Isi Atagamen of IAFL Celebrates “High Street Fashion & Birthday Party”

With support from the finest spot/club/lounge in Lagos – N-Tyce and fine liquor brands Remy Martin and Laurent Perrier, fashion designer Isi Atagamen of Isi Atagamen Fashion Label (IAFL) recently hosted friends, media professionals, clients, socialites and family to her “High Street Fashion & Birthday Party” in celebration of her birthday.

The “High Street Fashion & Birthday Party” which gathered everyone both within and outside the fashion industry featured a spotlight fashion show of design pieces from IAFL collections; the pieces consisting of sharp tailored, elegantly embellished dresses featured high on every wish list of everyone in attendance.

According to the designer, the selected pieces perfectly define the IAFL style which is all about “mixing eclectic statement silhouettes with ladylike accessories and sleek separates while ensuring to set a tone for modern elegance”.

The event which started with a session of interviews by media houses had attendance notable professionals such as renowned photographer and Publisher of StyleMania magazine Kelechi Amadi-Obi, top Lagos coiffeur, Ugo Igbokwe of Make-Me Beauty Place, top model Isioma Onyebo, OAP, Kayla Oniwo of Cool FM, Music artist; Bular, Azuwuike Amadi-Obi, Adebayo Oke-Lawal amongst others.

No doubt, it was an evening of fun with friends, great music from the amazing DJ at N-Tyce Bar & Club and continuous flow of Remy Martin and Laurent Perrier.

EX-TOP MODEL ISI ATAGAMEN SERENADES WITH ATHENA

From being a top model who at a point was signed on by an agency in the U.S our delight-some ex-model Isi Atagamen has transformed and is now a designer. Her brand is known as IAFL which translates to mean Isi Atagamen Fashion Label. She recently released her new collection to very loud applaud. The collection was tagged-Athena, which was inspired by her idea of Greece, a land some have come to identify with as the cradle of civilization. Remember the gods and goddesses on Mount Olympia, where Zeus reigned supreme. 

This collection is inspired by the idea of Greece; the ancient Greek costumes, the peaceful environment and the sea of Greece. The “Athena” collection is designed for the chic, versatile, practical, sexy, and glamorous woman. Isi says. “My designs are versatile, creative and sometimes simple but with an edge. They’re basically ready to wear pieces,”

From daring cuts which are in high-grade, carefully embossed embellishment to proper asymmetric silhouette that highlight the most endearing parts of the female body, each piece in this collection builds on a theme of its own while still moulding a form of steeliness with constructive designs of capes, floral and pleats.  The “Athena” collection presents a refined autumnal palette of well-cut tailored and polished jumpsuits, origami gowns, sexy pencil skirts and silk blouses festooned with signature draping.
