DUBAI BASED ONLINE MAGAZINE-THE NATIONAL UAE CONFIRMS HUSHPUPPI'S ARREST BY THE 'DUBAI POLICE' & NOT FBI OR INTERPOL!

Contrary to the wildly spread story or held belief that it was the FBI & Interpol that actually arrested famous fraudster and Instagram Celebrity with over 2 million very loyal subjects/followers, 'Ramoni Igbalode', also known as 'Raymond Abbas' but better addressed as Hushpuppi his famous moniker aka Aja 1 or IV, a known online platform based in the UAE by name 'The National' https://www.thenational.ae/uae/courts/nigerian-instagram-celebrity-hushpuppi-arrested-in-dubai-1.1034992   have instead claimed that Hushpuppi was actually arrested by the Dubai Police and is presently still undergoing interrogation at the Bur Dubai section.

The now confirmed internationally acclaimed fraudster lifestyle dude, was said to have been arrested with 12 other accomplices during the raid on June 10, 2020.

So contrary to the story that he is already in Washington DC to face major scrutiny by the FBI, maybe that has not yet happened. According to The National, they even confirmed that Hushpuppi and Co are actually wanted in the US, Europe, the UAE and Nigeria for fraud. Maybe if he doesn't get sent to the US or Europe first, he might then be extradited to Nigeria, although we doubt that for now, where we heard he has always being wanted by the famous anti graft body who he had always made a mockery of, while in his then supposed safe haven or cocoon in Dubai, the UAE.

He had always felt he was an untouchable in the Emirati, a thought he must now understand is not as accurate as he used to think.

Before his arrest the 38 year old dude who has a colossal followership (2 million plus) enjoyed life like he was in a hurry to rewrite his beginning/history and either entrench himself into the famous bungling 'Forbes Magazine', rich list or even get himself into the 'Guinness Book of World records' as the 'ultimate king spendthrift' from Africa. If ever he gets out of this, he should set up a school where he could teach most how to enjoy life to the full, just like the infamous con artist Frank Abagnale as was played by Leonardo Di Caprio in the 'Catch Me If You Can' movie.

It has been a total change of life/lifestyle for Hushpuppi since he literally hit gold a few years back in Malay and then Dubai after he had lived the hard knock life in Nigeria for a while before his soup became very sweet and palatable abroad. From life and future in Nigeria that wasn't so sure, he graduated in the space of just under a decade to become the self acclaimed "Gucci master billionaire", who was loud for the suppose and could buy just about anything that money could afford. He for a while defined the saying "money answereth all things".

According to an unconfirmed report, while he was still in Nigeria, the dude at a point was a known hustler at the famous Berlin (Lagos Island clothes market)  where he used to hustle to make ends meet. So maybe it was from there he honed his addiction for fashion. Truth be told dude can dress to a freaking fault. While the going was good for him, he defined and epitomized the "lifestyle king" to the absolute hilt.

Some are of the opinion that if for any reason he is extradited to Nigeria to face allegations of crime, that he would surely manoeuvre his way out of the issues after a lot of grandstanding by the agencies set to prosecute him. Some are even of the opinion that once a large, quite sizeable amount hits the right hand, he might just be off the hook quietly after a while.

The other thing that some have also raised is that, Hushpuppi no matter how he is viewed, might actually also be a 'small fry' in the whole game.

Yes he might have attracted a lot of attention to himself, but the main henchmen, who actually collects the major percentage of the deals they do when successful, which is between 60 to 70%, may actually be some super well placed, highly influential clandestine people up North, who are shrouded in secrecy. So some are of the opinion that when push comes to shove, he might just be left off the hook after many would have forgotten about the whole thing. But that can only happen in Nigeria.
