TONTO DIKEH CONFIRMS ALTERCATION IN DUBAI BUT VEHEMENTLY DENIES DETENTION TALE GOING ABOUT. .

The news was rife over the weekend and even till now, that ace actress and celebrity, the one and only Tonto Dikeh having ran foul of the laws in Dubai where she had gone to attend the wedding of Big Bro Nigeria 2018 couple #Bamteddy2019 and also the annual 'One Africa Concert' was arrested and in detention and was likely facing deportation. It was claimed that she would be first facing charges of misconduct, maybe harassment also and maybe possession of illegal substances, said to have been found in her possession upon being searched.

Part of the reason why many felt that Tonto might have been arrested and was still in detention is because, unlike how she would have normally taken over Dubai as expected, like going all over the places and splashing pictures of same all over the social media, she being the original goldfish, show gal without a hiding place. This particular trip that held a lot of promises from the get go, seem to have become very subdued all of a sudden after her reported altercation at a venue. This is especially after the noise that had heralded her arrival in the same Dubai initially.

So to ascertain her whereabouts and to find out what was also actually going on and the true nature of things, knowing full well also that there are many sides to a story, we did try to put a call through to the mother of one, so we can at least put to rest all the speculations and unfounded theories, if that's what they are, as expounded online already.

At first the phone just rang out without anyone picking up. Then immediately afterwards, she first responded back via her What's app trying to do a Whats app call. But it's a well known thing in the Emirate, that whats app calls to and from Dubai can be near impossible. So she thereafter called us again, but now with a Dubai nos  +971 50 620#%@$. And she responded thus to our quick enquiries- What's going on? Where are you? Are you calling from Jail or detention?

"Don't mind these people, they are frustrated. Their papa is the one in jail!

I  had an altercation with the police when we were getting into Paul O's event. You know how Dubai is. You have to dress decent and everything. So initially when they just see you dressed with your breasts out or dressed sexy, they just feel you are a business woman. And business women are actually prostitutes. That's what they call them here.

So one of them now said "sharamuta" under his breath and I know what sharamuta is, so that's why I got upset. But we settled that.

The only thing is, the only offense I committed was that you don't record. In Dubai, you don't record a police officer. It's against the law.

Seems like the people who should be unbiased and protect us have taken sides!!! Seems like the ones who should be the go between to investigate both sides in this battle, have decided to lean more to one side and are being used as a tool of HARASSMENT, Intimidation and home invasion. And so in order to avoid any unfortunate mishaps, Timi and Busola Dakolo have thought to shout to the world, to let the onlooking public/audience know what's going on, as their case seem to be taking a new dimension.

From their petition of rape of a minor, things have now shifted to a counter petition of Falsehood, Criminal Conspiracy and threat to life! Would the police as a protector of all citizens, remain an impartial arbiter in this matter? Apparently like we have always stated, Timi & Busola Dakolo had done their due diligence by filing a case of rape of a minor before going public with that interview that broke several tables and whose attendant hoopla has yet to subside!

Gentlemen of the Press –
My wife and I have called this press conference because, as a man, I have done what I am supposed to do – I stood by my wife when she decided to go public with her truth. It was not an easy decision but I was raised by my Grandmother – I saw that woman go to heaven and back for me – she used to trek kilometers to go to church to pray for me and sold everything to make sure we ate. From loving my Grandmother, I have a deep respect for women; I took the decision boldly as a man should. I stood for her when she came under attacks from the ill-intentioned members of society. I have fought for her even when I have been abused, lied against and accused of unspeakable things.

As a Father, however, I could not have foreseen the events of yesterday when an attempt was made to abduct myself and my wife – FOR TELLING HER TRUTH.

All we have asked is for this matter to be duly investigated. I did not expect that our residential address – where our children live – will be released to the public AND SINCE THEN, I have noted with increasing alarm, how my life, my wife’s life and the lives of our children have been put at risk by unscrupulous persons. We have been followed, our home has been watched, people have been standing in corners pointing fingers at our home – we have been unable to do any work; the children have had to be explained to several times why they cannot go outside and play.

