As expected of Ugoma Adegoke, the boss at Zebraliving and the convener of the annual gathering of super talented women known by all as "Woman Rising"; which is a music concert and arts weekender, packaged as a series of events with spotlight on musical and creative/artistic women, aimed as a networking platform, this year's event packaged a major punch and razzle dazzled as usual, like it has always done.

It was as colourful as expected, very fun in all ramifications, with many gorgeous and stylish ladies in attendance and a few very hunkish men in tow, to give their other halves supports, while some just came along to have good fun too, it actually delivered on all counts.

The series of events was over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday, April 8 & 9, 2017, at 2 exclusive but different venues, The Wheatbaker Hotel & Federal Palace Hotel, both on the island, Ikoyi & Victoria Island to be more precise.

There was good music in abundance, fun chit-chats, good skits/comedy as provided by the incredible Chigurl and all round great entertainment. This 2017 edition was the 7th in the series.

One of the guests at the event was PR impressario and author Toni Kan, who also is the editor-in-chief at Sabinews. Some of the others we saw were the likes of Herbert Wigwe, MD/CEO of Access Bank Plc, the hunk known and better addressed as RMD, the super talented duo of Lala Akindoju & Chigurl as compere and comedienne, Ego Boyo and very many others.

Check out the incredible pictures of the happenstance as taken by the duo of Adesokan and Anazia, below.

Kudos to the convener, the super gorgeous and good hearted Ugoma Adegoke, for another excellent event, which continues to get better and better every year. So 2018, here they come.
