We had told you all prior to the D-day that it would be one of the nuptial of the year as a Dantata was going to wed an Indimi and yes it a glorious one was in all ramifications.
What would one have expected when 2 certified billionaire families come together as one. The groom, Usman Dantata apart from the fact that the Dantatas are known to be super-rich; he is also related to the richest black man on earth, Alhaji Aliko Dangote whose mom is/was a Dantata and the Indimis on their side though also stupendously wealthy, they are also related though by marriage to the Babangidas.
The young & handsome dandy Usman Dantata took as wife, the gorgeously beautiful fairy known as Rukky Indimi. The beautiful Rukaiyah is Rahama Babangida's (Mohammed Babangida's wife) younger sibling.
The wedding Fatiha began though in a rather more subdued way at the Indimi's Mosque in Maiduguri, Borno State. The subdued nature majorly was due to the ongoing security situation still prevalent in the state. But we heard that it didn't all end there,as there was a continuation of the nuptial festivities both in Abuja, the FCT & in Kano, where the fanfare many had expected took place.
All in all, we were able to get a few pictures of the superlative nuptial for your viewing pleasure. One of those at the wedding was our own dear African Julia Roberts in the person of Genevieve Nnaji.
