NOT A PALATABLE NEWS AS DR SID AND SIMI'S MARRIAGE FINALLY COLLAPSE

When they exchanged their wedding vows a couple of years back 2014 to be more precise, it was a talk of the town nuptial they had, as good money was well spent to make it one of the weddings of the season then. While Dr. Sid, full name Sidney Esiri was one of the raves of the moment then, being one of the artists on Don Jazzy's label, his wife Simi was from a wealthy home and had a good job. Their families left no stone unturned to make sure it was a befitting nuptial.

Fast forward now to a couple of years after and after 2 adorable kids, girls for that matter-Sydney & Sarah, it's a sad story instead as the center couldn't hold no more and both have to part ways permanently. They had had much trouble and turbulence all through. Some had even speculated that part of the issue was because the dentist turned music star, who had followed Don Jazzy his boss from Mo Hits to Mavin Records with the likes of D'Prince, Tiwa Savage and Co wasn't as buoyant or liquid as he used to be when he and record mates were ruling the airwaves and balling extraordinarily. So maybe as things weren't too good, madam stepped in more and more. All of that are unconfirmed speculations!

There were stories of altercations in the past, as it's common in nearly all marriages too. In fact it was said that Simi used to slap her husband around and abuse him (domestic abuse), which she has denied in strong terms. They had parted for a bit and later tried to come back together and people felt they must have learnt their lessons and would be more careful now, to at least make things work. But alas, seems like everything has totally collapsed and scattered now. Simi herself released a statement, where she stated very clearly that the marriage was done for and is irrevocably headed towards divorce and that both would do their best to be good Co-parents. See the letter above.

May they both find future bliss in their chosen paths.

CRYSTAL BALL EXPECTATIONS FOR 2020 FROM MAESTRO'S MEDIA

So sorry that we are just coming out with this. And we are very happy again to welcome you all into 2020, a mystical year of great experience and expectations. Already as you can see, the year is running quite fast and we have already done about 9 days already and the 10th day is running out fast, the year is running 🏃 like there's somewhere it is racing to. So inevitably that already tells us all that, whatsoever it is we put our hands and minds on to do, we must do it quickly, as time truly waits for no one.

So again from the deepest most recess of our beautiful ♥ heart, we say all over again, WELCOME to the year 2020. That you are a part of the new year, new decade, is majorly because Grace and Mercy as brought you thus far. Some did actually cross over into January 1st 2020, but many have also crossed over to the great beyond already too, it wasn't like they planned it like that. So they actually saw it, but never tasted of the good therein. Even with all the preparations and New year resolutions planned and packaged.

May we all that have begun it in good health and with the hearts of excitable expectations, see it through till the very end with at least most of our expectations met. So that at the end of December 31, 2020, we would have exclaimed and exhaled and shouted that, God was great to us all and that we are far better than how we started it.

Thanks to the likes of Gbogbo Bigz Gal, Mama BornGirl, Aproko, Blair Witch, Fan, Oolong Darjeeling and many of you great Anon and many of those we couldn't readily recall now, all our great fans and uncommon supporters for standing by us through thick and thin. We appreciate you all, we Love you all equally and appreciate your time and effort and support. We also apologize for some of our shortcomings. May Goodness and mercy and grace wrap around you all like a vice all through 2020. May all your endeavors yield GREAT results and fruits too. May all your expectations not be cut off

Amen!!!!!!

WE ARE NOW ON OUR OWN PLATFORM www.maestrosmedia.com

1. We are so elated to tell you all that we are finally moving fully to our own platform www.maestrosmedia.com . It has not been easy at all, but the creator has been kind and benevolent to us. It has been a labor of love and sacrifice. We are still not satisfied though, but we would not rest on our oars. We sincerely ask for your unflinching support and help to remain at the top. What we do is not easy at all, so send us hints, stories that fits our kind of package and all and we promise to do justice to such henceforth. Let's explore and do excellent things in 2020. The site is very ready as we speak. Check it out-www.maestrosmedia.com

A peek into our crystal ball like the famous Nostradamus would have done were he to have been alive reveals that-

Olori Shilekunola Morounke Naomi Ogunwusi

OONI'S WIFE TO DROP BABY OR BABIES.

2. We are highly expectant as it concerns the household of our highly revered monarch of gracious gait. That's talking about Yoruba's Numero Uno royal father himself, in the person of his imperial majesty, 'Alaiyeluwa Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II'. The one and only, most regal Ooni of Ife, a man of excessive panache & carriage, probably the most stylish royal father to date in Nigeria. 2020 would most probably or definitely be the year that Olori, that's his, stupendously gorgeous and mild mannared, prophet wife by name, 'Olori Shilekunola Morounke Naomi Ogunwusi' would most likely put to bed.

We are actually expecting either a twin or triplet and even if just one, either boy or girl, (we suspect an heir) no matter the gender though, we would still be most elated for the royal family; who are our equivalent of the English Royal Family. But something tells us though, that it's most likely going to be twin. That unpleasant elevator experience in our own opinion, though a funny and unfortunate experience could actually be a pointer towards something that would finally emerge and bring major relief at its emergence. Ninu ikoko dudu le ko funfun, tin jade (out of the blackened coal pot is where solid white palp comes from). The wise would understand.

Olori Hadiza Saheed Elegushi

EXPECTATIONS IN HIGH GROOVE FOR QUEEN HADIZA TO DROP HER BAMBINO.

3. Still on the royal houses. All things being equal, the household of another regal monarch, a filthy rich monarch at that, in the person of Alaiyeluwa Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi Kusenla III, the Elegushi of Ikateland and environs through his 2nd wife, in the person of the very dashing Olori (Queen Hadiza Saheed Elegushi) should also be expecting or better still be welcoming a new visitor in the mold of a bouncing baby (a bambino).

