All things being equal another addition is most definitely going to be added to the growing clan of the billionaire chairman of Zenith Bank in the person of Mr. Jim Ovia. This is because his adorable first daughter, Isioma Olowu also known as either Isio or Isi is already many months heavy or like we love to tag it, she's on the 9 months course and if our information is as accurate as we know it is, she's even in her third trimester, meaning not too long soon the new bambino would soon announce him or herself to the world, with that familiar baby cry of, "I have arrived"!

Isioma is the first daughter of the immensely liquid chairman of Zenith  Bank, in fact the bank's single highest individual shareholder, owning about 9% stake or slightly more. Before becoming the Chairman of the Bank he had founded in 1990, he was the bank's MD/CEO from inception till 2010 (that's for a straight 20 years). He is the owner of Quantum Properties, which owns and control an extraordinary portfolio of properties, he is also the proprietor of the "University of Information and Technology, Agbor, Delta", while also the founder of probably the best secondary in the South-south region by name "James Hope College", Agbor, a free co-educational secondary school. The Ovia family of Agbor are the holders of the 2nd most important traditional title in Agbor- "Obi Olihe of Agbor-Obi", second only to that of the Dein of Agbor, the traditional ruler ofor that kingdom. The title has been in the family for as long as history can remember it.

Isioma is the elder sibling of Zephia and Tito, all daughters of Mrs. Kay Ovia, the wife of Mr. Ovia who is the gorgeous CEO of Quantum Markets.

Isioma Olowu nee Ovia had gotten married to her beau, Ola Olowu, the elder bro of iLLrymz on August 24, 2013 in London at a very lavish and lush wedding ceremony, with the reception at the iconic Savoy Hotel, in London. That's going to 5 years now. This upcoming baby is her 2nd child. Her handsome husband had proposed to her at age 28, on her birthday at the Wheatbaker Hotel, several years ago in a most romantic manner, where a waiter had served her, her food covered and on opening the covered dish, she saw inside a small box at which Ola went on one knee in front of all the other clapping diners, asking for her hand in marriage, to which she gushingly said yes. Now at age 33, she's getting set to welcome her dad's newest grandchild and one of the heirs to the vast conglomerate and investments.

If we heard right, Mrs. Kay Ovia might be away for a shortwhile to help attend to her daughter and upcoming new grandchild! Congratulations in advance.

SUJIMOTO AND HIS MAD LOVE FOR TITO. IS HE ABOUT TO PROPOSE?

Sijibomi Ogundele is the bright young man that is widely referred to as the "billionaire" property tycoon, he is better known by his Japenese sounding moniker SUJIMOTO. The billionaire tag we believe is misapplied though for now, maybe in Naira if looked at critically and we have no doubt the billionaire status would actually come some day, if he continues on his path. 

Since the dude arrived on the scene a few years ago like a bolt out of the blue, dazzling all comers to no end, flashing, flossing, he has remained consistently in our consciousness since then, majorly because of his brazen attitude. He seems to understand Nigeria & Nigerians very well and knows how to wake them up to always take notice. He has spoken on several counts about his audacious dream of building, Lorenzo by Sujimoto, most probably the most lavish, most luxurious, most in your face, the tallest residential building in Ikoyi, that would boast the best amenities money could provide (fully automated). We have waited and are still waiting for that dream to at least start/materialise, but some are even claiming he hasn't yet bought the land to build that humongous edifice yet, not to talk of building it. We have no doubt that the highly focused young dude, would one day make this audacious dream a reality and that's because we believe in him. Never ever say never as nothing is impossible!

That Suji is audacious is stating the very obvious, he is very bold at that, you need to hear him talk and you would be totally taken, totally swept off your feet. He is well gifted man with extraordinary gift of the garb, that is just too irresistible and to add to it all, he is a man of style in his own way, a total package we hear you say! We prefer to call him, "the most well packaged" young man in Nigeria. Ignore him at your own peril. And he is one of Nigeria's most eligible bachelors, very ready to mingle.

Tito Ovia on the other hand is the 2nd daughter of the super rich former MD of Zenith Bank, now the chairman of the Bank, in the person of Mr. Jim Ovia. Let's try to put it properly, Tito is the adorable 2nd daughter of the single largest shareholder in Zenith Bank, one of the top 5 biggest banks in Nigeria, by any yardsticks you might want to measure it. Jim Ovia is a Forbes rated billionaire. He is not just a banker, but is also into properties, ICT. He used to own one of the best communication's brands in Nigeria before by name Visafone, which was later sold to MTN very profitably at that. Much is not really known about his daughter Tito, except that she's Jim's daughter but we presume she would be highly read and be very well educated at some ofun the bestate schools around the world.