As a Father and as the protector of my home under God, I have decided to come out and speak publicly against the harassment, bullying, and maliciousness we have received as law-abiding citizens of Nigeria – BECAUSE my wife decided to tell her truth and I decided that I trust her, I believe her and stand by her. I will never leave her side now and I will do my best to protect her. However, the good people of Nigeria, who have shown us so much love, deserve to know what has been happening.
On behalf of my family, I would like to share a few highlights, especially about the attempted abduction of yesterday, Saturday, July 20th, 2019:

HIGHLIGHTS

• On Thursday, June 27th, my wife, through her Legal Representative filed a petition with the police in Lagos State about Mr. Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) raping her as a minor. The Petition was filed at the Office of the Assistant General of Police, Alagbon, Ikoyi. We had 4 meetings spanning over 6 hours at the Police Station on that day and afterward, the A.I.G himself personally assigned the file immediately and asked for an expedited action to investigate the case. We decided not to publicize the fact that a case had been filed, as we believed that the law should be allowed to run its full course, undisturbed.

• We intentionally filed the police case, following the due process of the law before agreeing for the release of the interview that had been recorded many weeks before. The interview was then released with my wife’s permission, on Friday, June 28th, 2019 by Y!TV.

• We have since been to the Police Station in Lagos several times on invite by the Police to respond to various questions in the course of their investigations. WE WERE THEREFORE SHOCKED TO BE INVITED TO ABUJA – WHEN NO VISIBLE ACTION HAD BEEN TAKEN TO INTERVIEW MR. FATOYINBO.

• On Thursday, July 4th, Y!TV published another video with a former employee of COZA alleging that Pastor Biodun also raped her. My wife broke down crying as she listened to her interview “There are other women – this recent?!” she kept saying as she cried. What surprised us was how Modele Fatoyinbo, who asked my wife to come and help her look after their newborn child – which is what led to the second rape – is the same person that asked this lady to come and look after her children – again? 15 years after?! It is strange. We do not know this lady, we have still not met her, but we would like to thank her for lending her voice to this truth.

As far as we know, Mr Fatoyinbo has not been questioned on the strength of my wife’s petition – even after several invitations by the Police that we have honoured. However, we have been invited to go to Abuja to respond to queries on actions that are not crimes known under any Nigerian law – “mischief” and “falsehood” are not crimes; we were not given details of the supposed case, THERE WAS NO ADDRESS FOR THE POLICE INTERVIEW and NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US ON OUR OWN PETITION THAT HAS BEEN FILED ALMOST A MONTH AGO.

• On Wednesday, July 10th, our address was shared online by Kemi Olunloyo in the most careless, reckless and wicked manner. To think she is supposed to be a woman and a mother and had no regard for the safe keep of our children and she has infringed on our Fundamental Human Rights to Personal Dignity and Privacy and is risking the lives of my 3 little children! This was callous! I decided not to engage with her, but I want Nigerians, the Armed Forces, Amnesty International and the good men and women of the Nigeria Police Force to know that SINCE THEN people have been following myself and wife in tinted unmarked cars, TO OUR HOME! AT different times, in the last week we have been trailed. The last event is what happened again yesterday and this time an attempt was made to abduct my wife and I. I had to park our cars and stay indoors. My wife and I have been unable to work and my children have been unable to go out freely even in this holiday period.

YESTERDAY’S AMBUSH

• Yesterday, Saturday, July 20th, 2019 in the early afternoon, I had noticed a tinted bus parked near our home. I did not know that at the same time, my wife was being followed by a car into the estate.

• She noticed the car and out of fear, parked the car to be sure that her fear was not real – but it was. Every time she parked, the car parked and she decided that she should rush home quickly since she was near the house.

• When she got onto the street, she noticed the same bus I had seen earlier and saw that someone from the car that was following her signaled to the bus, at which point 3 ARMED POLICEMEN wearing SARS vests surrounded her car, demanding for her to come down. The door of the bus was open and she saw that the bus was full of armed policemen.

• She immediately called her lawyer and when the policemen heard that she was talking to a legal representative, they stepped back and claimed that they were only there to drop a letter; they had not said this before nor shown her the letter.

• Before then, they were demanding that I step outside the house. They had also demanded that my wife steps out of the car.

