ACE DESIGNER & TOP RATED INTERIOR DESIGNER OLAMIDE AGUNLOYE GETTING SET TO OPEN OWN HUMONGOUS ISLAND PLAZA

Baring any last minute hitch, which might scuttle the opening of the new humongous plaza located on Fatai Arobieke Street in Lekki Phase 1 on the island. One of Nigeria's most talented fashion designer and entrepreneur, "Olamide Agunloye" would soon declare open for business the imposing "BLACK HOUSE" a beautiful commercial plaza.

According to our findings, this beautiful black building at the address above has been a labour of love that has taken all of a whole year and more, to plan, to remodel and build to taste and is nearing completion now.

It would house amongst others Olamide's fashion showroom for her brand-Iconola and another fashion brand too. It would also house an European styled, first class, open restaurant that would serve strictly "gourmet meals" by the in-house chef, in a superb ambience. It would also house a full spa, with speciality in nail arts, make up and luxury skin care. It doesn't end there at all, as there would also be offices too, like a 21st century advertising/branding firm owned by some young geniuses amongst others.

WHO IS THE FABULOUS & VERY WELL CONNECTED ANITA?

We sat in awe as we were regaled by this gorgeous lady's tale. Her name from what we know is Anita, let's leave the surname out of it. She works at a bank or better still used to work at a bank. So highly connected is this young lady, said to be either in her late 20's or very early 30's that she has made a killing from her 'connect'. 

From what we could gather, Anita lives in her own personal edifice somewhere off Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, around a particular 'home'. According to just a few who have had the privilege of entering her abode, it is class personified. The cars we hear she drives are the envy of others and not that she personally bought them, they are mostly gifts from her friends. 

Let's quote some of the gist we have heard about her- ''Anita is a very coded lady'', not one to engage in frivolities, especially because of the caliber of people she knows. She doesn't roll with friends.

''Hers is a life of total luxury'' ''She's a power broker'' ''She's freaking rich'' ''She defines being a big gal''
