It's definitely going to be lit without any shadow of doubt!!!! That's talking about top radio/media personality and Lifestyle entrepreneur (she owns her own shoe brand) GBEMI OLATERU-OLAGBEGI'S upcoming November 2018 wedding.

According to the available information, the d-date slated is Saturday, November 3, 2018.  And towards that upcoming day, she recently had a very beautiful bridal shower (hen night) that was organised for her by her very close friend, Olakunbi Tomori née Oyelese the founder/owner of April by Kunbi.

In attendance at the private party were some of GBEMI's close pals-Toke Makinwa, Fade Ogunro, Kunbi Tomori and co. The happy bride was looking very gorgeous as usual in a piece by fashion brand-Tubo. That's the fashion brand that is gradually becoming the go-to brand for the very stylish set in town. 2 of the fashion brand's most visible clients are GBEMI herself and ace thespian Rita Dominic.

Gbemi would be getting married to a media consultant (talent manager) and entrepreneur, Femisoro Ajayi, who is also said to be Falz's manager.

Still in the birthday atmosphere and the euphoria of the concomitant attention and being a smart gal, not one to let any opportunity slip by, media personality dujour "Toke Makinwa aka Tokestarr" is sure turning her "media attention & scrutiny" into gold and might be smiling home to the bank for it and we are really happy for her for that.

Even amidst all the fun, she knows that the head needs to be very well screwed on, like the old Yoruba saying goes "even while crying or shedding tears, you are still seeing very clearly", it's obvious she's doing her best to see very clearly.

So madam has added the tag of a "fashion entrepreneur" to her already well loaded resume, Vlogger, author, OAP etc!

Part of the birthday activities was the launch of her own bag Collection. And so the first in the series of the TM Tote is out and we are too sure it would sell out pretty quickly, and that's because Toke is our own version of the American reality TV princess and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner! What ever she touches seem to turn to gold raking in cool money and the evidences are there for all to see and salivate upon!

The "TM" Tote is from her "Baby Gal for Life Collection". The TM is obviously from her initials. Collection was crafted by leather brand Muji for Toke and input is said to have come from her friends Kunbi of April by Kunbi and her sister Estanola Oyelese,.......they all did well. Bag from the picture we have seen is well made and very well finished and it would most likely be well received also.

We are too sure many of Toke's friends would want to support the brand by buying at least one. 

For fashion lovers who wants to get their hands on the Croc bag, which is planned to come in 2 colours of Black and Gold, pre-order would start soon.

OMOTOKE MAKINWA CLOCKS 33. AND CELEBRATES WITH A CLASSY SHINDIG!

So one of Nigeria's top "IT" girls, "can she still be called or referred to as a gal anymore"? Clocked 33 yesterday, Friday, November 4, 2017 and to celebrate the birthday and the day, she had what was termed a "classy party", with a classy set of peeps, at the very beautiful and classy "Clear Essence Spa Place" on Alexander in Ikoyi, Lagos. 

In attendance were many of her friends, likes of Mo Abudu (much older friend), Elohor Aisien, Bolinto, Nnenna Okoye, Noble Igwe and his wife, Ebuka Obi Ochendo and his wife, Ifeoma Williams, Arese, Denola Grey, Tarmar Awobotu, Freda Francis, Tola Odunsi, Omawumi, Waje, Mr. MoashStyling, ace comedian Bovi, IK Osakioduwa who doubles as the host for the event and very many other friends and well-wishers. It was only us at MM that wasn't invited Lol!!! We don't feel any bad about it though LWKUD!!!

According to those in attendance, it was a classy party all the way and it was fun galore all through as it lasted till about 3am in the morning. It was a great selection of fun loving guests gathered together in a beautiful ambience and venue, and every other things one could add to garnish something already well packaged were done. 

Birthday gal herself was the cynosure of all eyes, as she wowed all comers in her special birthday garb/outfit a "short Balmain sequinned dress" said to have cost her somewhat near "a Million Naira", which she finished off with much aplomb in her pair of stupendously gorgeous Christian Louboutin shoes, it was Oomph raised to the power of 💯. She shimmered, shone and razzled dazzled everyone in no small way. 

Toke truly has arrived and no one, no matter status, bad bellicks or connect can stop her shine, so naysayers go hug transformers Lol. 

It has been a rollercoaster ride like year for this delectable media personality. From the pain and anguish of the irretrievable breakdown of her marriage to her former beau to the divorce, to the success of her book launch, which somewhat propelled her career to another level, to the other many successes and now to her 33rd birthday, she's gone through it all. (Her name Omotoke is a very strong Yoruba name which evokes that the child born, is a "Special One" that would be especially cared for and loved. So it's like that love radiates around her from all corners and comers. So on this special occasion of her born day, which was "November 4, 1984" her friends and associates yesterday rallied around her in good support to wish her the very best and a very happy 33rd birthday.
