SENATOR REMI TINUBU NOW A PASTOR AS SHE WAS ORDAINED AT THE RCCG

Lawmaker representing Lagos Central Constituency and the wife of the National Leader of the ruling APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in the person of Senator Chief Mrs. Remi Tinubu, 58 is now an ordained Pastor (Assistant Pastor) to be more precise of the Redeemed Christian Church of God better known as the RCCG. So henceforth, she can now either be addressed as a Pastor or can affix the title or tag to her name.

The Erelu Aare-Ago of Egbaland and Yeye Oba, that is King's mother of Kweme Kingdom in Badagry, Pastor Mrs. (Senator) Oluremi Tinubu, OON was one of the over 3400 that had their ordination at the on going 66th annual convention of her church. The convention is a yearly event where all RCCG members from around the world gathers. The ordination was performed by the Assistant General Overseer of the Church, Pastor Adewole Haastrup.

At the event to witness his wife's ordination was the Asiwaju himself, the Jagaban Borgu, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 

JMartins Turns Pastor at Owerri Star Music Trek 2013

He has always being known to be one of the coolest guys on the music scene. Gentleman J Martins showed his empathic nature at the Owerri trek of the on going StarMusic Trek Concert 2013 just this weekend. 

The highlife crooner brought tears to the eyes of over 70,000 fans in Owerri on Saturday June 22, as he interrupted his soulful performance, to invite Chukwudi Ejiofor a handicapped fan up to the stage.

Despite being physically challenged,Chukwudi who says he dances for a living, joined other fans for Martin’s dance competition, and he received wild cheers from the crowd.

As JMartins watched him mix acrobatics with dancing, he asked for silence as he spoke emphatically “God will restore you. I am not a pastor. I have nothing to give you but God who gives us life will restore you and restore your healing.

Overcome with emotion, JMartins left Chukwudi with a memento: his neck chain. He also took out time to take pictures with him backstage. It’s unconfirmed if he also gave him cash or exchanged contacts.

JMartins never fails to show fans different sides of his personality, yet his extremely sensitive side as an artiste and human always come through while performing.