We hear though that maybe before or after the bambino or bambinos might have arrived, if things go as planned, we might be having the Lagos leg of the Kano ceremony too. An official Lagos Owambe to welcome Olori Gushi II, officially into Kabiyesi's harem. Meaning it could just be a 2-pronged off the hook celebration then.

May it happen as the royal family contemplates it.

Alaiyeluwa Oba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi Telu 1, Oluwo of Iwo

A REPLACEMENT FOR EX-QUEEN CHIN EAGERLY AWAITED.

4. Yet more on our royal fathers who are a lot in our focus this year. Remember that they are goldfishes without any hiding places. We are so very sure, in fact, we are ready to place a big bet on it that, a new Olori (queen) that would replace the former queen Chanel Chin is somewhere in the horizon already, waiting to be ushered into the palace of his royal majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi Telu 1, the Oluwo of Iwo, the self styled billionaire Emperor and representative of the God (god). The authority over the gods or is it deities, who had late last year sent his ex-wife a Canadian citizen and her child, their child packing in a most ignoble manner, that had raised eyebrows.

Kabiyesi would most definitely be in need of another trophy wife to take her place besides him. And a slim shady (copyright Eminem) we hear is already titillating though under the radar right now, the heart of Nigeria's most flamboyant, most outlandish king yet. To say it without much aplomb, all things being equal a new Olori is on her way in without a doubt. A lady is even said to have been seen around kabiyesi even if clandestinely, that's even before his fiasco with the now estranged ex-wife Chanel Chin became public.

Burna Boy

REIGNING INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTARS TO INVADE NIGERIA. BURNA BOY TO CART HOME THE GRAMMY.

5. All through the new year more very current international music acts from around the world (globe), by that we mean reigning ones would come visiting for one show or the other in Nigeria and also Ghana too. The inimitable Cardi B most probably gave us (Nigeria) the best PR ever that any international star could have given the country. That she came, saw and conquered, having 7 stars fun unlimited, which she spoke happily about for all to hear was a massive coup for us. Her testimony about Nigeria is going to make great impact on the international entertainment scene, so that those international stars have begun to have another better narrative of us.

Thanks also to the likes of Burna Boy, who is the current most marketable music star from Nigeria, then also Naira Marley, the lord of the Marlians movement, Nigeria's rave of the moment and other super stars like Wizkid, Davido, Kizz Daniel, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade Nigeria's own undoubted music living legend 2Baba and a few more. Nigeria would continually enjoy the attention of the world too. There's the most certain likelihood that Burna Boy, who is currently "NIGERIA'S MOST STYLISH ENTERTAINER" bar none, would cart home the Grammy for which he has been nominated for, for the first time by a Nigerian winner or even real African act. This past Derty December 2019 was the most epic one ever, but it would most likely be beaten hands down by the upcoming 2020 edition. Burna is also most likely to surpass all other music stars in terms of earning in 2020.

To even let you know that crazy money is pouring in left, right, center in torrent. His mom's first class, 5-stars apartment in Ikoyi at Femi O..... is a sight to behold and his own place too, hmmmmmmm. Let's just leave it at that. The Rolls Royce, Ferrari are just a tip of the iceberg.

Mercedes Benz A-Class Maybach

THE NEW ONIRU OF IRULAND LAGOS TO BE DECLARED.

6. Baring any unforeseen circumstances that could prolong the emergence of the new king, the next Oniru of Iruland, Lagos would have been declared before the end of the 1st quarter of the year, meaning by latest March of 2020, a king would have been announced take over the reign of the kingdom that used to be cast and very rich. If what we have seen in our crystal ball happens just as it should, then the new Oniru of Lagos, Alaiyeluwa..... Oba, would most likely be driven to the palace in a cascade of glory, in a gleaming, brand spanking new, top of the crop [2019/2020 Mercedes Benz S-Class Maybach]. This chariot of the super duper rich, is one of the most luxurious sedans in the world with a starting price of $175000 with 70% duty and other charges added it would come to about $297500 approximately $300000 which in Naira comes to N108m give or take. That kind of amount should point everyone somewhere.

If that car would be the official chariot of the new incoming royal father, it would actually then mean that status quo would actually be maintained somewhat, despite all of the intrigues that has followed the picking of the most eligible prince for the vacant throne.

Wink 😉.

THE NEW MARRIOTT HOTEL IN GRA, IKEJA SHOULD LIKELY BE OPENED.

7. Finally an authentic, a truly 4 to 5 stars hotel worth its salt, that cannot be questioned should be ready for operation latest, middle to the last quarter of 2020. Like you have already read from the subtitle, it is a Marriott hotel and it would be located in GRA, Ikeja super highbrow area of the mainland that can comfortably stand shoulder to shoulder with Ikoyi.

The 250 plus rooms investment is finally and slowly reaching finishing stages. It is owned by the Billionaire chairman of Sifax Group of Companies and Sahcol, who is the philanthropic father of LAX. When the place is fully functional, we can bet it would employ a high number of people in their hundreds. Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, the financier, is known to be one of the most benevolent of rich Nigerians ever in history. We hear that ex-beauty queen and event architect extraordinaire and lady of God, Ibidun Ighodalo is actively involved in the construction of the 4 to 5 stars hotel, at least as it has to do with the 1st class interior designs. When it opens it promises to be the best hotel in Lagos.

THE RAT RACE AMONGST THE FEMALE STARS/CELEBRITIES TO OUTDO THEMSELVES

8. On this very note it shall be very glaring. We mean the battle to outshine, out-wear each other. Many who cannot afford to buy G-wagons, would do all that's is humanly possible to get Range Rovers or other cars that they believe can assure them of bragging rights in this their rat race. Their Bermuda Triangle would indeed work over time this season. As they must announce themselves as the new 'yeyebrities' that have arrived anew. Get set to see the social media get flooded by stories of supposed new unprecedented acquisitions. Desperation would be to the power of  infinity. And nothing would be off limit. Their motto would infact be, "the end justifies the means. Grown ass men would literally walk and fall into open traps and would pay through their noses for it. Many would be pus@# whipped to submission and the end result would be someone celebrating new cars and things.

