The online magazine
is static at the moment but will be interactive in the future, it will have 6
themed editions annually, The Loot is a 30 page fashion adventure, and allows
readers to click through to buy , as well as news, features and interviews with
women from around the country, and eventually the continent. It carries a rich
mix of advertising and editorial from brands that
are stocked by L’Espace — Word has it that they will soon carry advertising
from brands they don’t.
The aim is to inspire the L’Espace consumer from the start of her fashion love affair —‘the idea is to develop a title that is for and about extraordinary women with fascinating stories’ says Ogiemwonyi ‘the team worked hard to actualize something that has a relatively international appeal, with a unique African flavor – Afropolitan if you will, something that speaks to women with a global view, from the ambitious student to the accomplished banker. The unifying factor? An insatiable fashion appetite.’
