DAMMY KRANE BEATS FRAUD CASE IN THE US....

After the very long wait which seemed like eternity and that was accompanied with trepidations of fear, that anything could happen in his case against the state on the 9 counts allegations of fraud and grand theft, Nigerian beloved musician, Oyindamola Emmanuel Johnson Hunga aka Dammy Krane has beaten the fraud rap!

Although he had vehemently denied all the allegations from the very beginning, stating his innocence from the get go, many didn't truly believe him and most didn't give him any chance of beating the rap, so there was that trepidation of fear as many thought that nemesis might have caught up with the "innocent" dude. So, good for him, let him face the law for his "supposed" foibles. Some even went as far as saying categorically that he was a confirmed Yahoo boy!!!!

So it came as a major sigh of relief from all and then a spontaneous bust of deep rooted thanksgiving as the 9 charges, which had hung on the neck of the very talented star, like a hangman noose or like an albatross, were all quashed by the court at the resumed hearing. Judge De La O'Miguel who heard the case, struck out the whole charges and closed the case, effectively dismissing all charges against Dammy Krane.

DAMMY KRANE DENIES BEING A FRAUDSTER. "I DON'T DO FRAUD"



The super talented singer who was recently signed on to Davido's music empire from Hypertek Records, a label owned by Tuface Idibia has denied vigorously that he his a fraudster of any kind. In the same vein he went on to apologize for getting himself caught up in his present predicament.

After his arrest last week in Miami, by the Miami Dade County Police on various allegations of grand theft, credit card fraud, armed conspiracy, forgery and internet fraud, the dude is doing all he can to deny all of the allegations.

Speaking with NotJustOk TV in America, the singer said emphatically very that, "he does not do fraud and I do not partake in such activities". He went on to apologize to his family and fans for the mess.

Hear him- "I was arrested by the Miami Police Department for fraud". "I do not do fraud and I do not partake in such activities." It just happened that the agent booked my flight with fradulent cards. My life is all about my music and that's what I am all about. I am sorry I got caught up in this message. I assure all my fans that it will never happen again.

BURNA BOY BANNED FROM THE US AND CANADA!

Unless Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, 26, been the real name of popular artist Burna Boy settles with New York based promoter by name Niyi Fatogun of Vibesland Entertainment, LLC a Supreme Court in America has passed an injunction banning him from either performing or doing any form of recording of any kind in the US and Canada for the time being.

The very prolific artist, who is under his own eponymous label Burna Boy Limited was sued for breach of contract, by Vibesland Entertainment, LLC at the Federal Courts over a concert tour of the US and Canada in 2016, for which he refused to turn up and also postponed the said tour.

The promoter in his claims had said prior to the contract, his company had already expended about $25000 dollars towards the tour, which put his brand in serious debt situation, not only that, that his brand had obtained for Burna Boy a USA work permit visa for the tour, for which the artiste didn't even show up at all, after all the promotions done towards the tour.

The case was heard on May 17, 2017 in the US and for the breach in contract, the court has placed the ban/injunction on the musician until he settles the promoter for the financial losses he made as per the failed tour.

One of the biggest music awards, the Billboard Awards 2013 held at the weekend in Sin City, Las Vegas, the US of A. The event was at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. And from all the pictures we have seen of those who attended it, it must have been mad fun. At occasions or events like this, it's always the opportunity for people to dress to high heavens or to show how stylish they can be. This year's occasion did not disappoint in anyway. Some of the stars were on point stylewise, while many were totally crazy. If our home stars/celebs were to wear those many of us would skin them alive, with our comments.


There were glorious performances from the likes of J Lo & Pitbull, the Icon himself, the one and only Prince Nelson Rogers, who also got the Icon Award (for 10 platinum albums & 30 top 40 singles) showed he was still a great musician, the incredible Nicki Minaj and her record label boss Lil Wayne gave an unforgettable performance (she gave him a very provocative lap dance), so also Miguel, Justin Bieber who was booed, performed with Will.i am, while his girlfriend Selena Gomez also performed. Miguel's performance would not be forgotten in a hurry for his accidental drop kick on a female fan.David Guetta performed with Akon & Ne-Yo, Chris Brown had a scintillating performance doing 'Fine China' it was him at his 'Kung Fu' best. Pitbull performed for he 2nd time with Christina Aguilera. But it was the incredible Bruno Mars that started the performances (16 in all). 

It was a 3 hours show, that was hosted by the hilarious Tracy Morgan, There were 45 awards categories in all.

Taylor Swift swept the awards winning 8 trophies in all. Gotye & Rihanna won 4 trophies each on the night, Madonna, Nicki Minaj & One Direction won 3 trophies each, while Justin Bieber, late Jenni Rivers, Beauer & Toby Mac all won 2 trophies each on the night.