Just wait and see!!!

POPULAR LAGOS BASED NIGERIAN PLASTIC SURGEON IN BOTCHED SURGERY MESS

We have no issues whatsoever with anyone indulging in anything they feel is good for them or that helps to boost their confidence. Many have had to do it, to help correct what accidents of all kinds, might have screwed up terribly. So that's great. But there have been too many instances too, where people have just indulged in it just for the fun of it.

For those in this category. It's a quest to just re-do whatever it is they have considered nature's mistakes. In their minds, they believe that maybe nature cheated them or short changed them, so with the opportunity to try to make amends available, nothing is ever again going to stop them from achieving what they consider their dream bodies. So however it can be done, no matter the risk and cost, they don't mind going under the knife to correct such problems or achieve their goal.

While there have been so many successes, so many in fact too numerous to count, there have also been many mistakes too, in fact even casualties too and that's scary! Remember it was the complications from a liposuction gone bad that eventually killed a well known person not too long ago. Just like we have in many professions, smart alecs and charlatans, who just want to experiment, just so they can make money abound in loads. But also there are qualified personnel too, who knowing very well their own limitations should embrace restrain, but instead of accepting such, they have preferred to be seen as a jack of all trades, master of all. So just bring any job, we go do am!

This particular doctor, a  celebrated plastic surgeon for that matter, is well known, especially since plastic surgery became the in thing in Nigeria. And since he emerged on the scene with his practice, he has done loads and loads of jobs, a quite many successful ones at that. And by virtue of that he believes he has become extraordinary at doing many of the procedures that have been brought his way. In fact he has become very cocky, over confident and somewhat rude.

But this particular liposuction that he did around June/July has turned into a super ugly thing. What was supposed to have emerged better and given the person operated on renewed confidence, has emerged even far worse now, than what was there before. It's even a grotesque mess. And the particular victim is so ashamed and embarrassed of the botched job now, she feels too embarrassed to shout out.

The SW dude from all indication is so cocky now that it has turned to rudeness. The reason majorly for that is also because he sees himself as the salvation of all gullible women who aren't satisfied with their bodies and would go to any length to try to make a cosmetic change. So the demand from what we hear, is so far above the supply, hence the cost (price) is not cheap and the one that makes the magic happen can afford to be cocky.

Like we said before, we cannot begrudge anyone for wanting to help shore up their own self-esteem and confidence, but that's only when the process or procedure used in achieving such is not harmful and very safe and wouldn't add more problem at the end of it all! But the plastic surgery thing has since become like a dime in a dozen now in Nigeria. Just imagine that in the length of time the thing became more popular here, a number people have even died untimely in the process in recent times! And guess what, such deaths have been hushed!

Just imagine a secretary/trainee nurse/attendant, at a point leaving her popular boss, to go set up her own clinic, claiming to know how to do such procedures too! And then the not so easily  reversible accidents that have occurred at such kind of clinic, with people even dying and then such had to be kept hush hush. Very recently such a thing happened in Abuja to a lawyer and what has come out of it? Nothing!

Loads off botched jobs abound all over, here and there. Many have had to go re do what had been done before. And why wouldn't such be the case, when the ladies are literally queuing up to have one thing or the other done. In fact, some are even begging for discounts too, so they could go do theirs too! These doctors are so busy with appointments back to back that, they have jobs waiting for several weeks ahead. With such schedules, mistakes are definitely sure to happen.

In Lagos now, if you see 10 ladies (married and single) at most functions, at least about 4 to 6 of them, have had things done on their bodies just for the fun of it or to impress some men. Boobs, stomach, bum etc. The bum in particular is the most happening part to do now. The kind of bazookas or humongous edifices some people are carrying behind them now, are totally unbelievable. It's like they have stuffed massive pillows down their backs now and they carry those grotesque things with so much pride and aplomb, it's laughable. We can name names, but that's not necessary right now.

Back to the lady we were on about, her stomach which was done about 4 to 5 months ago is botched and she's ashamed now to let people know. Apparently when she reported back to the dude, he just told her it would get better and it hasn't. So now that the 1st surgery is like money down the drain and to correct now would be more money again and then just imagine the risk!

To our ladies, you all need to be careful. A word is enough for the wise. Any which way though, na your bodies ooooo.

#THEBLINGLAGOSIANS BY BOLANLE AUSTEN-PETERS MY SINCERE TAKE.

Grace Renner & Calabar Girl

Latasha Lagos

Kelechi Amadi-Obi

Tunde & Grace Renner

#theblinglagosians
I was honored yesterday to have been one of those, about 10 of us in all, invited to have a sneak peek (they called it special screening of the newest or better still latest movie in town, by a Nigerian called #theblinglagosians.

Leaving my place as early as 9am on a Saturday to attend a film premiere must have meant either the people were extremely important or there was just a reason that could have galvanized me to want to go catch such a movie and at that early hour of a Saturday. One of those things that pushed me was that, I had seen the trailer and it gotten to me, so my curiosity was heightened. Secondly the main person involved, that being Bolanle Austen-Peters, the super humble promoter of Terra Kulture, who is also the promoter of a few of the best stage plays of recent is someone I particularly hold high up there. So I wanted to see what she had to offer as per her first directorial debut, if I am right?

I have been disappointed by many of the Nigerian movies that have been packaged of late, which I greatly believe have been totally over hyped, in every sense of the word. So I had my heart in my mouth, praying that this one, wouldn't join the league of such crass & arrant nonsense that have been released for consumption, gba jen sinmi (abeg take let me rest). Just because there isn't much to compare with, must we see or watch bullshits in the name of entertainment??? I must specially commend the producers of 'King of Boys' though, for that special movie. Kemi Adetiba deserves a salute and plenty of accolades for that movie.

