BISOLA TOKAN'S 2ND TIME AROUND.

Just incase you haven't been seeing her at soirees, shindigs and the likes or that you have noticed her absence from the scene, it's not for any other reason than the fact that Bisola Tokan (nee Dejonwo) is in her 3rd trimester for her 2nd baby. 


The very quiet eldest daughter of Wosilat Seriki and niece of top Nigerian Industrialist Chief Razak Akanni Okoya is on the 9 months course again and she would rather be very quiet about it. From our little findings, not too long soon, we should be hearing the joyful cries of the new born baby. 

In her absence her businesses especially the Bakery, which she has made a good success of in a short-while is doing very well. With headquarters at Lagos Island, and branches on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi & Ikota and more coming up, Madam Bisola is sure doing very well for herself.

GORGEOUS DAKORE AKANDE WELCOMES 2ND CHILD (A GIRL)

It was elation and thanksgiving galore yesterday when multi-talented actress, the gorgeous Dakore Akande put to bed and welcomed into the world a bouncing baby. It is the 2nd for Olumide & Dakore and the birth came in far away United States of America. 

The beautiful singer/actress made her joy known to all by herself when she posted the picture of her bundle of joy on instagram. Here's what she said when she posted the picture ''All I have to say is thank you Lord!!!'' #mumoftwo #happiness #love #life #girlpower #family #Godspower #aquarius .  Though they haven't revealed the sex of the new baby, we think its a girl, our hint is the hashtag #GIRLPOWER. 

With this new addition it just means the sweet couple now have 2 gals.  They had gotten married in 2011 at one of that year's ''wedding of the year'', which had all the who-is-who in Lagos in attendance. Olumide being the son of the High Chief, Chief Harry Akande and Dakore Egbuson then a celebrated thespian.

 Hip hip hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!Joy unstoppable, gladness unimaginable and superlative thanksgiving to God has again enveloped the households of the richest black woman in the world, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija, the owner of Famfa oil & that of the Cardosos of Lagos, as they have just welcomed into the fold a bouncing baby boy from their kids Ladi & Lolade Alakija.

This is Ladi & Lolade's first child and a baby boy at that,  and the 2nd grandchild for Ladi's parent. The birth was in faraway USA and it was in the early hours of yesterday, Saturday, January 11, 2014. 

Many who witnessed their nuptial in 2012, both in Lagos at the Eko Hotel (engagement ceremony on Saturday, May 5, 2012) and the superlative one (white wedding) in London at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, have not forgotten those ceremonies up till now. It was a statement in class, elegance & distinction. Both sides of the families, didn't spare any expense for their kids. In fact it was from around then, that many began to understand and appreciate the kind off wealth that the Alakija's controlled. 

Ravishingly beautiful & gloriously gorgeous Lolade Alakija nee Cardoso is one of the children of  Mr. Olayemi Cardoso,  former and first ever Commissioner for economic planning and budget in Lagos State during the era of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's reign as Governor of Lagos state, he is currently the Chairman of CitiBank in Nigeria. His wife, Abimbola Cardoso, is one of the gorgeous daughters of Otunba TOS Benson, the one and only Adekilumo of Lagos. So they are no pushovers themselves.

Ladi on the other hand is the heir-apparent to the Alakija billions. He is the first of the 4 Alakija musketeers.

Like we had said previously January 2014 seems like a great month for new babies.  A very big congratulations to the families. Baby and mommy are in great health.

KAFFY JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO

January 2014 is gradually becoming the baby month for many oooo. It first started with Toyin Lawani's bundle of joy-Oluwatenola Jermaine Kensington Jnr in faraway, London, who was one of the babies all over the world that opened the new year-January 1, 2014, then just a few days after him, Annie & Tuface Idibia welcomed into the world in faraway Atlanta, Georgia, USA, a baby girl, making Annie a mom twice over, her first is 5 years old Isabella. 


 Now today, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the County Hospital, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria our very own delightsomely sweet dancing queen and world record older hot stepper, Kaffy Shafau-Ameh & her husband Joseph 'Pappy J' Ameh, who is a member of the P-Square group were blessed with the birth of a bouncing baby girl. 

It has since been elation and thanksgiving galore in the household of the duo. This is their the 2nd child, their first is a boy Oluwatosin Joseph Ameh. 

A very big congratulations to the duo. So we are all getting ready for the party next Saturday.

CELEBRITY STYLIST/DESIGNER TOYIN LAWANI NAMES SON OLUWATENOLA JERMAINE KENSINGTON

The joyful elation that pervaded the atmosphere of the household of serial entrepreneur & stylist/designer Toyin Lawani since the last night of 2013 entering into the new year 2014 has not subsided thanks to the birth of the new year baby, a bouncing baby boy that heralded the new year 2014. 

For Toyin Lawani, that was the crowning glory for a great 2013, which saw an increase on all frontier of her business endeavors. 2013 saw to it that Toyin Lawani became a household name more for her business exploits than anything else, and to finish the year and begin the new one, the creator gave her more joy than she could have wanted for herself; the safe birth of her baby boy.


