isn't a good actress but she isn't yet dere. Onyeka Owenu, Sunny Ade, Joke Sylva can auction their clothes, but definitely not Susan Peters.
ReplyDeleteMy dear, it is no beef as I am one to encourage anyone pursuing their dream, but focus on improving your art form, and when the time comes, ppl will beg you to auction your clothes.
Happy birthday.

..pure ratchetness.....
ReplyDelete@Kevwe from Warri GBAM!!!
ReplyDeletei actually like the collection. but when she was buying all these dresses, what did she think she'll do with them later? she is often over dressed on red carpets, style is not always how outrageous you look, less is more most times.
ReplyDeletepls how did she get off thinking she could wear a white strapless bra under a jovani???
Hello. And Bye. Thank you very much.
