Now that robbers are using taxify/Uber how do we ensure our security and safety?

Innovation and technology are great and fantastic, they bring ease and helps to ensure safety/security too in many ways. Unlike how it used to obtain before when the regular types of taxis used to reign supreme and because of how important they thought they were used to act like the lords of the manor, most often outrightly rude and uncompromising, especially with their dirty and not necessarily in great shape cabs. But with the advent of Uber and Taxify and others like them, their wings (that's talking about the regular taxis) were clipped. At least now they try to be on their best behaviour.knowing now that the customer is king.

Now one part of the reason why these newer, more efficient, more innovative means of transport and movement were eagerly embraced and adopted, which is safety and security has now become a growing source of concern and it is worrying and something should quickly be done, before it becomes something far more alarming. Reason for the noise now about safety and security is because, things in Nigeria are like trends or fads, once it is done and someone is successful at it, it readily becomes the norm and it is adopted and others would just readily adopt or copy same and it becomes the in-thing, the vogue. Just like pure water.

The safety of the passengers that takes this rides needs to be the most important thing and it must not be compromised in the slightest. Apparently a few days back, a lady ordered or better still requested for one of these rides and then she was robbed in a dastardly manner by the driver of the ride, who inflicted injury on the very dazed lady as she was left bleeding profusely from her head, that's after all her belongings were stolen from her and she was abandoned on the road!!! It took an innocent God-sent passerby, who was kind enough to stop and rescue her by rushing her to Reddington Hospital to forestall, what could have turned more worse as the dazed lady who couldn't talk was obviously in shock and bleeding.

What if the evil driver had driven her to a secluded spot and raped and killed her? What if he had been a kidnapper? What if he was a member of a ritualist gang? What if???? Many ifs that needs good answers!!!!

How do we ensure our own safety & security in the face of technology and innovation? What can be done, or should we do to act as a deterrent???

How can young girls or should we say young, highly impressionable demons of seductions just go on rampage like this??? To be tagged a wanton, a loose girl or overly available is what many ladies, women, young girls do not ever want for themselves no matter how much they love to be bedded or how much they enjoy the game, but to now begin to boasts so openly and so outrightly, especially on platforms that have very huge audiences/followership and that could even get to members of your family etc and not caring about the repercussions, takes the cake and says a lot about the people and what the society is gradually becoming or turning to.

Imagine a young lady saying she owes no one no tight pus$&? Another even claims that she is an Olosho, a street slang for a prostitute. Another one says that she can f#@k anything!!!! One claims that bedmatics is her hobby and was game for 3 some for as low as N5000!!!  Imagine the names they even gave themselves-- Surulere, Ikorodu, Ketu Pus$¥!!! Then another called herself iCloud Pus$¥!!!

One says she can do (fu€¥) anyone doable, even her own dad. Imagine our total shock and utter disbelief when we truly tried the contact nos on the post and the number actually existed and the name actually came out as Nofisat Olobo iCloud truly!!!!!

It's the type of story that you can only hear about on that popular radio or is it also on local TV titled Nkan'be meaning -Strange Happenings or Strange occurrences. So this story is actually stranger than fiction!!!! But it is actually true!!!

The types of things people would do, the length that some people would go. How far down some people are willing walk, all just in order to have wealth (riches), influence and power, just so they would be celebrated or be popular or for recognition at all cost for a period of time, is totally unbelievable!!! For many nothing whatsoever and we mean absolutely nothing, is off limit. And like the Yorubas would say "Whatever it would take, is what we would give it", even if they have to go to the  very extreme, engaging in the dark arts, going into extreme diabolism. Mennnn!!!!!

This our dude is not a small boy by any means. He is very well known, especially all over the country for that matter, reason been that he is very loud. He likes to believe he is very smart, but some things or decisions he had taken sometime back made him a laughing stock, just for the fun of it though.

He likes to believe he is a leader of his people. Some have greatly complained that his time in charge has not really benefited the people he is supposed to lead. Please don't look at the SW at all in your thought about unraveling this mystery, but it's not like, that such things don't happen there too though.

This particular dude is a 'megalomaniac par excellence', one that is suffering from an overdose of Napoleonic tendencies! To him he is a gift of nature to his people and they must by force recognize it. He even believes that he has a right to the actual throne itself and to that he can never ever get to. So what's the problem with him?