It's has been a few days now since the birth of the bundle of joy and just yesterday, the baby dedication took place and the bundle of joy that has brought in joy unspeakable was named- Oluwatenola Jermaine Kensington Junior.

Now we await the opening of Toyin's humongous business headquarters located at Lekki 1 on the Island.

 We very nearly forgot to mention that Abisola Kola-Daisi who is the first daughter and eldest child of the current Governor of Oyo State recently gave birth to a bouncing baby girl in faraway United States of America on Sunday, November 17, 2013. 

Abisola Kola-Daisi nee Ajimobi had gotten married to her beau Kolapo Kola-Daisi, one of the sons of Ibadan multimillionaire Chief Kola Daisi 3 years ago, on November 6, 2010 at one of the weddings of the year then. In fact Kolapo is Chief Kola Daisi's youngest son. The perfect gentleman and soft spoken chap is a top investment banker at Heritage Bank, where we hear the Saraki's hold substantial investment, while Bisola owns and runs a first class luxury shoe & bag store Florence H located at Shehu Musa YarAdua street, on Victoria Island. Unconfirmed report says she's also a very influential special assistant to her dad. The new bundle of joy arrived just 10 days after her parent's wedding anniversary, the 3rd one at that. So wedding anniversary & birthday are just 10 days apart.

The gorgeous mom & new daughter are said to be in perfect health. A very well deserved congratulations to the family on the newest addition, especially to the action Governor of Oyo State on the birth of his new born Grand-daughter.

If you are one of those wondering why you haven't seen Wonuola Okoye nee Odunsi, the delectably gorgeous lady who partners Isoken Ogiemwonyi at L' Espace- the multi-brand concept store located in Victoria Island, Lagos & Le' Petit Marche (LPM) that highly successful monthly bazaar or shopping extravaganza for a while now, then we can reveal very well to you why. It's because she has been on the compulsory 9 months course, that is she has been pregnant. By this, it's obvious that her handsome, gentleman of a husband is a good striker, who knows how to score the goals on time.

Wonu & Felix Okoye had gotten married last year, Saturday, September 1, 2012 at a very beautiful shindig in Lagos. And now after just 13 months since they tied the knot, madam has put to bed a bouncing baby boy in faraway United States of America. 

Information as to the exact date she popped & where particularly in the U.S is still a bit sketchy, but we can tell you for nothing, that the new baby & his gorgeous mom are said to be in the best of health.

Nigeria's former weapon of mass destruction & goleador extraordinary, Obafemi Martins, who plies his trade for the Seattle Sounders FC is now the proud father of a bouncing baby boy, courtesy of his beau, Abigail Barwuah the older sibling of Milan's forward and Italian football star Mario Balotelli.


The new addition came on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, whilst this is the 1st baby between the couple, this would be Obafemi's 3rd child. The 2 older ones are from 2 other different ladies. It just shows that as prolific as the Obafemi is in front of goal, so also he is when it comes to scoring the other type of goal.

Congratulations anyways.

LAOLU & CAROLINA SARAKI IN EXPECTANT MOOD....

 When Laolu was still a bachelor he was a man that blazed many trails. But gone are those days of unbridled fun, since he got married sometime ago; The handsome dude has taken to being married like fish in it's right habitat. The man who many gorgeous ladies would have loved to call theirs, went very far away to pick his better half, thereby disappointing not a few who had hoped beyond hope.

The good news we are hearing from the household of the young couple is that his delightsomely gorgeous Spanish wife, Carolina is presently on the 9 months course and that very soon the tiny voice of a new born baby would be filling the couples abode. Expectant dad we hear is already on cloud nine with joy. This joyous news is coming just about 2 years after the couple got married.

The families on both sides are already counting the weeks before the delivery of their new bundle of joy; who if a boy might be named Babatunde.........Saraki.

Hip hip hip hooray!!! It's been elation mixed with thanksgiving since from the household of Mercedes Richards. The gorgeous plus size MD of Mrein, who many of her friends consider one of the most loyal friend anyone can have in the world. The gorgeous one is pregnant!

According to the snippets we have gotten, the elated Mercedes is expecting twins. Way to go girl and a big congratulations to you.

Also in that same mode, we hear one of our best friends in the world, the one, the only Lola Maja-Okojevoh too is currently on the same nine month's course. So far gone is she, that we hear she's even gone abroad preparatory to dropping the new bundle of joy. 

Lola is the MD of Sacred Lashes and one of the best make-up artists in Nigeria, with over 16 years experience. So good is she, that she's won many awards. The delightsome one is about dropping her second child, while Mercedes is about to drop her first and a twin for that matter. 

Congratulations ladies. Good health for both mamas & babies.

How we forgot to update you on this we don't know. But it's better late than never at all. The gorgeous young wife of the OBIGBO leader, Charles Ahize aka Charlie Akpuruka, in the person of Maureen Ahize about 11 days ago, gave birth to a bouncing baby girl. 

Maureen had been away since the later part of last year in Ireland in preparation for her giving birth. Though the baby was expected to come around the first week of March, she decided of her own self to pop out at the end of February. 

