A few weeks back at the height of the raging hoopla that had engulfed him and his church over the rape allegations brought up against him by Busola Dakolo, the photographer wife of award winning soul singer Timi Dakolo, the popular man of (God) who is always well cladded in designer garbs and a senior pastor of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo, did what was considered then a 'chivalrous deed', when he said he would step aside albeit temporarily, same way General IBB did then, so that he wouldn't interfere in any way with investigations into the grievous allegations that had been raised against him.
When he did step down temporarily from the pulpit then, many had thought it was the next honorable thing to do, as it would afford the investigators the unfettered opportunity to do their job without any interference and it also showed that the matter at hand was very important to him too, so it was better to sort it out once and for all and get it done with forever and ever.
But alas, only after about 3 Sundays after that decision to step away or aside till after the investigations would have been concluded, the dapper and quite handsome man of (God) has stylisy stepped back in quietly again by manning the pulpit to preach this Sunday that just passed.
It is either of 3 things, whether the allure of preaching/ministering, teaching (to) his teeming church members was just too much, so he decided to throw caution to the wind and just quietly went back to what he knows best to do. Or on the other hand, it just might be that the so called investigations into the whole matter (unpalatable mess) have already ended and the investigators, meaning the police on one side have finished their job and might have subtly declared the allegations to be of no consequence(s), or it might also mean that the church hierarchy be it CAN, PFN and even his own church having done what they have considered their due diligence have advised him to go back to leading his church as he might not have any case to answer to, hence him going back to preaching on the pulpit publicly.
So yesterday, Sunday August 4, 2019 the pastor in the eye of the storm returned to the pulpit, to a rousing welcome by his church members who fervently believe in their pastor's innocence against all charges or better still allegations. To them what is currently going on, is an attempt/orchestration of the enemy of progress and growth, that enemy being the devil.
The pastor and his fervent followers believes that Satan and some willing instruments are hell bent on bringing him and his ministry down, so it's an on going battle, better still a war- good against evil, light against darkness, child of God against Satan's spawn. So in his ministration or preaching yesterday he alluded to some of the points we have raised in this article above. The title of his message yesterday was - "Sudden Victories"
He spoke to an unprecedented large crowd saying that "Christians would surely face persecution, but that God would always deliver them".
He took his texts from 1 Timothy 6:12; Mark 4:35-37 and 1 Corinthians 10:13, Fatoyinbo stated further that “as a Christian, you must face opposition. If God, who is holy and faithful has enemies, you are sure going to have.”
He noted that the reason most Christians fail was that they address challenging circumstances on the surface, instead of addressing the root of the matter, which is the enemy and putting him in his place.
“In wrestling, any method can be used. When faced with challenging circumstances, pray, fast, decree, confess and prophesy God’s victory over your life.
“Most contrary situations around you are set up by the enemy to cripple your faith and keep you on a spot,” he preached.
He then went on to prophesy that his members would witness victory in the new month of August.
Father of 3 and husband of Busola Dakolo, top Bayelsan musician Timi Dakolo has risen to the occasion and has vowed not to, never to be intimidated by the might of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and the Police combined.
The young man, whose beloved wife - Busola, the mother of his 3 adorable kids had confessed a few weeks ago that she was raped and molested not once by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA when she was 16 going on 17 has vowed to protect and support his wife and kids at this trying times no matter what, including intimidation by Pastor Biodun using the Police as a tool. Hear him....
His words, “Our lawyers had told us to get ready for this letter. We have long been ready for this type of institutionalized intimidation and dirtiness. Investigating officials have frustrated as a result of underhand delay? Now this: a false investigation in Abuja when our own petition filed since June has not been answered and NO INVITATION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE ACCUSED IN A RAPE CASE????! After what had seemed like a lull in the issue that had raised so much dust when Busola Dakolo went public alleging that many years back she was raped by the then much younger Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA in Ilorin, Kwara State. The real battle royale seem to have commenced forthwith.
The dust raised by the allegations raised by Busola then and supported by her husband Timi Dakolo had shaken the nation. With many taking sides either for or against. After the hoopla raised by Busola's allegations, another lady had come forward also too, tagged victim X, who had also claimed that she too was molested by Pastor Biodun whilst working for the church.