So going to see #theblinglagosians I had my heart in my mouth and it was because I had made up my mind that friendship or none I was going to be brutally frank about my assessment, not minding whose ox is gored. For we need to be truthful if we truly want improvements of any kind in what we do.

So I got to the venue and was ushered into the exclusive seating area like others were. I was offered popcorn and a drink and we settled down to watch what after seeing it through, for me I consider  "the best movie" shot in Nigeria by a Nigerian so far, in a long while. I was glad, I was honoured to watch this movie amongst the exclusive crowd first.

From the get go, at the appearance of the 1st set of actors my attention was gotten. Let me make a small confession here. 80% of the time as I watch a movie at the cinema, after just about 15 to 20 minutes, I normally always sleep off only to wake up, just before the movie ends. For me to be awake, it must mean that the movie/film must be captivating. It must grab my attention from the get go. #theblinglagosians got my attention from the beginning through out till the very end. It was a sweet, sonorous, captivating, well scripted, well acted movie with an excellent play track or music score, that told the story at wherever it injected. I must especially doff my hat for one of the truest musicians in this land, the one and only Brymo for his songs. This is in fact one of the first time that I wouldn't mind buying the soundtrack of a Nigerian movie. It was very obvious that attention to detail was in full effect.

Just because the movie is just coming out, I cannot be too explicit about it, but I ll try to say what I am permitted to say as much as possible. The opening scene was awesome. I particularly love the "wafe ku la leyi" part, which was epic as those words actually came to morbid past.

From that time on, those casts executed their parts exemplarily. These for me are some of the best Nigerian actors I have encountered. From Gbenga Titiloye, to Elvina Ibru, to Alex Ekubo, to Osas Ighodaro, To Bros Shaggy, to Helen Paul, to Adeola Aiyeola, to the incomparable Toyin Aimakhu, to just about everyone including the Waka pass, that played nominal but functional roles. There's no way, that this movie wouldn't pack all the awards. In fact it was a consensus that it must win both the individual and all other awards.

That Gbenga Titiloye could act is now a giving, but Elvina Ibru deserves special commendation for role adaptation, so also the incredible Alex Ekubo, the super hilarious Toyin Aimakhu who would win an Oscar any day for her comedic abilities. Alex, Bro Shaggy, Deola, Tana Adelana,  Helen Paul were all mesmeric.

The storyline had a great flow, those who edited did a super fantastic job. The make up and costumes were on point. Characterization and cinematography excellent. Role Interpretation on point. A movie must pass across a message at least or several messages as a whole to make a good one. This particular movie made sense no be small. You can fall or fail, but your ability to rise after the fall or fail is what would set you apart.

The Movie #theblinglagosians depicted the very plastic Lagos life at its best. It was real, relatable, fun, intriguing, captivating. I must say kudos to every one involved in the movie.

Would I watch it again? Oooo yes. In fact, again and again. Would I recommend it? Highly too at that. Far better than one bullshit that was totally top heavy that was over hyped of recent.

I must commend and thank #bolanleaustenpeters for putting her money where her mouth is and especially for not seeing us that would watch as nitwits that just about every nonsense can be thrown at. Nice movie. 4.75 stars out of 5 stars from me.

WHAT A WORLD!!!! A DESPERATELY EVIL WORLD AT THAT. WHERE 17/18 YEAR OLDS ALLOWED EVIL TO DOMINATE THEM

Emmanuel Aigbokhalode Balogun

The story below was so disturbing that we felt others could and should learn a lesson or 2 from it. We saw it and decided to reproduce as it was sent, not adding anything whatsoever.

Please please please. Let's teach our children, so that they wouldn't fall into the wrong hands and cause us grief at the end of the day.  If 17/18 year olds hearts can be so damned and evil, how wouid that heart be, when they are more grown? Just out of envy, they are now liable for premeditated murder. The sad thing though is, if the evil friends have connected parents, they would go scot free. Sad aspect also is, how can an hotel for that matter, not have a standby rescuer (lifeguard) on permanent call. For that negligence alone, the hotel should be held liable and shut down and sued for murder too. It's so sad, because I also lost my younger brother a few years ago, to a swimming pool accident too.

May the soul of the dearly departed 17 year old find rest.

#COPIED THE HEART OF MAN IS DESPERATELY WICKED....WHO CAN SAVE IT?

TRUE STORY.

We live in a very trying and perilous times. A very dear friends undergraduate's 17yr old son got drowned at the Dome hotel pool in abuja last weekend. He was in the company of his friends.

The friends didn't report to the hotel mgt what happened nor to the deceased's (Emmanuel Balogun) parents. They went back to the school (Uni Abuja) hostel immediately after the incident.

On Monday a young girl from uni abuja called the mother of the deceased that they did not see Emmanuel her son in class. She went further to tell the parents it's like something has happened to Emma and ended the call.
The mother called back the line but it was switched off. She notified her husband & they immediately placed a call to their sons number and it was off. They drove that Monday night to their sons hostel but met his absence.

They now got information that a party was thrown for fresh year students over the weekend at the Dome hotel in town. They set forth for the hotel. The hotel mgt told them there was a case of drowning in their hotel over the when'd & directed them to the police. The police now led them to the mortuary, lo & behold it was their son.

Yesterday morning, myself & the deceased uncle went to the police to see the CCTV footage of what transpired @ the hotel. What I saw and later heard yesterday was unbelievable. From the CCTV, we noticed the deceased entered the pool with 3 of his friends and around 3.33am he started struggling in the pool.

His friends where all watching him until he stopped struggling and drowned. They all left the pool immediately and one took his handset the other took his trouser and brought out the money inside the pocket and wore his shoes. They left the hotel around 4.18am according to the footage we saw.

The police went to the school & effected the arrest of the trio and mgt of the hotel. At the DIG's office yesterday afternoon, I heard something that has being giving me cold shivers all through yesterday and right now. One of the boys said that he wanted to raise an alarm to save the boy but the other two boys asked him not to.