DR. IBE KACHUKWU POOH-POOH'S ALLEGATION OF FALSIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES

Dr. Emmanuel Ibe KACHIKWU. 

It had gone viral all of yesterday that the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu had been economical with the truth about the grade of one of his results/certificates, specifically the one that he graduated from the UNN with First Class honours degree in Law.

Many had thought that why would he have claimed to have gotten a First Class when he in actual fact had gotten a Second Class Upper honours, though he was the best graduand in his class. The brilliant oil and gas expert whose resume is as staggering as they come as thought to respond very matter of factly to the allegations.

My attention has been drawn to a publication on an online medium Premium Times with a title “FACT-CHECK: Document shows Kachikwu lied about graduating with First Class in Law”. In the publication the writer alleged that I, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu misrepresented information about obtaining a First Class Degree from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka, citing a presentation done at Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Abuja.
I would like to categorically state the following facts;

1. That my official CV and resume is in the public domain and has been submitted to various levels of Government and Parastatals. Also the document clearly states that Dr. Kachikwu obtained a “Second Class Honours (Upper Division) degree” from the Faculty of Law in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I graduated as best student in 1978. In addition, no First Class Honours were awarded by UNN that year. However, I was on the list for best graduands with Second Class Upper Honours for that year. At no time have I misled the Nigerian public or my colleagues in believing otherwise.

2. On the presentation I made at the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) cited by Premium Times, the substance of the assertions was to the effect that I had a first class performance in school and was emphasizing on the need for hard work amongst youths to get them to the top of their game.

3. To give credence to the statements made during that presentation, I was the best graduating student in the Nigerian Law School in the year 1979 (the first in class) with multiple prizes (winning 5 out of all 7 prizes given). In 1979, the Nigerian Law School had not begun a process of classifying its certificates. That begun many years later. However best graduands have subsequently now been classified in the First Class category by the Law School.
My results in Harvard University, which is captured in my CV correctly states that I was a Distinction graduate for the Master’s degree programme (First in Class) at Harvard University and I went on to obtain my SJD in a record time of one and a half years.

4. I have worked at the highest level of the Oil and Gas industry globally for over 3 decades and indeed lectured at respectable global institutions like University of Ife, Nigerian Law School and Harvard Law School.

5. Since my appointment three years ago, first as Group Managing Director (GMD) of NNPC Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, then as GMD/ Honourable Minister of State, and now as Honourable Minister of State, Petroleum Resources, championed the change agenda in the Petroleum sector and changed the narrative on performance in the sector.

Who truly really is Babajide Olusola SANWOOLU??

Some have already started addressing him and calling him the Governor-in-waiting!!! Would that tag be right or wrong? What could have given those his many supporters and growing admirers such audacious confidence in the face of the mountaineous and supremely difficult task ahead?

Why does the very seemingly quiet man evoke such firm and totally unflinching loyalty and backing? What is his pedigree? Of what stock is he made of or made from? It takes a man of mettle, very strong mettle at that, with strong tenacity of purpose and great mental prowess to engage a sitting Governor with strong arsenal at his disposal in a battle of wits! Especially a Governor of the caliber of Akinwunmi Ambode!

So who is this man whose name in the last 2 weeks has become the recurring decimal, such that people have been wondering aloud that? Who is Babajide Olusola SANWOOLU?

Infact who is this person that all the powers that be in Lagos political powerhouse are queuing decisively behind and are willing to stick out their necks for, so brazenly and so openly, no matter whose ox is gored? Infact so willing to utterly discard the one who normally they should be clamouring for and supporting implicitly and explicitly, doing a 360 degrees, full circle turnaway from and now shifting all, infact everything away from and towards another!!! Na wa oooo!!!!!

So the whole party machinery, we mean everyone that has weight have all shifted their allegiance from Ambode and straight to Babajide Olusola SANWO-OLU, in an unprecedented act that has left everyone's mouth totally agape. A total wonder, tantamount to removing the ladder after one had climbed up the hill or mountain!!!! Is it a statement powerfully stating, without flinching that one must never bite the hand (s) that fed you?