But in his defense initially after the allegations, the man of God had then denied ever ever raping before, either before as an ordinary person or after he had been cloaked as a pastor and his wife had also come out in the defense of her doting husband. To also allow for investigations, he had also decided to step down from his position as the pastor of the growing church which he founded in 1999 to allow for non interference in the investigation of the allegations against him.
Now after some form of quiet of over a week, the Police have now visited the couple to serve them a letter for them to report to them for investigations. In the letter sent, it is alleged against the couple, who have 3 kids-"Falsehood, Criminal Conspiracy and Threat to Life".
If care is not taken, the table might have turned against the couple now, as this is time they need to be at their strongest and as one. They were once on the ascendancy as at when the allegations first came out, now the opposition (the accused) are now on the offensive, making true that veiled allegations that the pastor had made then in his initial denial, where he had alleged that it was some sort of conspiracy & blackmail against himself.
And the war or is it battle to unravel the truth takes another dimension. Yesterday another supposed victim of rape had come out from the cold to make another allegation of rape against embattled man of God, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA (Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly), who had voluntarily stepped aside so as to be investigated as he makes attempt to clear his name, making 2 persons who had done so.
The first person was mother of 3 and the photographer wife of musician/entertainer Timi Dakolo, by the name Busola Dakolo. The 2nd person due to reasons best known to her, had preferred to hide her identity. So in her interview with Chude Jideonwu of Y! Naija, same person, same brand that had done the first expose with Busola, she was introduced as 'Victim X' and her face was not shown & real identity wasn't revealed, but one could hear her well, all through her over 1hr plus recorded interview, where she narrated and made the startling allegation against her former employer.
Now well known online personality, Dr. Kemi Olunloyo, who is the daughter of renowned mathematician and former Governor of Oyo State, Dr V.O Olunloyo has supposedly broken the cloak of anonymity around Victim X by revealing her identity and face as that of 'Tunmise Oluyede', a dismissed former staff of COZA & Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.
The revelation of the identity of Tunmise Oluyede by Dr. Kemi Olunloyo has since caused major storm on Twitter, with many on the side of the lady and by extension on the side of Busola going at Dr. Kemi Olunloyo abusing her and condemning her for removing the cloak of anonymity that Victim X had preferred to wear for now. While those on the side of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and COZA were happy that Victim X's hidden identity has been unveiled for all to see.
According to Dr. Kemi Olunloyo of @HNNAfrica-which is her renowned platform, Tunmise Oluyede supposedly Victim X was dismissed or fired from the church (COZA) for mismanaging a church Dubai trip. So the insinuation maybe is that, Tunmise as a disgruntled ex-staff of COZA & Pastor Fatoyinbo, has a pound of flesh to claim, so is her reason for now claiming or alleging rape!
It's obvious that this issue much as they try to wouldn't just be swept under the carpet just like that. The fear from the get go had been that after the initial hoopla and plenty of noise, in a matter of weeks at most, the people would have vented their rage and expressed their displeasure and then before we all know it, everything would have been forgotten as people get back to facing their own personal issues and moved on. And then like reality would have then hit and Busola might just regret her decision to have come out at all. But from how the thing has panned out now at least till now, it seem like this issue of allegations of rape and sexual misconducts is not going anywhere at all at all, until at least a final decision on it has been made.
Underground though, there is a heavy silent campaign going on to discredit Busola. The subtle attack is to make the wife of the music star and mother of 3, to look like she's not the good and dedicated wife that she has portrayed herself to be. And you would be very surprised that it's women like Busola herself that are in the major fore front of trying to discredit her.
But just as they have tried some tactics in their vast arsenal hoping for some respite, another bombshell of unbelievable proportion has just been unleashed again, the Pandora's can or box of the unpalatable has opened to another scandalous confession. This is not Busola Dakolo again here, but another Victim, who for now prefers anonymity, as she confessed in an hour long plus recording again to Chude Jideonwu of Y! Naija about the unbelievable atrocities her man of God performed on her.
Victim X confessed to how Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo debauched (raped/molested) her just about a year or two ago, not many years like Busola. Hear her above and read what she said here below. So, if they can try to easily explain away Busola's allegations, how about this one now and then it's like many are already on cue, to confess!!!
According to her, Pastor Fatoyinbo asked her to come to his house on the particular day (a Thursday morning) to take some instructions and go for an errand. “He was my boss. I worked with him. Sometimes I had to do errands for them. So it was not the first time that I was going to be at their house. “I was there sitting on the couch with him and he started addressing something that has to do with the church.