This is Maureen's first child and the delighted new momma has already named her bundle of joy, Jada. The name of choice has 2 meanings, to the Hebrews it's a unisex name and it translates to mean ''the wise'', while in English it is used as an elaboration of Jade, the very precious green Gemstone.

Baby and mama are said to be in perfect health. The elated father of the baby, who was abroad by the side of his young wife is back in the country. We are sure he is already planning 'a mother of all' welcome party for his wife and new baby. Oga Charlie is a father many times over already.

Amber Rose finally dropped a bouncing baby boy yesterday. And the name of the adorable new born is Sebastian Taylor Thomaz.

The proud dad announced the birth of his first child thus- Finally! Wiz Khalifa(real names Cameron Jibril Thomaz) & Amber Rose are officially parents to their brand new baby-Sebastian Taylor Thomas. He sent out a tweet about the birth of his son at 5:09PM, Thursday, February 21, 2013. 

There had been several false alarm before the lady finally put to bed yesterday. Mother and baby are said to be doing well.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances the Ahize household would be welcoming into their fold a bouncing baby....... as Maureen Ahize, the gorgeous young wife of Oga Charlie or Charles Ahize or Charlie Akpruka would be delivering in the next few days. 

Husband & expectant mom are both in Dublin, Ireland as week, excitedly awaiting the birth of their first kid together. All things being equal, give or take between the next 3 to 5 days, the pitter-patter of tiny feet would be welcomed.

Knowing Charlie to be a very jolly-good fellow, everyone is already expectant of a mother of all celebration to usher in the new born. We wish mother and baby well.

The first picture of Lola Omotayo's new baby girl for her beau is out already. The cute girl-Aliona is seen on her mom's chest having the first feel of the world. 

We can bet, that the baby daddy, Peter Okoye is besides himself in joy with the birth of his own Ifunaya (LOVE) or better still his own Onyinye (GIFT) from God . 

For those who do not know, the baby's name origin is German/Russian and and it simply means ''the bright''. The English variant is Helen, which is from the greek Helene, who was the daughter of Zeus & Leda. Helene means the brightness, the torch, the sunray.

Just like we announced a few days ago that the countdown was already on as par Lola Omotayo delivering her 2nd baby for Peter Okoye, one of the duo that makes up the group P-Square. We are happy to announce just like everyone else the birth of a bouncing baby girl. 

The new baby, whose name is Aliona & her gorgeous mom are both in good health.

The elated father of the new born Peter announced the birth of his daughter on the social media today. Apparently we think he helped assist in the delivery.

Noah Odemwingie is only just a day old and the little lad is already looking so cute. Here is a picture of the adorable new born boy just hours after his birth. No wonder the dad scored just a few hours to his birth on Saturday. Needed to get the job done to go see his missus.

Still on the subject of new babies. We forgot to mention that the creative director of the award winning design house, Odio Mimonet, Mrs Odio Oseni, last week gave birth to her 3rd child, a bouncing baby boy. The boy was born in faraway United States of America, precise State or City of birth we couldn't ascertain immediately. 

Mrs & Mrs Afolabi & Odio Oseni the parents of the new bundle of joy are said to be besides themselves in joy, as God has blessed them most abundantly. The couple's first born Temi is 11 years old, while the 2nd born also a girl should be clocking 5 years old this year, this new born, a boy. 

Afolabi & his wife, Odio are both in America as we speak, celebrating the birth of the new addition. As an aside, Odio's fashion design label we hear now stocks at Selfridges in the UK. 

A big congratulations to the quiet designer on all front.

West Bromwich Albion's striker & Nigerian international Osaze Odemwingie's wife drop a baby boy yesterday morning. So it has been celebration galore since then. 

The gorgeous wife, Sarah Fallon Odemwingie,whom he married sometime in May of last year, was said to have dropped the new bundle of joy at 5:30 AM on Sunday, January 20, 2013. The elated father posted a tweet on his account happily announcing the birth of his first child, baby has since being named Noah Odemwingie. 

A big congratulations to the couple and a worthy present to Osaze, it should atleast take is mind of the dissapointment of not going for the AFCON 2013 in South Africa.

 All things being equal, Peter Okoye's baby mama, Lola Omotayo is already on a countdown to drop her new bundle of joy. The gorgeous Lola, left the shores of Nigeria at the tail end of last year 2012 for the US, where she plans to give birth to her new baby. 

As we speak, we hear that Peter the twin brother of Paul, one of the duo that makes up the award winning and Africa's most recognized singing duo P-Square is currently in San Francisco, USA hanging out with his baby mama and their first born Cameron, who would clock 5 this year. If all things work as planned Lola should drop anytime soon.

While Peter is having a family time in San Francisco, the twin brother Paul is having is own fun in Atlanta, resting after a very hectic schedule in 2012, which saw them flying all over the world playing at sold out concerts and engagements, the duo showing their star qualities were doing private jets all over Africa. We even hear that the duo are the highest paid entertainers in Nigeria and by extension Africa.