• The letters the Policemen said they had when they heard us speaking to the lawyer were then presented. We noted that the letters are dated Thursday, July 18th. Why were they being delivered on a Saturday afternoon by a bus full of armed policemen and a car trailing my wife into the estate? Why did they not deliver the letter and leave when neither myself nor my wife was present? And why did they only step back when they became aware that lawyers were involved? These questions have been on my mind. I do not have answers to them.

• The letters made no reference to any case or matter and it states that we are being investigated for a case of falsehood and mischief – two offenses that are not known in law.

• In the police’s press release yesterday, they claim a Police Invitation Letter is “… a polite investigative tool used in eliciting information voluntarily from parties to aid in a police investigation.” If they were just delivering a letter, the manner in which they intentionally tried to instill fear, intimidate us with guns and insist on our coming to their bus – was neither polite nor trustworthy.

• How is the Nigeria Police pursuing justice when Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, who is the accused in my wife’s matter, is not being treated in this manner but the authorities I expect to pursue justice are attempting to intimidate myself and my wife?

• My children were at home!!!! They could also have been in their mother’s car!!!

• We have never threatened anyone on our lives. Rather, we are now the ones who feel threatened. That is why we have Falana & Falana Chambers representing us and they have reported this matter to the police.

• We receive the information from our lawyers, Falana & Falana Chambers, this morning that both our petition and the petition of Mr Biodun Fatoyinbo will be moved to Lagos. We acknowledge the effort of the Nigeria Police to ensure that our confidence in their impartiality, professionalism & good sense, in this case, is not shaken.

NEXT STEPS

• We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support we continue to receive from Nigerians at home and abroad. We acknowledge the online support of the First Lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari.

• We will not be intimidated. We are determined to get justice and ensure the church is a safe space for boys and girls.

• If they can intimidate my wife and I who have some level of public goodwill, what will happen to Amaka in Maitama who knows no one and has no one to speak for her?

Father of 3 and husband of Busola Dakolo, top Bayelsan musician Timi Dakolo has risen to the occasion and has vowed not to, never to be intimidated by the might of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo and the Police combined.

The young man, whose beloved wife - Busola, the mother of his 3 adorable kids had confessed a few weeks ago that she was raped and molested not once by Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA when she was 16 going on 17 has vowed to protect and support his wife and kids at this trying times no matter what, including intimidation by Pastor Biodun using the Police as a tool. His words, “Our lawyers had told us to get ready for this letter. We have long been ready for this type of institutionalized intimidation and dirtiness. Investigating officials have frustrated as a result of underhand delay? #COZAGATE AND THE REAL BATTLE BEGINS. POLICE INVITE BUSOLA & TIMI DAKOLO OVER FALSEHOOD AND SUNDRY ISSUES

After what had seemed like a lull in the issue that had raised so much dust when Busola Dakolo went public alleging that many years back she was raped by the then much younger Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA in Ilorin, Kwara State. The real battle royale seem to have commenced forthwith.

The dust raised by the allegations raised by Busola then and supported by her husband Timi Dakolo had shaken the nation. With many taking sides either for or against. After the hoopla raised by Busola's allegations, another lady had come forward also too, tagged victim X, who had also claimed that she too was molested by Pastor Biodun whilst working for the church.

But in his defense initially after the allegations, the man of God had then denied ever ever raping before, either before as an ordinary person or after he had been cloaked as a pastor and his wife had also come out in the defense of her doting husband. To also allow for investigations, he had also decided to step down from his position as the pastor of the growing church which he founded in 1999 to allow for non interference in the investigation of the allegations against him.

Now after some form of quiet of over a week, the Police have now visited the couple to serve them a letter for them to report to them for investigations. In the letter sent, it is alleged against the couple, who have 3 kids-"Falsehood, Criminal Conspiracy and Threat to Life".

If care is not taken, the table might have turned against the couple now, as this is time they need to be at their strongest and as one. They were once on the ascendancy as at when the allegations first came out, now the opposition (the accused) are now on the offensive, making true that veiled allegations that the pastor had made then in his initial denial, where he had alleged that it was some sort of conspiracy & blackmail against himself. 