If all can be summarised out quite succinctly, is it best to state rather clearly and unemotionally that--"AMBODE IS A Goner!!! " atleast as far as it concerns getting the APC party ticket for a 2nd term! But can the dead bone not rise again, with more vigor and far more strength??? There are still days ahead though, some are still saying quietly but very firmly that anything can still happen! But can it? Especially with how far things have gone!!!! We don't know if surprises of the most unbelievable kind can still spring up again though?

So let's talk about Babajide Olusola SANWO-OLU. Let's talk about this most powerful queen in the game of chess, who is the current MD/CEO of the LSPDC, that is Lagos State Property Development Corporation, a post he has held since 2016. The family man was born 53 years ago. Holds a Bsc. Surveying and MBA, from the University of Lagos. An alumnus of Kennedy School of Government, USA, also London School of Business and Lagos Business School. Was a Special Adviser on Corporate Matters to the former Deputy Governor of Lagos, Mr. Femi Pedro. SA to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, when he was the Governor of Lagos State. Commissioner for Budget & Planning-saddled with the onerous responsibility of preparing the annual budget of such a state as Lagos State. Then under the administration of BRF he handled the portfolio of Commerce & Industry from 2007 till 2011. Then BRF moved him in 2011 to Establishments, Training & Pensions.

He at a time supervised the BPE (bureau of public enterprises) privitization projects. Worked on the concession of the National Arts Theatre, Lagos International Trade Fair Complex. Worked on the acquisition of Ikoyi Hotels Limited. He is a former Banker, having honed his skills at Lead Merchant Bank, where he held a very important position. He then moved to UBA, where he was a Senior Manager and Head of Foreign Money Market, then he moved on to First Inland Bank (Now a part FCMB), where he became a DGM, a divisional head. A corporate financial advisor to many multinational companies. He owns his own group of companies under the holding-Baywatch Group Limited.

He was the pioneer chairman of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, which he built up from the scratch. He also built the Control and Command Center in ALAUSA, and he established the LAGBUS system in 2006. 

THE LAGOS INTRIGUES!!! HOW WOULD IT FINALLY PAN OUT? AMBODE, SANWOOLU, OTEDOLA!!! WHAT MORE???

A few years back, not too long after the beginning of the administration of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode began, a self-styled prophet who is based in the US released a couple of his predictions or should we say prophecies and one of the major ones was when he said categorically then that Akinwunmi Ambode was only going to do a term (1 term) as Governor of Lagos State!!! It was a most shocking revelation. It is even now more shocking in the aftermath of many of the things that the action Governor of the state of excellence has done and is still doing.

Many had thought that double AA's 2nd term in office, to consolidate the 1st term would have been a given, but alas, it's obvious for all to see that there's fire on the mountain. Believe it or not, we can reliably tell you matter of factly that there is really fire on the mountain!!!

The question on the minds of many, especially many of those who knew how the Asiwaju fought tooth and nail to make sure that Ambode emerged as the then candidate of the APC, before becoming the Governor, is now what could have gone so terribly  wrong, so fast? Why would a supposed golden boy with the seeming midas touch, be discarded so fast, without looking back? What seriously could have gone wrong? What could the Governor have done to warrant this sort of abandonment half way?

Ambode according to history was one of those who made sure that Lagos, during the regime of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Governor of Lagos then, when Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR was the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria wasn't brought to her knees. It was at that time that the Nigerian President, intentional starved the most prosperous state in Nigeria of her legitimate entitlement, just in order to break the back of the state then and it took the ingenuity of the administration in Lagos then, with the active participation of Akinwunmi Ambode then to scale through and overcome those dark days. So because of that, the relationship between Asiwaju and Ambode, was well cemented from then on.

That the Asiwaju insisted and made sure he became the preferred candidate of the APC then, was seen by many as a payback, for being a good son in whom Asiwaju was well pleased. So despite the fight put up by the opposition as expected, Ambode won and things were looking bright for a while, especially after the initial misstep, the man who was well prepared for Governance, having climbed up from the lowest rung now to the peak, began to make his mark on all areas. Security, Infrastructural development, Finances etc were areas that were touched and not in a small way at all.

No State Government in the history of Nigeria has ever invested the colossal amount that Ambode has expended on making things work in Lagos! Though there's still so much to be done, but nonetheless it can be seen by all that he has tried so far!

