Wow! This guy made my wedding cakes years back.
I've to reschedule my time to make it to this exhibition.
It'll be nice to pose there as an early client.
wow.......he has aged ooooo. he made my wedding cake in 2003, good to see you again
plss how did the cake taste cuz he is gifted in craftmanship no doubt but the cakes r always dry...dont no maybe becos its wedding cakes becos hes normal cakes taste good
@lolo uno, my wedding cake tasted and smelt real good. That was more than 10 years ago...
Wedding cakes can be dry so they last longer.
Don't like dry wedding cakes. I like them moist with crushed raisins. You don't eat the bits but the raisin taste is there. The freezer sorts out the longevity. But as a lover of cake by the year after mine was all gone. His craftsmanship is spot on though.
maybe the key is to bake ur own cake and let him decorate it. The carribean folks do that a lot.