That the deceased is always doing shakara because his father his rich, he went further to say that the other one said all the girls are always admiring the deceased so he should let him be joor. This are just mere 17/18yr old boys.

Watching the CCTV footage where the friends were watching him drown and collectively decided, cos there was a time they grouped together to discuss for about a minute & from the confession of one of them is not only traumatic for me but also disheartening.

They watched their "Friend" die out of jealousy & envy. According to them, it was the deceased that paid 2k each gate fee for them and also bought fish and juice which they all drank. This are mere teenagers with that kind of heart.

My people, be extra careful for people you call your friends. According to the DIG, A lot of people are being murdered daily cos of envy from friends. No doubt, There are good and wonderful friends but also, know ye, there are also friend-enemy everywhere.

So be extra careful and prayerful cos the love of many has really waxed cold. The young man was buried today amid tears according to the wishes of his parents but his wicked friends & hotel mgt  are still in police custody at the force headquarters as we speak.

May none of us bury any of our children or young ones in Jesus name. Amen. Beware of jealous & Envious friends, they are more lethal and toxic than acid.  Attached is the picture of the young man whose death would have being avoided.

BAMZE IS SET TO GO HOME, COME MAY 14, 2019 IN LONDON. RIP!!!!!

His friends, family members and associates are still reeling from the shock of his untimely demise. It happened so suddenly that many are still in disbelief till tomorrow. Young man in his 40s, supposedly healthy and doing well, only to sleep and never woke up again.

In his short, but eventful stay on earth, he was a gallant soldier. He came, saw and did his best to conquer but alas, his very best wasn't good enough. He lost the battle to death just last month and it came via, 'Cardiac Arrest'.  Cardiac what???? We all should endeavor to take care of our health and take notice of the tell tale signs, just in case. To think we are too young to die and that we live a healthy life is not just enough anymore. A stitch in time they say, saves nine.

So after the autopsy was done and it confirmed CA, the family have thought not to waste time, keeping his body unnecessarily in the morgue. So come this month of May in London, the body of Emmanuel Babatunde Bamigboye aka Bamze, not his soul nor his spirit which loves forever, would be committed to mother earth. Till we meet again on the day of his resurrection.

He would be missed by so so many people, most especially his immediate family of wife- Tosin and her 2 kids-Zabethy and Bolatide, 14 & 10 respectively.

Bamze was born 27th of July 1974, meaning that had death permitted, he would have clocked 45 in just 2 months time. But alas, the grim reaper had other plans and snatched in him in a cold and cruel manner on 12th of April, 2019, turning that day immediately to a dark, joyless day for all those who knew the gangly gentleman of a guy. Who was just too generous to a fault.

Bamze went to Command Children's School, Ikeja, Lagos. Had his secondary education at Command Secondary School, Ipaja and was an Alumni of the University of Ilorin (BSc Business Administration).

See the whole arrangement below.

BUT TRULY WHERE IS 'BIOLA OKOYA?

Biola Okoya

A couple of years ago, there was no A-class occasions or events, be it soirees, shindig call it whatever you want, that you wouldnt have seen the 1st daughter of the billionaire industrialist, Aare Razak Akanni Okoya of the Eleganza Fame, that's talking about the gorgeous, then sumptuously stylish 'Abiola Okoya' but better known as 'Biola Okoya.

But since we last saw her about 2 to 3 years ago, when she briefly came out of her self imposed anonymous cocoon, like a bear on deliberate hibernation throughout the winter months or periods, she seems to have receded back again into that cocoon. As she gone on the mountain? Is it some spiritual hibernation of some sort? Or is it just her, just deliberately cutting off from all the plenty noise and the plenty plastic people that used to surround her?

Gone are the days when at least once a month, you are too sure to see her, somewhere, someplace having loads fun. Like someone once described Biola in her hey days or hell raising days, she was 'the life and soul of the party'. But now one doesn't even see her at all again!!!

It has been speculated that one of the reasons, she might have decided to go totally off the radar, giving the unnecessary popularity and notoriety and partying a wide berth, might be because she has become a more circumspect, more spiritual, more religious person. It has been claimed that since Biola became a Christian, she was actually born a moslem, as her renowned dad and mom are practicing moslems, though there's the unconfirmed rumor that Alhaja Kuburat, Biola's mom herself too, like her daughter has embraced Christianity, very strongly.

Since she became a practicing Christian of a few years running now, she now leads a life away from the boozing and fun of yester years. Giving more credence to the scriptures that says 'behold old things have passed away, behold the new things".

At 52 now, she clocked that age in February of 2019 & with 2 teenage kids to the boot, the formerly married Biola, who has remained a spinster ever since then, who wouldn't chill out at some point in life??? Like it has been said before, when we grow up, is that time we have attained maturity. Maybe that's what has finally happened!!!!!

WHO IN THE WORLD IS THE WORLD FAMOUS DR. AYO OF VGC?

We hear he is the angel of help that all the gals, ladies, women and some men had been waiting for all this while, so since he came on the scene his place has been the mecca of activities for those in need of one help or the other.

He is the supposed force of nature, that is helping many ladies to achieve their dream bodies, dream shapes, correcting whatever it is they feel is not right or helping to put to shape any part that has gone south or that just needs help generally.

When you suddenly see those you have known before with flat arses, derriere, buttocks and straight hips, no waists, small boobs etc suddenly start showing off their new spanking bodies on Instagram now with shapes, boobs and things to die for. Flaunting their new buttoms to the world with delight, then you know for sure that the magic hands of the man of the moment has waved his magic wand and abracadabra, a new woman has emerged, all brand spanking new. Some even call him the "bum bum carver" . Mennnn what a job to do daily!! !

And he is most likely to be the most popular doctor in Nigeria now. That's talking about Dr. Ayo and the other older Doctor, Dr. Femi.