“Everything moved quickly from there and then he started trying to pull me into a hug and started kissing me, which I found shocking. I had known him as a spiritual leader and I was about to witness the opposite of everything that I thought he stood for.
“I was too shocked. It was a couch. I don’t know whether I should hold on to something. I remember telling him continuously ‘you can’t do that, you can’t do that.’ “He just kept going. Took off my button and my trouser. And then he had his other hand holding me back to the couch. And another hand right inside my pants. “I remember he kept saying, relax. Just relax. He didn’t flinch.” The lady added that she regarded Pastor Fatoyinbo as a father figure and a mentor, at that time when he allegedly raped her.
We have had the opportunity to sit back away from the chaos to watch & observe all that had gone down since the unprecedented uproar & hoopla that followed the revelations by Busola Dakolo, ace photographer and wife of top rated musician Timi Dakolo and mother of 3, who had said that she was 'raped twice' in the space of one week by her former pastor, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo when she was just 17 years old.
At first after the allegation was made in an interview that has since gone platinum viral, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo the man at the center of the (storm) accusations, who has since step aside for investigation was quiet and never said anything, until his wife in his defense came up on Sunday to say her husband is not a rapist and has never been a rapist. He the pastor himself was said to have proclaimed that he was never a rapist either as an unbeliever or a believer.
Curiosly from the pastor and his wife's counter against the unpalatable allegations, they were only able to address the matter of rape alone. They never at any point denied not knowing Busola. We want to now ask as we have examined their robust response very well and scrutinized it from top to bottom, and we observed that, Pastor Fatoyinbo never ever, even for once in any of his statements, never claimed not to have never had any type of "sexual relationship" with Busola!
He and madam have only addressed the issue of rape only! Both never addressed Busola's case directly on total, they only responded that there had never been rape, either before or after!
So are we to then believe that yes, something akin to sexual, actually happened, but whatever the type of relationship that it was, it wasn't rape or a violation or forced? Is the pastor then admitting that something actually went down then with the 17 year old and is now insinuating then that it was consensual????
A more robust response would or could have been that, yes I know Busola, and there was never any type of (forced or consensual) sexual relationship between us, not to now talk of rape!!!!! So did pastor have something with Busola?????
It wasn't a surprise at all earlier today when at their (COZA) HQ in Abuja, amidst the turmoil of the protest going on outside, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo's wife, showed and displayed her full support for her husband of many years.
At the very brief service today, Sunday, June 30, 2019 where the couple had to make a show of their support for each other, Mrs. Omodele Fatoyinbo as expected, stood on the pulpit next to her husband, before their teeming congregation and made a short address let's quote her verbatim--"My husband is not a rapist. Even if he was not a believer, he would not be a rapist".
But before she could go on to make further statement on the trending issue that has hit their home and church terribly, her husband quickly took the microphone from her, maybe as a way to dismiss his present predicament as a none issue and mouthed--"the elders are handling the matter". And that was it.
The shock of the Busola Dakolo revelation has shaken the table in such a way and manner have not thought possible in a long while. In her statement of allegations, she said while he was a pastor, not yet of COZA then in Ilorin, Kwara State, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo came to her house and raped her, thereby disvirgined her and a few days after wards again, did it again. This rape happened when she was just 17 year old. Still a minor according to the Nigerian constitution.
The only statement of denial from Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been a press release from the church, where he denied the rape ever ever occurred and then went further to insinuate blackmail. Who are those trying to blackmail him or his church he never stated. But he threatened that a lawsuit would follow the accusations.
Today as promised by so many, a protest at all the branches of COZA actually took place rather successfully and what we saw, as we were at the branch near the Sheraton hotel to observe what would happen was quiet unbelievable. We would make a report of that on another article.
It's like it is becoming a common thing for people to accuse the flamboyant pastor of the Coza Ministries of sexual indiscretion nowadays. A few years back, a lady then came out with gun blazing and not in any way trying to exonerate herself and accused the man of (God) then of something very similar.
She related the story of what transpired then between her and her beloved pastor who later took advantage of her. She spoke of tryst in hotel(s) and how they had their fill of wantonness and debauchery. That story of sexacapade was heavy enough to have brought down a ministry then, but the way it was rationaled then was that, the lady was either having brain issues or was a woman scorned, who had wanted to get own 5 minutes of fame. Instead of the people, the church and church leaders to have examined the merit of what the lady raised then, they dismissed it and all was swept under the carpet.