But the 1st signs of trouble started to show head soon after, when he supposedly decided to rearrange a few things. The normal way things have always worked in Lagos is for the Governor to govern, taking care of administrative matters while leaving the politics to those who would look after that. Atleast that supposedly was the arrangement when BRF was on the seat. The formular has always been that there are those, like the foot soldiers who do all the works during the election periods and then afterwards, when all things have been done and dusted and the objectives achieved, then during the tenure or term, those who made things happen would be patronised or compensated!

The idea is that, not all of the people can be accommodated in the administration, but that others too, those who would be more in large numbers would be given things to do from whence they too can earn money and their patronage would be seen to be recognized and appreciated.

One of those things that was supposedly a no go area was the PSP issue, which had to do with Waste management and collection, the minute development was brought face to face with politics cracks began! According to our findings, this was one of the ways by which many were patronised and compensated. Those involved apparently invested much into this business and then, development, technology was brought in and bingo!!!! Trouble started.

Another sector that apparently also brought about some issues was Transportation. The minute innovation and technology was brought in, it meant some lords were going to be massively affected. Some people were even angered that instead of a spread to reach as many as possible, one person was given the contract to supply all!

Another issue that was raised or that raised eyebrows, or that was said to have brought about issues was said to have been assessability. It is claimed that suddenly many people especially party people couldn't reach the Governor anymore. It was like he was no cocooned and only his own people had access to him and that it was even only those his own people, that were smiling! What they actually meant that things weren't how the used to be. It is claimed that the largesse was now just in a very small circle alone!

Imagine also there's the claim that even the large majority of those in ALAUSA with him, who used to smile a lot before have had major scowls on their faces, reason been that the former rain had since dropped and it's like a drought had replaced it.

All of the above and some others are said to be why things have changed and some are swearing that double AA might just do only one term and that's just it.

We can tell you also authoritatively that the boss of LSPDC, Mr. Jide Sanwoolu is not backing down and many are already hailing him as the alternative Governor to be! His home in lkoyi from what we hear has been a buzz of activities, since he declared his intention to run. Jide Sanwoolu has been involved one way or the other in Governance since the administration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Governor of Lagos State. He is viewed as someone with the requisite experience and expertise and most especially, he is seen as quite assessible! And for those thinking that a planned rally has been deactivated and called off, please do not believe that LIE!!!

We have our ears glued to the ground and we have dispatched our roving birds to make sure to monitor things and have their antennas out and as we hear things, we promise to let you all know. We can tell you categorically though also that, there was a meeting between the godfather and his somewhat estranged son very very recently and things were supposedly thrashed and a "fantastic handshake" happened, was that enough to stop the blitzkrieg? Maybe that and the supposed and the supposed influence and intervention of the overall boss can change things again, to let sleeping dog lie. But as it is now.

So according to the gist we are privy to, all the recent showings looking the bomb and flashing good skin might have the reasons why !!!

So a good bird, with ears to the ground wella whispered into our ears very confidently, in fact the bird was cock sure, just too sure about it that our favorite in your face "celebrity babe" who is gradually "Glowing" confidently to the bank with so much activities nowadays, recently had her body remolded, a slight upgrade that wasn't supposed to be too prominent. Just be as near natural as possible!!!! According to the intel, the areas that were touched up were the bum (yansh like we call it here), the boobs (them manchesters) and the stomach and maybe the hip too, just to make it slighty rounder and in proportion to the bum-bum touched up, a la pull up to my bumper. .

What was actually done according to the privileged information at our disposal is a procedure called "fat transfer". Which is that fat was removed from around the stomach and then they were added to the places that needed it to bulk those parts up and were molded. And because what was done was not actually an extensive kind of procedure, in a day or 2 you are already up and about, showing off the magic touch which you can even ascribe to proper weight loss in the right areas, not as a procedure done.

So we had been very curious  wanting to know why them nipples were straining to bust out powerfully and show face, we had wondered why the showcase and deliberate display, now we seem to have gotten the answer. Hmmmmmmm No wonder those melons were standing at attention, peeking through with gusto and saluting with unbridled, unrestrained and unrestricted vigor and oomph the Queen (Charlie's mom) inna the London Town.