In Nigeria, it's no more just about flushing out the melanin alone invasively (from inside out) to emerge pure white (oyinbo), though the end product most often still comes with some slight discolorations at some strategic places like the elbows and knees and sometimes the ankle areas, but some still boasts of being able to achieve all round even 'toning' without any dark spots whatsoever. Now though, it's about having a '360 degrees', all round, total change of outlook. The ladies seem to have rediscovered all over again, what the men want and by men, we mean those with the cash, and not just all mere men. So to be able to compete well for the undivided attention of these few made men, who would go to any length to spend for their specifications, the ladies are redoing totally, in fact rejigging were necessary what nature gave them, to emerge more structured and more in your face. It seems to give them the required confidence and saleability that they require or desire badly.

Many of these ladies, both young and old, are going the extra mile to get sorted, to have the body to die for. While some want the end result to look as natural as possible, some are just going all out to stand out at all cost. What many have seen done on cable networks like it was far away as since become a near home experience. And since all cannot fly abroad to Miami and the likes (that's where TM 1st did hers, before coming back to Lagos to correct it after sitting too early). There's a surge in the numbers of those that have engaged in one or two or even more procedures now. Though most like to keep the fact under wraps, as they want most to believe they just achieved their desired body through natural means.

FF & KK both well known entrepreneurs in the lifestyle business in Lagos in Lekki, both have backsides that defies the law of gravity now. So pumped out are their bazookas that they are always the cynosure of all eyes whenever they step out. TM & DL now have more rounded behind that they flaunt now at the drop of a hat.

Now instead of all the expense to travel abroad and the likelihood of even still getting a botched procedure done by the many fakes that litter the US, Lebanon, Philippines, Brazil, the UK etc where the rich or well to do, those who could easily afford it then used to go to do those quiet nips and tucks before it became as popular as it is now. Now no need anymore to fly abroad  again as there is the ready made answer/solution in Lagos, Nigeria and his famous name is Dr. Ayo in VGC.

We hear that the dude is raking in the cash like there's no tomorrow and smiling to the bank nearly everyday for procedures done. In fact some say there is like a queue. The who is who have felt his magic touch and testimonies abound already. We are still compiling the names of those we know who have gone under the knife at one time or the other.

Dr. Ayo from the little information we have gotten went to Medilag, that's the famous University of Lagos Medical school, a few years back before going to further hone his skills abroad and now after a few years of practise, like an acorn has gradually grown into a formidable oak tree that's still spreading its branches MD helping to make many dreams come true. He is said to be in his early 40s and he is probably the most visible, most celebrated plastic surgeon presently in Nigeria.

From sleeping as an ugly duckling in one day, you could now emerge from that your slumber now as a Cinderella, that Prince charming would just be falling head over heels for as you emerge with a full new body and new attitude all by virtue of the magic of Dr. Ayo.

PETER "THE ROCK" FAYOSE EX-GOVERNOR OF EKITI MOCKS SENATOR IBIKUNLE AMOSUN OF OGUN STATE & HIS CANDIDATE, APM'S ADEKUNLE AKINLADE ON THEIR LOSS

Peter Ayodele Fayose

Senator Ibikunle Amosun

Former Governor of Ekiti State in the person of the now comedian, Peter Ayodele 'the rock'  Fayose has thought to rub salt on the open wound or should we say injury of the still very shocked outgoing Governor of Ogun State  now a Senator elect, in the person of, His Excellency Senator Ibikunle Amosun.

In a series of tweets, full of mockery, Fayose went for the jugular of Amosun, mocking him while reminding him of his large part in the way Fayose's candidate in Ekiti was dealt with at the last election in the State in 2018.

Hear him in the 1st tweet- YE Ibikunle Amosun, pls join us as we battle our orchestrated 'loss' at the tribuna. What goes around as come round. You 'Ja Ekiti gba". They have ' Ja Ogun gba",
YE, please remember to congratulate HE. Dapo Abiodun O.

My name is Ayo Fayose.

And in the 2nd tweet, he in fact twisted the knife that was still in the open wound, when he went.......

'I congratulate Gov. Ibikunle Amosun for LOSING the guber election of his political son, Adekunle Akinlade of APM. He can now join our club, having forcefully supervised & funded the rigging of Ekiti 2018 election by the same Prof. Abdulganiyu Raji who served as REC in both states'.

If truly Senator Amosun is complicit in what Ayo Fayose has raised in his 2 tweets, he must be regreting his part in the deed terribly now.

PRIMATE AYODELE DROPS BOMBSHELL PREDICTIONS AGAIN FOR 2019.

PRIMATE Elijah Ayodele

PMB

Babajide Sanwo-Olu

Nyesom Wike

Bayo Adelabu

The self-styled religious leader, who goes by the the title PRIMATE, heads the Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church, situated in Ejigbo, Lagos. Prophet Elijah Ayodele is very well known as a seer of extraordinary repute and true to type, he has again restated what he said long ago as per the chances of the PDP in the February 2019 Presidential election.

But not only just that, he also gave his predictions too on several of the upcoming Gubernatorial elections in some states of the Federation.

Hear him- the PDP would find it outrightly difficult to unseat PMB in 2019. Reason for the difficulty is because they have refused to do the right things from the very beginning of their pursuit.

According to him "I said it the other time & I still maintain it, if PDP had given the ticket to Bukola Saraki, they would have won because it's only Saraki that can unseat Buhari. But the PDP stakeholders have not done what they were supposed to do.

I said it in 2015 that Jonathan may be the last President from the PDP! I am still standing on it that unless they take a quick step and that is for Atiku & Saraki to do the right thing, that is only when PDP can win. For now I am only seeing Atiku & Saraki playing!

As per the Gubernatorial elections, "For Lagos State, it would be business as usual, but the APC will still win. Oyo State, it's going to be tough. The PDP man there has missed it, it's still going back to APC.

Ogun State is a troubled state. The election should have favoured the APC, but APC may not have it in Ogun State. Don't under estimate Amosun's candidate or the candidate from the GNI. But PDP will never get the ticket in Ogun State.

