Baring any last minute hitch, which might scuttle the opening of the new humongous plaza located on Fatai Arobieke Street in Lekki Phase 1 on the island. One of Nigeria's most talented fashion designer and entrepreneur, "Olamide Agunloye" would soon declare open for business the imposing "BLACK HOUSE" a beautiful commercial plaza.
According to our findings, this beautiful black building at the address above has been a labour of love that has taken all of a whole year and more, to plan, to remodel and build to taste and is nearing completion now.
It would house amongst others Olamide's fashion showroom for her brand-Iconola and another fashion brand too. It would also house an European styled, first class, open restaurant that would serve strictly "gourmet meals" by the in-house chef, in a superb ambience. It would also house a full spa, with speciality in nail arts, make up and luxury skin care. It doesn't end there at all, as there would also be offices too, like a 21st century advertising/branding firm owned by some young geniuses amongst others.

The plaza is a spacious, well appointed one storey building in a large compound that can comfortably pack close to 30 cars at a go. Building was delibrately painted jet black to get the desired attention and is on Fatai Arobieke on the immediate right as soon as you come in from Admiralty way. All of the services offered are intertwined and supportive of each other.
From the looks of things even from the outside, the place is very upscale. Though most are still operating skeletally for now as things are getting checked out to make sure everything works properly, it is said that there would be a more formal opening with all the attendant razzmatazz come December of 2017.
Olamide Agunloye is the very talented Nigerian designer behind the well known Iconola brand. She at a point relocated for several years to Abuja, the FCT where she dazzled them endlessly with her ingenuity and creativity. But she has since returned back fully to Lagos and has hit the ground running, picking up from where she left like she never even left at all before. Her design ethos has always been- clean lines, nice finishing, fantastic tailoring and exquisite designs.
Over the years in the course of business, she has also learnt her creative genes towards interior designing/decoration, where she is also said to be making loads of good marks, with some very remarkable jobs executed already on her platter.
One good thing going for the industrious and the gorgeous mother of 3 apart from her entrepreneural gifts, is that even after all of these years & 3 grown kids at that, she still looks like she's still in her 20s as she's blessed with the ageless genes, like she drinks permanently from the fountain of eternal youthfulness!