TOP PDP STALWART PA TONY ANENIH IS DEAD!!!

He was well known as Mr. Fix it or the Fixer in his lifetime. A sobriquet he had earned for his ability to turn things to his or his people's advantage no matter how bleak it looks. More on the political plain though. Born Anthony Akhakon ANENIH, but better known throughout his life simply as Chief Tony ANENIH. He was born in Uromi, in Edo State on August 4, 1933 making him 85 years old as at the time of his demise.

He passed on today, Sunday, October 28, 2018. He began his work life as a Policeman, in fact he was a Police orderly to the 1st Governor-General of Nigeria, Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe. He retired from the Nigerian Police many yearsater as a Commissioner of Police before going on into full politics in the then 'Bendel State' where he became the state chairman of the then NPN in 81, helping Samuel Ogbemudia to clinch the Governorship of the state then, though that administration was later cut short by the military via a coup.

He later became the National Chairman of the SDP in 92, helping the great MKO Abiola to win that election that's still adjudged as the freest and fairest election in the history of Nigeria, which was later annuled by the military led by General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.

He was one of the founding fathers of the PDP where he rose to become the chairman of the board of trustees of the PDP. He was the Minister for Works and Housing under the administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999. In fact he was the Deputy Coordinator of the Obasanjo Campaign organisation.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine Anenih and many kids, one of which is Tony Anenih Jnr. He had lost a wife and a son in quick succession many months back. Which made him retire from active politics to take life easy. He died at an Abuja based hospital after a brief illness.

The beginning of the Police and EFCC is most obviously the beginning of wisdom now for all them boys who used to engage very much in "laulau" like they call it all of a few months ago.

It's like the minute the Police and EFCC went on rampage and started going to the clubs, lounges and joints to go arrest all of these young, highly impressionable loud spenders (by the way that's what is referred to as laulau), whose way of life, was to hit the dough (money) and then begin to show it off without a care, driving some of the biggest and latest machines in town, wearing and garbing in some of the best brands that money could afford, going to clubs with some of the most gorgeous and sexily garbed damsels that any can imagine or even lay their eyes on, spending money like drunk sailors, in such ways and manner like money was just about going out of fashion, so it should be spent like a waterfall.

All of the lavish, an extraordinarily vulgar open display of wealth seems to have subsided for a bit now, since the Police and EFCC focused attention on the more popular ones. Now it's more like they all have gone totally under the radar. We can even tell you first hand right now that the night club owners et al are all complaining of low patronage, those silly spending where boys would be competing with each other to see who can spend the most per night at a joint, which the club owners loved seems to have stopped. Imagine a bill of between 9 and 11 million by just one person on just a (1) night of revelry alone!!! So just imagine that on a good night of fun, a club/joint/lounge  could clock between 50 to 100 million Naira at the height of the debauchery and ostentatious display of wealth!!!

What that just says is that in just a weekend alone, a club might make between 50 to 150 million from these uncontrollable revellers and if you do a plus and minus in just a month, that's like carting home between 100 to 500 million a month. So the club owners were just smiling home to the banks anyhow, while the father xmases were trying to outdo each other, the joint owners were just praying that it should never end. But the minute the scrutiny began, everything nosedived drastically and they are now complaining bitterly in fact cursing the Police and EFCC men.

So where Abolo and Co? Have they all relocated to Ghana etc like it's been speculated?

For daring to disturb the peace at the INEC HQ office in Abuja, Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, his House of Representative counterpart and speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara, Senators Dino Melaye, Ben Bruce, PDP chairman Chief Uche Secondus, with a Governor-Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto, Dr. Sule Lamido and others were tear-gased in Abuja by the Police.

The gathering had come together to protest what they termed the skewed outcome of the recent Governorship election in Osun State, where the PDP's candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke in somewhat controversial circumstances lost to the now declared winner and Governor-in-waiting, Alhaji Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola.

Maybe in their own way to prevent violence and disturbance and keep the peace, the police decided to tear gas and disperse the crowd, which drew the anger of the eminent personalities. Check out the pictures above!!!! 