At the end of it all, the lady - Ese Walters, who came out confessing her own part and felt that was one of the ways she could have gotten forgiveness and then healing, was made to look like a liar and a Jezebel. We can bet anything on it that if it was like now, that depression is like a dime in a dozen, that lady out of shame and embarrassment and how she was received, could have taken her own life just as a way tk get prace. The castigation and threat were unbelievable then. Some who saw something in what the lady had raised out of the whole hoopla were rather shocked, but they thought that in time, let's see.
Now again that sort of issue has reared its head again and it's the same man that's again in the eye of the storm. He has now been accused of the rape of a 17year old! This time the lady that allegedly RAPED is the wife of music sensation Timi Dakolo, when she was still a 17 year old!!!! That's a crime! In the first case, the lady involved didn't absolve herself at all. She agreed that she was a willing partner, but also alleged that she was tricked or maneuvered into the relationship. But in this new case, that happened several years back, she is has alledged rape!!!! Rape is having the carnal knowledge of another without their express permission. Rape is forcing one way through without consent. Rape denotes FORCE! Even a wife could be raped just as long as she didn't give a go ahead.
How does one deal with the case of a supposed respected man of (God), a leader of a congregation, supposed father of multitudes being accused of rape, a sexual crime? How can a man put himself in such a situation that he could be so accused? How is the church taking this new accusation? What are they doing about it? Would it be swept under the carpet again as the ranting of another mad person??? Why only Pastor Biodun? This is not a case of tithe or sowing and reaping as it concerns giving. This is about rape allegations.
Has the Pastor come out to vehemently deny such preposterous accusation? As he in other to clear his name, instituted a case against his accusers/traducers? This is a very gross accusation that must not be taken with kids glove either way. To be quiet now is to have accepted something one way or the other. This is the kind of allegation or accusation that can bring down a church! In saner climes, if this were in America or the UK and maybe other more civilized parts of the world, it would have become a major case and the law would have had its full impact and the truth would have come out eventually.
If the accusation or allegation is true, why sweep it under the carpet? Or has rape now become accepted as a normal sexual practice in our law???? If its a lie from the pits of hell, then Pastor Biodun, his wife and his church or friends and family, then should also allow the full weight of the law to take its full course, as his name has been maligned, his reputation dragged in the mud, everything he stands for and holds dear has been impugned upon by this gross allegations then.
The true church of God is under the klieglight right now. The searchlight is beaming on the so called place that's supposed to be rock to protect the weak. Would the pastor get away with this if the accusation is true or would his accusers get away with the allegations if its a lie?
Church of God over to you!!!! Your actions and inaction at such a pivotal period like this matters a whole lot. Many fates would be determined by the side they would pick or have picked in this case. Is it the side of truth against all odds and intimidation or is it the side of outright lies, intimidation and blackmail? No one should come blow some hot nonsense about David's acts and God's forgiveness here ooooo. David at the end of the day was a contrite soul. God doesn't condone nonsense there's the price to pay for every act.

ON MEETING BIODUN FATOYINBO FOR THE FIRST TIME
Busola Dakolo was born and lived most of her early life in Ilorin. The first time she left Ilorin was for secondary school at Suleja and that time away allowed her really find her Christianity. She joined and rose to become the vice-president of the Gifted School Academy Suleja’s fellowship and embraced a conservative approach to Christianity, growing to become distrustful of churches and fellowships that tried to copy worldly trends as a way to reach people outside the church. She returned home for the holidays to find that her sisters had started attending a non-denominational ‘youth club’ that embraced all kinds of people and focused on worship and fellowship over doctrine and legalism. It took a while but her sisters convinced her to go by telling her she needed to meet different kinds of people, especially former prostitutes and cultists that have given their lives to Christ.
Busola reluctantly joined her sisters for the youth club, but she wasn’t comfortable there, partly because of the way they worshipped and because I was the youngest person there. After the service, there was a first timers call, and Busola stood up and introduced herself, explaining her initial skepticism and how their worship had changed her mind. After the service, the pastor of the club, a much younger Biodun Fatoyinbo came looking for her after the service.
Pastor Biodun wasn’t yet married (though he was engaged to his current wife) and the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) wasn’t yet a church, it was called Divine Delight Club.
