DURO OLOWO SCORES HIGH WITH SPRING/SUMMER 2015 COLLECTION

Though the extraordinarily talented designer is of Nigerian heritage, we are not too sure he has ever shown any of his collection in Nigeria before.

This new collection we hear was inspired by his trip to Saint-Louis in Senegal a short while back, where he saw the intermingling of the European & African cultures as it concerns fashion. His discovery on that trip was the spark for this beautiful collection.

CHECK OUT THE DURO OLOWU/JC PENNEY COLLABORATION

The diffusion line by Duro Olowu in collaboration with JC Penney is looking fantastic.  As usual the designer with Nigerian heritage known world over as the Master of Prints didn't dissapoint at all. The look book for the diffusion line just came out and we thought to showcase the collection. Now everyone can get a Duro Olowu for themselves.

We have been a fan of Duro Olowu from the word go. And we believe he is on the roll towards greatness. Check out the collabo here.

DURO OLOWU SPRING 2013 COLLECTION

How we wished that there are more superlative expressions or words specially created to describe Duro Olowu's works. From the first time ever that we came across his works, we were immediately bought over and from that time on, we have remained mesmerized. The dude is absolutely and unquestionably talented. A creative genius in our book and we believe others would gladly agree.

We just had to show this 2013 Spring collection from the magician, who we believe brings out the best in the ladies. His choice of prints and mix of colour is just fantastic. We are also so happy, that He is African, most especially Nigerian, though based in the UK.
