For so called loud mouth billionaire businessman Jimoh Ibrahim, who has disappeared off the scene of recent, this is not the very best of season. For the man who clocked 52 years on Earth just in February of 2019 the loss of his father not too long after losing his mother to death in an unfortunate fire incidence must be one tragedy just too much to handle.
The father, a bricklayer by profession, who is estranged from his super wealthy son is said to have passed on after a brief illness, on Sunday, March 24, 2019 in the village, Igbotako in Ikale area of Ondo State just 2 months after his wife's demise in Lagos. It's been speculated that the man's death might be connected to the attendant trauma of the accidental death of his wife via the fire incidence at their son's residence at the VGC 2 months ago.
The well connected businessman who seem to have given Nigeria a wide berth for sometime now, wasn't even in attendance as his dad, Alhaji Yakubu Jimoh was buried according to Islamic rites.
May the soul of the departed find rest.