POLICE SET TO INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE OF DEATH OF DBANJ'S ONE YEAR OLD SON

It has been a very sad few days since the unfortunate and avoidable death of the handsome son of D Banj and his wife, Daniel Oyebanjo III. The unfortunate demise came about as the one year old drowned inside the indoor swimming people at his parents home in Ikoyi on Sunday, June 24, 2018.

Since the sad occurrence was confirmed, most especially by the father of the baby who was far away in America attending the BET Awards 2018 when the unfortunate event occured, it has been an avalanche of outpouring of emotions from all over, as friends, fans, colleagues etc have been sending in their messages of condolences, commiserating with the musician and his family over the painful, so Untimely loss. Daniel the 4rd only just clocked a year old in May of 2018, that's a few weeks ago and the birthday was so very well celebrated.

Even the Police have not been left out too in sending their condolences. But just as they have commiserated with the star and his family over the sad loss, they have also confirmed they would be investigating the unfortunate incident also to find out the remote cause of the sad occurrence, they even released a statement towards their intention thus-

THE SUDDEN DEATH OF LITTLE DANIEL

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Edgal Imohimi, on behalf of officers and men of Lagos State Police Command, wishes to commiserate with the family of Mr and Mrs Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo a.k.a D’BANJ on the death of their one year old son, Daniel (Jnr) Oyebanjo whose sad event took place yesterday 24/06/2018, at the Ikoyi-Lagos residence of the family.

The CP wants the family to know that at this period of their grief, the entire Command shares in their pain.

Although a delegation from the Command, led by the Divisional Police Officer, Ikoyi Division, CSP Mustapha N’Abba, who were at the Ikoyi home of the Oyebanjos on a condolence visit did not meet anyone at home, it is expected that when the mourning period is over, the family will formally report the circumstances that led to the unfortunate death of little Daniel to the police. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.

BURNA BOY DECLARED WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH A ROBBERY INCIDENCE!

First and foremost, he has not been declared a robber, you need to be proven guilty 1st, before that can be done, but according to the Police statement as relayed via a briefing just today, the young music Crooner needs to report to the Police as soon as possible to extricate himself from every suspicion and accusations as related by some robbers caught quite recently.

According to the acting Commissioner of Police Lagos State, Mr. Edgal Imohimi, 4 robbers had attacked another musician known as Mr. 2 Kay not too long ago, at none other place than the Eko Hotel!!!! Scary? Yes very very.

They had escaped, but after diligent investigation a girlfriend of one of the robbers was arrested whose name was said to be "Matejero". The arrest led to to further arrest as the robbers were rounded up.

After interrogation, the robbers confessed or better still claimed that they were hired for the job by "Burna Boy" via his manager- Joel Kantiock, who was also arrested in Zaria, Kaduna State.

The robbers claimed that they had gotten an initial down payment of a miserly ₦50000 and then were paid a further ₦50000 after the deed was done by "Burna Boy himself", making a total of ₦100000 (One hundred thousand Naira only).

So the Police are looking for Burna Boy to come explain himself or his own part of the story. For now effort to get him has been futile.

We only just hope, that this would turn out to be a case of mistaken identity or something not too crazy!

The social media was awash all of yesterday about how cross- dressing social media sensation, Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye aka Bobrisky had been arrested by the Police and that he was soon going to be transported to Abuja, the FCT to face some alleged allegations, facts of which couldn't be readily ascertained.

People had allowed their imaginations to run riot, believing that maybe the recent admittance by the in your face cross-dresser that he was gay, might have triggered his arrest. While some had alleged that his arrest might have been a fallout of his imbroglio and constant bickering with another celeb, Toyin Lawani of the Tiannah Styling empire fame.

The story literally gained major traction, as some pictures of someone that looked like the 'internet celeb' looking distraught, wearing no make up, not even wearing shoes at a supposed Police Station were posted about.

Just because several people had tried endlessly to get across to the male Barbie and couldn't get through at all, that also added to the drama that he had truly being arrested and maybe he had no access to his phone(s).

