The beautiful countdown has already begun and 2020 is going to be a good and big year in the household of the Tinubus. And we are talking about in Seyi and Layal Tinubu's household and by extension that of Seyi's dad, in the person of the great Asiwaju himself, the Jagaban Borgu, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is the national leader of the ruling party, the APC. Seyi's gorgeous mom Mrs. Olubunmi Sola Oshonaike had a fantastic 60th birthday celebration late last year that was a talk of the town event.

The unlimited joy would also be extending to the household of Layal's parent too, that's talking about Mrs. Nkechi Holm and her handsome husband, as their beautiful daughter Layal, who looks like her gorgeous mom's younger sister, is presently on the 9 months course, meaning she's heavily pregnant. And all things being equal, she should drop her bambino, her 2nd one for that matter, long before the middle of this year-2020.

Between the couple, they already have an adorable daughter they fondly call Noella, who the whole extended family dotes on so adoringly. 'Amira Titilayo Noella Rose Simisola Ashabi Tinubu', that's her full name, would be 3 this year by June 2nd, to be more precise, as she was born on June 2, 2017 in London. Her more favorite name Noella is actually derived from Noel which means Christmas and is therefore actually given to those born around the Christmas season, but her parents might have just fallen so in love with the name and decided to give her that, even as she's a June born and therefore born under the Zodiac sigh Gemini, represented by the twin.

Seyi who is presently the CEO & President of Loatsad Promomedia and the founder of Noella Foundation, named after his daughter got married to his supremely beautiful wife, the then Layal J. Holm who now owns Tots Toys, in Lagos at the Oba of Lagos palace at a court wedding on August 8, 2015 meaning he and his wife would be celebrating their 5th (half a decade) wedding anniversary in August of 2020. He and the wife with loads of friends and family members later had the beautiful white wedding at picturesque Villa Erba, Lake Como, Italy on August 10, 2016. 

ANOTHER FEATHER ADDED AS OLUSEYI TINUBU BUYS SIM SHAGAYA'S E-MOTION MAKING LOATSAD PROMO THE BIGGEST OUTDOOR BRAND IN LAGOS

Many do not actually know that the scion of the burgeoning and powerful & far reaching political empire of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the person of 'Oluseyi Afolabi Tinubu' is one of the most hardworking &'amp; relentless young men in this town.

How that this dude, a father of one-Noella, who is married to the delightsomely gorgeous and stunning Layla Jade Tinubu who is the founder & CEO of Tot Toys, finds time to rest at all, is something that forever baffles all those that know him well. As at late as between 2am to 3am most often, you can still find him at his office with his strategy team, brain storming and discussing on the next steps to take and what next to do in his quest to conquer the world. For him, nothing at all, compares to hardwork and he is ever willing to give it all it takes to see the result of hardwork and determination and most especially focus.

When he started Loatsad Promomedia with his bosom friend and partner, Derenle not too long ago, about 6 years ago, a company which has since grown to become the growing behemoth it has become now and in fact the undisputed market leader in their sector, many didn't give them that thought, that they would get here. But slowly, gradually, one step at a time and in the space of time, they are who they are now.

Just last week, with their acquisition of the brand E-motion, a company that was established as far back as 2005, and that was one of the top brands in outdoor advertising in Nigeria, the Loatsad Promomedia brand via that announced herself officially without any contention as the 'numero uno nonpareil', in the outdoor advertising sector of Nigeria.

Loatsad before that acquisition was already a multi-million Naira valued company owning giant electronic/LED boards, best of its kind found at some of the most strategic locations of Lagos. 2 in and out atop the 2 toll gates on Lekki-Epe Expressway; 3 boards by the bridge next to the Law School on Victoria Island; a 4-faced one by the Lekki Millennium Bridge - Alexander Road, Ikoyi junction; a massive one along the International Airport road and other types of boards, lampposts on some other major roads too.

All of these assets raking in hundreds of millions, in fact growing to a billion Naira. With E-motion now on board, it's another level of operation now, another stream/channel of good money coming in, most likely taking Loatsad on to the next super highway level, far away from all their competitors in the market.

Incidentally, E-MOTION was founded and owned by the same genius that was the brain behind Konga, the top Nigerian online  market, in the person of Sim Shagaya, who is also a top honcho at Jumia. The terms of agreement on this acquisition states that the former founder Sim, would remain as a director at E-motion. But we aren't too sure yet now though, if E-motion would remain as E-Motion, an affiliate of Loatsad or that it would be totally subsumed into Loatsad and with Sim becoming a director in the newer entity now formed. Before E-motion there had been some other strategic alliance with such international brands like Shazam and Air Push. Don't we don't know for sure if they are still on board.

Anyways, congratulations to Seyi on this new progress. Kudos!!!!

How a grandma can look this awesomely gorgeous is just a trip beyond imagination.

The super gorgeous and supremely stylish mother of Layal Tinubu, that's Seyi Tinubu's super pretty wife, by name Nkechi Holm would rival any young lady half her age any day and anytime!

Here in the above picture, she's with her supremely beautiful grandchild from Layal and Seyi, by name Noella Amira Rose Titilayo Tinubu.