He expressed his surprise at how bold she was for someone so young and encouraged her to keep speaking up for herself. He also managed to convince her to sing at their next meeting before she left back for school. To sell this idea, he offered to personally rehearse with her, mentioning that he played the keyboard. This was before mobile phones and internet, so Busola’s sister had to take her to Fatoyinbo, who was living with his parents at the time.
Though Busola remembers the song they rehearsed, their rehearsal was uneventful, and at the next meeting she performed, her performance moving enough that a former cultist who was attending the club public renounced his past and embraced Christianity. After, the members of the club affirmed her and Fatoyinbo convinced her through gifts of books and cassette tapes to keep attending their club when she was back home from school.
Returning to school and the more conservative worship environment she was used to was harder than she had anticipated. For the rest of her secondary school year, she struggled with guilt, shuffling between her role in the conservative Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) and the more liberal world of Fatoyinbo’s COZA. She felt she was living a dual life. Eventually she graduated and returned home to find that Divine Delight Club had grown into a church headed by Fatoyinbo, and her sisters had convinced her family to join the church. It felt like the only option she had to join as well.
Theo Ukpaa until a few days back was a top staff at Linda Ikeji Media Organisation, in fact he was the Head of Programmes. By virtue of his position, he was a man of influence at the organisation and he was said to have been very good at his job, having hone his skill around, before pitching his tent with Linda. But alas, under the so called cover of a hardworking, highly resourceful and passionate gentleman, supposedly hides a sinister vice, he has been accused by several of being a serial rapist!!!!
According to the story, not only has he being accused of been a rapist, but he is accused as been a repeat or serial rapist! He was recently outed by one of those he allegedly raped and in the course of that, there is the speculation that there are others too, who might also be victims and could come out soon too.
As at the time of this particular write up, "the alleged offender" is still on his honeymoon with his wife, he had gotten married just of recent. Him and his wife are on holiday, who we believe if she's heard about the whole matter already must be thoroughly shocked to her bones by it all!!!! How can one, who only just got married, expecting to live life happily ever after atleast for the next several months, cope with this kind of terrible and shocking situation?
That's the case Theo and his new wife would have to deal with for now. From a honeymoon, it is most likely that it might have become a bitter or sour sun already now, with this kind of allegation hanging over him.
And so in order not to be seen to be shielding the perpetrator of such dastardly offence though not yet convicted by any law, the very pregnant boss of the dude after having red the horrific ordeal of the victim, has wielded the big hammer from the USA, where she is currently counting the days to dropping her bouncing baby. We are too sure she must have felt rather bad about the whole situation, as it involved a women like her and Infact a young girl then, when it happened. Some had 1st raised the alarm at before, believing that Linda might have been shielding Theo, but apparently not until after reading the heart rending tale of the serial rape as recounted by the victim, then she was compelled as a woman to act.

People are eagerly awaiting the return of the accused, to see how he would either react or deal with the unpalatable and shameful accusations and expose. If the law is brought into the situation and the allegations are proven, then Theo most definitely must be in trouble and would have to feel the full weight of the law or something.
It such a sad situation all round though. Imagine that the victim Emilia Samuel was actually 16 years old, when the offence commenced and she was compelled to out her rapist, when she saw the pictures of his wedding!!!! The lady who is now said to be married with 2 kids, must have summoned extraordinary courage to be able open up about being raped and even revealing her person for all to know.
Since they prefer to let sleeping dogs lie, we wouldn't want to say too much about it or over expose them, but we have also thought to at least let the perpetrators know we know and let others beware so they wouldn't fall into the same dastardly grasps of these 2 violent young idiots and wouldn't experience such traumatic encounters also.
According to the gist, the rape involves at least 4 ladies. One was an "actual rape" and 3 others were actual "attempts". Those who have encountered the terrible acts have refused to say anything out fear and the attendant shame they envisage would follow. Since they believe that to prove the terrible acts is one person's words against the other.
Their assailants are 2 handsome young kids, who are seemingly well connected. All of these people including victims and assailants are all trained to defend others against such things like they have found themselves in. They are all about to take their profession by storm, by becoming some of the best in their practices.
But alas while still undergoing training to defend victims of terrible acts, these 2 have become actual actors in the act of sexual violence and violation. They have become violators, predators, exploiters, devourers and animals in human flesh.