All in all, all that we can say is that the job done, seem to have quadruple our lady's value to the stratospheric levels. Theo Ukpaa until a few days back was a top staff at Linda Ikeji Media Organisation, in fact he was the Head of Programmes. By virtue of his position, he was a man of influence at the organisation and he was said to have been very good at his job, having hone his skill around, before pitching his tent with Linda. But alas, under the so called cover of a hardworking, highly resourceful and passionate gentleman, supposedly hides a sinister vice, he has been accused by several of being a serial rapist!!!!

According to the story, not only has he being accused of been a rapist, but he is accused as been a repeat or serial rapist! He was recently outed by one of those he allegedly raped and in the course of that, there is the speculation that there are others too, who might also be victims and could come out soon too.

As at the time of this particular write up, "the alleged offender" is still on his honeymoon with his wife, he had gotten married just of recent. Him and his wife are on holiday, who we believe if she's heard about the whole matter already must be thoroughly shocked to her bones by it all!!!! How can one, who only just got married, expecting to live life happily ever after atleast for the next several months, cope with this kind of terrible and shocking situation?

That's the case Theo and his new wife would have to deal with for now. From a honeymoon, it is most likely that it might have become a bitter or sour sun already now, with this kind of allegation hanging over him.

And so in order not to be seen to be shielding the perpetrator of such dastardly offence though not yet convicted by any law, the very pregnant boss of the dude after having red the horrific ordeal of the victim, has wielded the big hammer from the USA, where she is currently counting the days to dropping her bouncing baby. We are too sure she must have felt rather bad about the whole situation, as it involved a women like her and Infact a young girl then, when it happened. Some had 1st raised the alarm at before, believing that Linda might have been shielding Theo, but apparently not until after reading the heart rending tale of the serial rape as recounted by the victim, then she was compelled as a woman to act.

If the law is brought into the situation and the allegations are proven, then Theo most definitely must be in trouble and would have to feel the full weight of the law or something.

It such a sad situation all round though. Imagine that the victim Emilia Samuel was actually 16 years old, when the offence commenced and she was compelled to out her rapist, when she saw the pictures of his wedding!!!! The lady who is now said to be married with 2 kids, must have summoned extraordinary courage to be able open up about being raped and even revealing her person for all to know. 

TOP ENTERTAINERS-TEKNO, FLAVOUR, GORDONS AND BAND MEMBERS ESCAPES PLANE CRASH..

Ace comedian and entertainer was full of praise to God and asked others to help thank GOD also, as he announced how he, Flavour, Tekno, their band members & others escaped what could have ended as a plane crash (air accident) today!!!!

Full of emotions and in a voice laden with gratitude to God, the comic extraordinaire, explained how after just 8 minutes into their flight from Lagos enroute Accra, Ghana the pilot jolted them when he announced that their flight had developed fault mid air and they had to turn back to Lagos! According to him, as they were coming back to Lagos, it suddenly dawned on him that, that might be the end! But even in the dire situation, they all were hopeful and prayerful and God intervened and what could have been a sure plane crash was averted and they landed safely and were even able to make their flight back to Ghana.

So Gordons was asking that everyone, should for the love of  God help thank the Almighty on his behalf.

We are more than happy to oblige and to show immeasurable gratitude to a wonderful God, not only for Gordons, but for all the lives that were apparently saved from what could have turned into a monumental national disaster in the twinkling of an eye. Just imagine Gordons, Tekno, Flavour very impressive trio, all in the prime of their careers, so also their crew (band members) and even others on that same flight!!!

We wouldn't hear an evil report in God's nameoooooo!

THE LATEST ON THE SAYAVETH INTERIOR MADAM & HER MARRIAGE

Whosoever or whomsoever it is that she has angered or gotten angry, be it an individual or a group, even if a community or several communities combined or just gathering, maybe she needs to go appease them or something and that's because we do not really understand why people are so eager to discuss her and her business in the negative like it is been done! Imagine that we were somewhere and her topic was on the front burner and the eagerness to whitewash her was totally unbelievable?

The attention on her and everything she does is to say the least, staggering and unprecedented. It's like some have been eagerly awaiting and marking the days to say shockingly, didn't we tell you all that it could never last!