Seyi Tinubu needs no introduction whatsoever. He is petrolhead MD/CEO of Loatsad Promomedia and the son of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National leader of the ruling party the APC, and like he is also referred to as, the Emeritus Governor of the State of Aquatic Excellence, known to all as Lagos State, many also refer to ASIWAJU by a title, Olowo Eko.

SEYI & LAYAL TINUBU MARKS 1ST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Champagnes🍾 are popping, birds are chirping excitedly and singing sonorous "love tunes"; the robin birds and the nightingales are in consonant raising the tunes singing like Stevie Wonder "For your love, I would do anything, just to see the smile upon your face, for your love I would go anywhere"....  , even the thunder had to add his melodious baritone, in gorgeous melody.

The stars are in array, blinking stupendously,  shining so brightly in supreme ecstasy, just as "cupid" itself has gone totally gaga, "shooting uncountable arrows of love" hitting the target with much aplomb and gorgeous frenzy, in celebration of this gorgeous duo.

So it's "just" only one glorious year..... Just a year???? And it's like it's already a lovely decade, like it's already forever (in the voice of the incredible Luther Vandross) as these gorgeous couple, lovebirds of the most incredible kind marks their 1st anniversary together as man and woman. By that we mean as husband and wife!

Just like yesterday, sometime last year in August 2016, a day and date that would remain indelible in the hearts of the couple, in the idyllic, picturesque and romantic Lake Como, at the Villa Erba a 19th century Villa in Milano Italy, was when the once, "man about town", in the person of Seyi Afolabi Tinubu on bended knees, took as wife, the supremely gorgeous and magnificently intelligent former Miss Layal Holm as his wife, till forever and ever.

It has been a rollercoaster of wonderfully positive emotions ever since then and they have been blessed with a baby girl by name "Noella Amira Rose Titilayo Asabi Simisola Tinubu", to add to their untainted joy and love.

To mark the day, the very love swept Seyi we heard from our usual bird "🐦" in the sky, is likely to go to the moon and other planets and back, to show his avowed, unprecedented and selfless appreciation to the woman he has always openly announced and acknowledged to the world as his best friend and number 1 partner bar none.

So totally into each other are this couple, that Seyi "literally" worships the ground that the "gobsmarkingly" beautiful Layal walks on, and she in return dotes on him so very much like her very energy/lifeforce comes from him.

Both are truly the "epitome of being truly entwined and being in sync, spirit, soul and body.

If we can correctly predict, Seyi being a "hopeless romantic that he is", would most certainly serenade his wife to the heavens and back and we can bet, there would be the exchange of "gorgeous" gifts. Maybe this would be the day, that another joy would be made, wink! Wink!!

Yes Layal and gorgeous daughter Noella are finally in town, so it- the celebration is going to be done hear in Lagos, Nigeria, maybe some candlelight she-bangs etc!!!

We would just love to say a vert big/massive congratulations to the cool couple, who makes love look so "totally uncomplicated and comfortable".

ELATED NEW DADDY, SEYI TINUBU CELEBRATES DAUGHTER'S BIRTH WITH NEW MACHINES

It has been elation galore since the birth of Seyi Tinubu's gorgeous little angel. Daddy and mommy have been besides themselves in unbridled joy, so also their own parents on both sides. Layal's mom a first time grandmother is radiating in bliss and joy at the birth of grandchild.

We hear that the great Jagaban, the politico of renowned repute, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his wife Senator Oluremi Tinubu, have been thoroughly estatic as they have welcomed their new granddaughter, who would be named in 8 days, meaning on Friday, June 10, 2017. Mother and daughter are in great health and bonding perfectly according to our findings.

The elated new father, who only just welcomed his baby daughter from what we hear has just taken delivery of 2 humongous state of the art machines to celebrate his wife and gorgeous daughter.

Seyi Tinubu's sumptuously gorgeous wife, Layal Tinubu after hiding very well her tummy and that she underwent the compulsory 9 months course, has finally put to bed and the new born, is as gorgeous as the mom, a very healthy bouncing baby princess. So it's not only the Tinubu's that are on cloud 9, so also is the elder sister lookalike mom of Layal, Mrs. Holm who has just wrlcomed her first ever grandchild!!!

Sincerely what else would one have expected from the most visible son of the famous Jagaban Borgu, in the person of  Seyi Tinubu?

The son of the amiable Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a top chieftain of the APC, showed that he had arrived on the scene with his one of a kind wedding that took place in Nigeria and extended to Lake Como, in Milan, Italy last year (2016), when he took as his partner for life, the delightsome and highly cerebral former Miss Layal Jade Holm now Tinubu.

Since that eventful nuptial, which had the creme of the society in attendance, though it was by far a much muted ceremony than what was expected by many, due to the fact that the parents especially that of Seyi being very high ranking members of the ruling APC party, didn't want to be seen as being ostentatious in the midst of the economic downturn in Nigeria, so they decided to tone down on everything. A quick and impromptu engagement/traditional wedding took place, before the white wedding which was done abroad, with only a "few" in attendance. The few here means just about a hundred (100) people!

The son of the Governor Emeritus of the state of aquatic excellence, better known to all as Lagos, who is also the National Leader of the reigning party in Nigeria (the APC), the one and only Jagaban of Borgu, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; took matters into his hands when he decided to cast away the tag of the ultimate ladies man by presenting a ring to his jewel of inestimable value.