But another drama has been added to the already evolving drama as the head of the Nigerian Police in Lagos State, Acting Commissioner of Police, Lagos Edgal Imohimi has denied any knowledge of Bobrisky's arrest! If the commissioner can say he has no knowledge of an arrest, it must mean that he would have asked his whole formation or command and they would have denied knowledge of an arrest! The Police boss even went further to say, "Ask him who arrested him"? I don't know about the arrest, and more so he has no problems with us"!

Also, the PPRO of Zone 2, Police Command, the gorgeous Mrs. Dolapo Badmus has also denied any knowledge of Bobrisky's arrest too! Maybe he wasn't arrested by the police as alleged on the social media.

So was Bobrisky arrested at all and if so, who did? 

OUTSPOKEN MALE BARBIE BOBRISKY ARRESTED!

Developing news has it that the very outspoken male Barbie whose original name is Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, but more known by his alias BOBRISKY was either arrested or invited by the Police many hours ago in Lekki. The fella for sometime now has enjoyed some major form of notoriety for his many antics.

Real reason for the so called arrest is not confirmed as at yet, though speculations has it that it's either because he recently came out from the closet (when he claimed he was gay and would be going to hell, which is against the law in Lagos and attracts a 14 year jail time upon conviction) or it might be because of his lingering beef with serial entrepreneur Toyin Lawani, which in the true essence we doubt. Toyin Lawani has since denied any part in the arrest through her associates.

The unconfirmed report says that he could be transferred to Abuja pretty soon.

From the pictures of the fella that's been circulated about, it's very obvious that he is very agitated, as he is devoid of all the fanfare that's normally about him, maybe the arrest was a rude shock to him.

More juice has the story develops. 

BANKE MESHIDA LAWAL & THOSE HELPLESS GIRLS!

We had heard about this story, but had thought to let it be as we felt that the whole imbroglio might have been a storm in the teacup that would be resolved very easily and quickly, so that all would go their ways and bygones would have just been bygones. But alas instead of that to have been the case, the whole thing just escalated further and degenerated to a very fiasco!

Banke Meshida Lawal, is the boss at BMPRO, which is probably one of the biggest names/brands in her line of business. She's the make up artist on speed dial to the celebrities and stars worth their salts, as she doesn't come cheap at all.

Her 2 combatants were her own former staff members- Damilade Williams & Annabelle Warrie, who according to the gist felt they had done their bits, after a combined 12 years (7 & 5 years) experience working for Banke and could now become independent, maybe they were 2 of her best.

Apparently seeking for independence didn't go well with their boss or maybe there were some unresolved rancour already festering which weren't spoken of or addressed before they left, the next thing was that both were accused of ₦28 million Naira fraud/theft! Twenty what millions? Over how long?

The first thing to ask is, how come that colossal amount was left just laying around just like that? If the deed wasn't perpetrated in one fell swoop, how come it took getting to that massive level before the internal mechanism set up against such from happening didnt pick up on it earlier until it became Twenty plus millions?

How come it was after these duo had left, that such discovery was made? Not just that alone, both were immediately arrested and then thereafter were tricked as they were transferred immediately to Abuja? Is it that the Lagos arm of the police as a whole, was incompetent to be able to handle that little case of alleged misappropriation?

Loads of questions have flashed through our mind that has begged for some answers, but that has remained unanswered. Access to the 2 was denied while in detention, and even their boss who made sure they were arrested had remained taciturn.

Imagine that in late September of 2017 after their cordial resignation, the police visited the duo's home in Surulere to affect the arrest of the 2 on a petition by Mrs. Lawal alleging that both "had profited from their former company's brand and diverted the company's funds to their personal accounts.

The allegation was that they had used the company's brand to collect businesses for themselves, where payments were made, such was not remitted to the company and jobs were not executed, so the clients that had supposedly paid were very angry.

So the Police visited the duo's home & met only one of them, whose arrest or invitation they made, to answer to the allegations, she couldn't go home that they as she couldn't make her bail. The other lady later cane too, to make her own statement too. It was after this that the police drama began. From Onikan to Alagbon and before they knew what was happening off to Abuja, after the Police had lied that they were being transported back to their Surulere Lagos home!