For Delta State, PDP will take the state. For Rivers, though its a do or die affair, Wike will still come back. Kano & Kaduna is for APC. Then for Imo State, if the PDP man is serious he can take the state, but unfortunately, I don't see him to be serious. And if the APC puts their house in order in that state, then they can win that state.

APC may win Anambra state for the President. Ebonyi & Cross River may go to APC, if the PDP is not careful in those states.

DROP DEAD SEXILY GORGEOUS AT 34. TOKE MAKINWA DAZZLES ALL IN SEXY BIKINI SHOOT

She's undoubtedly one of Nigeria's authentic 'influencers', if you doubt that pedigree, sign her on to see if you would be proven correct or wrong. For one to have 2.1 million followers now in Nigeria ain't no joke at all, even we our self attests to that fact. For you to better understand it, Linda Ikeji is just 2.5 million followers, while the famous instablog9ja is just 1.7million.

The totally in your face celebrity, OAP, author, businesswoman is a Scorpion, star sign Scorpio without a doubt. She loves been seen, she enjoys the attention that fame and stardom brings and she obviously must be smiling to the banks for it.

She has just clocked 34, that calculates to mean she came to this plain in 1984, and in just 30 plus years of existence, she has seen, still seeing, she's done a bit and she's still doing more and she's conquering, more and more everyday. What she's packed already into her 34 years of existence, might take some a whole lifetime to put together, so love her or not, she deserves some accolades.

She's one of those people that must have picked the Kardashian family as a model, especially Kimberly Kardashian-West and Kylie Jenner as models. Though one can simply argue that those 2 or the entire family loves attention. That they seek and crave the attention to the point of craziness, but let's look at it objectively and also from the business point of view, while many might not necessarily like them, while many might just see them through the moral compass and don't see them as exact moral models, they all without a shadow of doubt are millionaires with far-flunged influences. In fact, some are multimillionaires many times over and one in under just a decade is actually on the verge of becoming a dollar billionaire pretty soon!!!!

So like the Kardashians, so is Omotoke (a child worthy of care) Makinwa, good or bad attention, attention is just what it is, attention. And she's just smiling home to the banks for it, not necessarily minding whose ox is gored.

More after the break.

Speech by Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN- Honourable Minister of Power, Works and Housing FMPWH at the FGNTownHall Meeting in IBADAN.

Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN

“In 2015 the budget left behind by the previous government was N19 billion for works, N5 Billion for power, N1.2 Billion for housing, Total: N25.2 Billion

In 2017, the budget for works was N394 Billion; Power was N69.96 Billion & Housing was N64.9 Billion (Total N529 Billion).”

BRF: “We are constructing houses in 34 states in a pilot scheme to determine affordability and acceptability; and we have 90 transmission projects aimed at improving connectivity between the GenCos and the DisCos who serve you.”

“Those 90 projects are largely resuscitated because this government has recovered 690 containers of power equipment out of over 800 containers left at the Port for almost a decade because they did not pay contractors, who then could not pay the shippers & warehouse companies.”

“Those of you from Ondo and environs will agree that although the work is not finished, your travel time on the Benin-Ore-Sagamu road has reduced. Our contractor is on site and has to work while you use the road.” — @tundefashola

“The same is true of the Lagos-Ibadan Exp that connects Lagos, Ogun and Oyo; and links to Ondo. Those of you who use the road will acknowledge that you no longer have to spend the night on the road. You can go to Ibadan from Lagos and be sure that you can return on the same day.”

“Yet we have not finished. Please as you prepare to choose next year, remember those long hours on Benin-Ore, Lag-Ibadan that sometimes stretched into the Night. Do you want to go back? Ask yourself if progress on these roads in 3 yrs is better than what you‘ve seen over 16 yrs.”

“It will help you decide who to choose to ensure that the road is finished, and you can move forward. Also remember those who presided over the cuts in the budget of these roads in the 2017 budget.”

“As they plan to frustrate and slow down the Buhari Govt, the president innovates & finds solutions. There is now a Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund to ensure that the Second Niger bridge, Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Road, Lagos-Ibadan Exp... are not deprived of funding again.”

“Major roads in the Southwest like the Lagos-Otta-Abeokuta Road, the Ikorodu-Sagamu road, which had been deserted and left to decay, now have contractors at work. Do you want to go back to that?”

“The Apapa-TinCan-Mile 2 -Oshodi- Oworonshoki road has been awarded and work should start sometime in November this year as the construction equipment are being readied. This will give a final solution for the gridlock that was inherited from the last government.”

“These are some of the examples of what has changed and is changing for the better.

Those who ran it aground for 16 years now say we are not quick enough.

The question you right thinking and well-meaning citizens should ask is which Nation has been rebuilt in 4 years?”

“It is going to take more than one election cycle to consolidate on the progress I have shared with you; and if you do not choose wisely you can reverse it.”

“A choice to go back is a choice to reverse this progress and a choice to move forward is a sensible choice to consolidate and progress.

Those same people who caused the problem cannot now be trusted to fix it.”

“You will hear from them that the country has problems as they try to weaponise our challenges to deceive Nigerians.”

“Infrastructure decayed under their watch; insurgency & bombings started under their watch; grand corruption under their watch makes it impossible to identify 1 item of critical infrastructure that Nigeria can point to in a decade during which oil price averaged $100 per barrel.”

“On the housing side, as I said we are in every state including all the states of the South West except Lagos. Each site employs not less than 1,000 people made up of builders, artisans, fabricators, and vendors and we plan to do much more.”

“Through this infrastructure commitment, the President and the government are driving the economy vehicle in the right direction. The last quarter report of the National Bureau of Statistics for Q2 of 2018 shows the following rate of growth in sectors affected by my ministry:”

“i) Transportation – (Road, rail, water and air)  – 21.76%

ii) Construction – 7.66%

iii) Electricity – 7.59%.”

