DSTV is the only existing top notch digital TV station in Nigeria and truth be told they have done well and are still doing well. After the launch of their incredible DSTV explora decoder they have not rested on their oars and every other time are coming up with many innovations to keep us glued to them.
Lastnite Thursday, April 24, 2014, at the Grand Ballroom of the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos the brand launched one of the major features on the new Explora which is the their video rental services tagged Box Office (Video on demand) a very unique feature on the new decoder.
With this launch, video rental stores are going to have a big run for their money, that's because right inside your homes, offices etc you could just rent and watch any of the film of your choice with a minimal amount. At the event lastnite, we watched a couple of films like Escape, the Wolf of Wall Street & Don Juan, it was pretty exciting.
At the event to make it happen were the likes of Emem Isong, Uche Rodriguez (we totally love her outfit), Ramsey Noauh, Rukky Sanda, Uti Nwachukwu, Victor Ikpeba and many others. There was plenty of music and fun to go around.