In Abuja they were further detained for more days, but by now the allegations had changed again, has it had to be reconstructed! But why did the Police lie, when they could have just said they were transferring the duo to Abuja? Also were they already convicted by any competent court of law, for them to have been tagged "criminals" at the airport by the police as they were being transported to Abuja?

The question to also ask is this, it's obvious that they were going to be "taught a major lesson they would never forget in their lives for both "conniving to leave together" at the same time, to unite to form their own company". Maybe they were both 2 of the best hands, who had also gained a massive followership while at BMPro and even after leaving were still getting jobs from their former customers at BMPro. But "why kill a mosquito or mosquitoes with a sledgehammer"?

Could the girls have done various deals? O yes they could have and most probably have done some before, but ₦28 million Naira?????? They would have had to do ₦500000 job 56 times to accumulate such. If that be so, over what length of time was these diversions, misappropriation, fraud, theft perpetrated?

Another question to ask is, were the Police able to trace that ₦28 million to the accounts of the duo? Who were these clients that were swindled and didn't get value for their monies and therefore were very angry and so wanted their pound of flesh? 

DAVIDO DETAINED FOR FURTHER QUESTIONING TO UNRAVEL THE TRUE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT LED TO TAGBO'S DEATH

-TAGBO DIED OF ASPHYXIA
-His death was obviously due to deliberate negligence.
-Tagbo's so called friends abandoned him when he needed them most.
-With friends like this, then it's better to dine with the enemies.

It's not yet plain sailing for Davido the award winning Nigerian musician, whose friend by name Tagbo passed on in circumstances that has remained very very cloudy.

So to further unravel the mysteries surrounding that sudden death, Davido was invited again to furnish the answers to some knotty questions.

According to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Edgal Imohimi, the musician has been detained at the Lion Building Police Station on Lagos Island so as to help the police.

The Police Commissioner said at a briefing on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 the Police are investigating the case of Tagbo's sudden and unnatural death which happened on October 3, 2017.

He went on further to reiterate that "at the General Hospital on Lagos Island, the CSO of the hospital by name Oparah Moshood had informed the DPO of the Lion Building Police Station, that an unidentified male was brought in dead in an ash coloured Toyota Hilux with registration number LXB 738 EX.

The dead victim was brought in by 2 unidentified male. On searching the body of the deceased, the police found an international passport with the name Tagbo Umeike.

You can recall that one Caroline Danjuma an actress and the victim's fiance, published on her Instagram page that her fiance died in the company of friends including one David Adeleke aka Davido. To be objective and in my usual style of fact finding, I called for a pre-investigative meeting in my conference room.

In that meeting were all the parties including family and friends of the deceased, family and friends of Davido and of course that of Danjuma and the DPO of Lion Building and the IPO were also present.

The meeting confirmed the following, that "Tagbo Umeike" on the day in question met and had drinks with friends including Davido at 'Sushi Bar'. The CCTV camera footage of the bar was called for and it showed that the victim had "40 takes of Tequila".

During that meeting, Davido said he left the bar for DNA night club. He stated that he was only informed of the victim's death at DNA Bar. However investigation conducted into the case has clearly revealed that one Tunde Yusufu, a driver and the driver of Davido's white Toyota Hilux Vehicle accompanied by one Agbaje Olaoye and one Idris Busare both Davido's friends took the deceased to Lagos Island General Hospital and abandoned him in the car in front of the hospital on the instruction of Davido.

"The CCTV footage at the General Hospital picked up the white Hilux vehicle and captured the entire incident. The vehicle was recovered at No 7 Awosika Street, Lekki Phase 1".

The police said the new revelation completely debunked Davido's claim that he did not know how the deceased got to the General Hospital in Lagos.

"For this reason, I have instructed the DPO Lion Building and the investigating officers that they should invite Davido for questioning. It is in our interest to know why the victim was taken to General Hospital and dumped him, and why those who took him there fled the location without as much as notifying the hospital authority or reporting to the police.

"That calls for questioning. As I am talking to you, Davido has been re-invited for questioning. He is at the Lion Building Police Station.

The autopsy report on the deceased revealed that he died of "ASPHYXIA" which in lay man's term is suffocation. At the end of this sub round of investigation, I will again let Lagosians know our findings".