“But it is not just travel time reduction, & economic growth that is impacted, the number of road traffic accidents, injuries and loss of lives are reducing month by month as FRSC figures from June & July 2018 show. While the biggest cause of accidents remains speed violations.”

“Let me close with some specific comments on power in the South West: Magboro, Mowe, Ibafo, Ondo (North and South) are communities who were never connected to power supply before. That story has changed. They are now connected and experiencing power supply. That is Change.”

“This is because we increased generation from 4,000 to 7,000 MW; averaging 1,000 MW per annum; Transmission from 5,000 to 7,000MW averaging 660MW per annum, and distribution from 2,690 MW in May 2015 to 5,222MW in January 2018, averaging 844 MW per annum.”

“We have not finished and we have not reached everybody yet; but many of you can tell the difference now and attest to the fact that things have changed for the better.”

“Ask yourself if you use your generator longer today than in 2015 or if you spend less money on diesel today than in 2015, or if you are getting power supply longer today than in 2015.

Please choose next year according to that answer.”

“Also ask yourself who has done better: 4,000 MW over 16 years at an average 250 MW per annum? Or 3000 MW over 3 years at an average of 1000 MW per annum?

I have addressed the choice before you between going back and moving forward.”

“Let me end my contribution on another issue that is critical to the decision you have to make about your future.

That issue is TRUST.”

“Who will you trust to better manage your affairs. The one who did less with more; or the one that is doing more with less.

Without a doubt, we have done more with less time and with less money. That is change and we remain committed to doing more.”

BOYS ARE IN DEEP SHIT AS EFCC RAIDS NIGHT CLUBS & JOINTS

Just like the title above says it, the EFCC might have changed it focus and may now have their attention focused on any of these young lads who frequents the night spots, joints and bars with their humongous machines on the mission to show-off, while spending their ill-gotten wealth in such ways and manner, that beggars belief.

Just yesterday alone, at a well known joint on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Club 57 to be more precise, the long arm of the EFCC clamped down on some of these fly boys and their entourage as they were getting out of the joint after a good night of unbridled fun. It was a sting raid, so they all weren't aware of what was coming and so were not prepared for the surprise that came their way! So with these particular successful raid, many are already suggesting that the others are now going to be loads more careful and that those who do not have the businesses to back the lifestyle they live, are either going to shift their bases, run away for a bit if things are too hot or go underground for a while till things would relax again.

The EFCC on their verified Twitter handle gave credence to the raid- “Operatives of the EFCC early this morning raided Club 57 in Ikoyi, acting on intelligence report of activities of suspected Internet fraudsters.

“While some abandoned their exotic cars to evade arrest, some others resisted. 12 suspects were arrested, with 10 cars recovered.”

Mind you, many of the very big ones in the business, have solid backings from what we have heard. In fact some have the support of heavyweights in the force, behind them, who are said to be on their payroll, hence their very brazen attitudes.

For those who don't know, you have to be out at some of the joints in town to see how many of these boys intimidate others when they go on their spending sprees. Imagine that you go around and you see young guys driving some of the most humongous machines you can ever dream of and they have all not being smart enough to cover their backs with some legitimate businesses they could cover their asses when the push comes to shove. If the kind of raid that happened yesterday is sustained for a bit, then the night club owners and their businesses are the ones that would majorly feel the brunt, as these boys are most of their best customers/clienteles.

We met a young guy sometime last year, whose garage is worth at least near a billion Naira, if not more. He lives in a rented apartment somewhere, with things inside the house that's worth more than a hundred million, several more millions worth. This young dude is still in his 20s! He bought a brand spanking new Ferrari, that he air freighted in from Dubai after the purchase. He also owns a white G63 GGuard, we hear he also owns a Maserati and a few others. He drove and crashed, totalled his Ferrari under 6 months! After he had bought the Ferrari, he had also made up his mind to get a Lamborghini too! This is just one case.

There is also the case last year about that wedding, that got tongue wagging for several weeks. No wedding till date has beaten that wedding, including that of Dangote's daughter by display of opulence. The cars in the entourage of that wedding were more than 35, atleast 25 were brand spanking new G Wagons, driving by unknown young boys, a few Range Rovers were in the mix and the bride and groom rode in a Rolls Royce or 2. The display of opulence was so much that even some moneyed adults were intimidated. Just 2 of the guys sprayed 8million plus Naira, hard currency flowed like it was pure water. In the midst of the party were even go-go dancers doing strip tease. King of Fuji performed at the party and was sprayed endlessly for a long period of time.

If you want to catch many of these dudes who are not leaving in their own apartments either built or bought or rented, then you can either check Eko Signature, Continental Hotel and a few other places, where they have turned to home and you are too sure to catch many of them at these places having fun, with their posses and girlfriends etc. Imagine that last year alone a particular one who went haywire spending at a club, where one night's drink amd revelry bill was more than 10million Naira, stayed close to a year at the Signature!

How come many of these boys are still hitting paydirt daily! Inspite of the fact that or even as the scrutiny on them have not abated? You must understand very well that there are levels of operations in their type of business, differences in operations too. The mid level operators are those engaging in Yahoo-yahoo! The advanced level guys have moved to bigger things these are the G-boys. These ones by virtue of technology make use of applications that helps them to evade many of the firewalls of major companies, whose accounts they have been able to penetrate like they are the authorised people in charge and once in, they then transfer major funds in large amounts that are possible, from those accounts to other accounts, where they now share money with those account owners they have transferred to on 70:30 or 60:40 basis. Many of the account owners are abokis and others who deals in money transfers etc.

These boys believes wholeheartedly that they are not doing anything wrong, since they are dealing with companies and not necessarily individuals. There are also some whose advanced level border on the diabolical too, but that's a story for another day. You have some of these G-boys everywhere. And they also have many working for them too. Many have rented or leased apartments all over Nigeria, while they have some abroad too cutting the deals across the pond.

Would these focus on them help reduce the situation? Let's wait and see!