So what's the connection between Suji and Tito? Our bird in the sky suggests that cupid has shot his arrows at the heart of the 2 younglings and has caused their hearts to dance Jigida continously. And the arrows so well deeped in love potion has mesmerised the 2, so much so that they are deeply, madly, unrepentantly in love. Is this the love, is this love, is this love, (in Bob Marley's voice) that Suji clamoured for and spoke about sometime ago? When he openly spoke about a possible sidekick, who he would give a house in Banana Island to and would also deliver with the house a machine of a car-a Rolls Royce for that matter? Maybe this is it!


Let's quote him- May I, Sijibomi find true love before Christmas. SomeOne whom I can crown with a house in Banana Island and a Rolls Royce before Christmas.

Maybe it's this Christmas (2018) that he was projecting then, when he spoke. According to our bird, "Ceteris Paribus" All things being equal" Suji might be getting set to P.R.O.P.O.S.E, so maybe a wedding massive wedding is upcoming end of the year, sometime next Year? Fingers crossed!

JIM OVIA SET TO BUILD THE BIGGEST MALL IN NIGERIA AND AFRICA

The man Jim Ovia needs no introduction whatsoever. He is one of the richest Nigerian ever, in fact he is one of the top 40 richest Africans. He is reportedly said to be worth conservatively close to a Billion dollars. With massive investments in real estate, banking, communications, recreational center etc. 

The astute business man from what we have just heard has major plans in the pipeline to increase is investments and worth incredibly in the next few years. On going as we speak is a multi-storey office building project where the former La Casa Lounge/cigar bar used to be, the imposing office building is at the Lagoon front on Ozumba Mbadiwe in-between the Civic center & Caverton Helicopter office opposite the Law School. 

According to the gist the next in line to be built on the same axis not far from one of his properties -the Civic center, is a 5-star hotel, the hotel is most likely going to be called the Lagos Marriot or Marriot Hotel, Lagos, which we hear would give all other hotels on the island and by extension Lagos a run for its money. One of the unique features of the upcoming Marriot Hotel from the gist we could gather is the super sized, super luxurious event center that would be built in it. The idea is that the Civic center is too small for some types of events, so the need to build a bigger more prestigious event venue.

The third project that we have heard that is uppermost in the heart of this great businessman and investor is the building of the biggest mall in Nigeria and most probably Africa. According to our bird in the air. This 3rd project is planned as a colossal one and it also planned to be built along the Ozumba Mbadiwe axis, where Mr. Ovia is said to own massive acres of land from where the office complex project is currently on going right now to somewhere close to where Cactus is right now, some even speculate that the landmass stretches further than we are thinking. 

All things been equal all of this projects are planned to be on ground in the next 5 years at most. See vision oooooo. Opportunity to employ thousands of people from the labour market.

As the gorgeous daughter of one of the richest men in Nigeria, Mr. Jim Ovia, founder & former MD/CEO of one of the biggest banks in Nigeria-Zenith Bank (the largest bank in Nigeria according to Forbes), his investment portfolio in some of the biggest brands in Nigeria the likes of (ZenithBank, Visafone Communications, Civic Center event, he is building a massive 5-star hotel next to his Civic center as we speak, Quantum Luxury Properties Limited, Proprietor of the University of Information & Technology in Agbor, Delta State, also founder of one of the best schools in the country- JAMES HOPE  COLLEGE, also in Delta State, a FREE co-educational high school, with an initial capacity for 420 students) is staggering. He is said to be worth about $850 million, but those in the know estimates it's more in the region of $1 billion plus.

According to Forbes Africa's Rich List, there are 11 super duper rich Nigerians, occupying strong positions. Alhaji Aliko Dangote again, remains the Numero Uno or the capo di tutti capi, which translates to mean the ''master boss or boss of all bosses'' with a net worth of $12 Billion, a $2 Billion leap from the $10.1 billion he had before. In Africa, South Africa leads with the highest number of people on the list with 12, while Nigeria has 11, Egypt has 8 and Morocco has 5.