To look at it well and dispassionately at thaf, maybe also she is/was the architect of whatsoever misfortune she's facing or might be facing right now, and that's because she it was, of her own freewill invited the world into what should have been her private affair, her very own a private life! But for want of needless notoriety, which never helps anyone and for reasons beyond one's  comprehension; she inexplicably involved the general public to come have a view and scrutinise her private life. She was the director, producer and star in her own film production all by herself. So like some have posited, "as you lay your bed, so also you would lie on it too", so she's already laying comfortably on this bug infested one all by herself noe. If her world had been incognito, very private, maybe what some are considering as a misfortune or shame now. What would have been totally off the radar, that she could have licked her wound in the inner recess of her privacy without any unnecessary audiences and all would have been well, after a short while, is now a public spectacle! Shocking to say the least! That's if all they are claiming is true!

So the unconfirmed story is that the wedding that led to a marriage that was so celebrated just a year ago, with so much pomp and pageantry has hit the rock! Can that actually be true? It is said that the boat having met unbelievably tumultuous  and unforgiving winds may have capsized irretrievably! How can that be so quickly? Primate Elijah Babatunde AYODELE of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church is a most renowned seer. Reason for his popularity is majorly because of the perceived uncanny accuracy of his prophecies/predictions.

He very recently came out again like he usually does with some new prophecies/predictions that would have gotten many to really sit up.

*Rashidi Ladoja will not be Oyo Governor again. He should perish the ambition.

*APC will use technical rigging in 2019 elections. I see INEC & Police being used by the ruling party in 2019 to get what I call "technical rigging".

*Nurtw will be scrapped.

Northern states will form one party after Buhari's tenure. We are going to see a strictly Northern party, a strong, regional party by the Northerners.

*Buhari's 2nd time is very dicey.
*VP Osinbajo will be used and dumped.

*I see a fight between the APC Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and the party's board of trustees.

*In Osun state, victory is between APC, PDP & ADP. But I see APC winning if it puts its house in order.

*In the nearest future, a party will take over, and there will be no PDP or APC.

*Democrats will win next election in America. President Donald Trump will survive impeachment but will not get a 2nd term. He will be technically defeated.

*I see Texas in America being recognized as an independent state in 2038.

*If PDP wants to win, let them give Saraki the presidential ticket.

*I see new billionaire businessmen emerging in Nigeria while the likes of Dangote and Otedola will fizzle out.

*I don't see Ladi Adebutu realizing his political ambition in PDP.

*Likewise, Adebayo Adelabu will not be given Governorship ticket in Oyo State. He is just wasting his time and energy. I see pride killing his political ambition.

*Amaju Pinnick's time at NFF is over.

*Ambode should be careful not to fight Tinubu after winning a 2nd term in 2019. I see him winning.

*There will be no Lagos State in some years from now because Lagos State will be divided into 2 different states.

*I foresee Kwara State becoming a political mecca for other parts of Nigeria and it will he rich in rice production and cattle rearing. Kwara State will also discover Petrol, tin and gold in Large quantity.

*I see Ekiti, Ibadan and Ondo producing food for the whole country in the nearest future.

*I see Solomon Yayi returning to the senate.

SHOCK, DISBELIEF, ANGER AS N800 MILLION NAIRA MUSIC HOUSE OWNED BY YINKA AYEFELE IS DEMOLISHED BY THE OYO STATE GOVERNMENT TODAY!

 

Sequel to the threat of demolition given to the Music House where the Ibadan based Radio station-Fresh FM owned by top musician Yinka Ayefele is located, by the Oyo State Government, the state Government today, Sunday, August 19, 2018 have made good their threat to the shock, disbelief and chagrin of all.

Many had thought that with the public outcry that had followed the letter of threat and with the cry made by the owner that he had gotten the right approvals, that an amicable solution could have been worked out. But alas! That didn't happen, only for onlookers and staff members of the station to watch in utter shock and total disbelief as bulldozers arrived following the orders of government to do their job.

Famous musician and owner of the property, said to be worth a whooping 800 million Naira, YINKA AYEFELE watched in perplexity at the building he had invested a great deal of money in, that had been demolished. Many eyewitnesses (onlookers) also gathered at the Challenge Ibadan Area, where the building named "Music House" is located, to watch in shock and absolute incredulity as the demolition went on.

For those who do not know, Istanbul Turkey is the middle point between Europe and Asia, while it is a fantastic place for business people who do not want to go as far as China, it is also a very, quite exotic at that, holiday spot too. In fact the 2 very distinct cultures of Europe and Asia meet inside the state, so it's like having the best of both worlds in just one place.
