Darey Art Alade has announced that the
special Valentine concert tagged, “Love: Like A Movie” will hold on February
17, 2013 at the Convention Centre of Eko Hotel and Suites Victoria Island, Lagos.
Some of Nigeria’s top artistes
have also been billed to perform at the specially designed
concert headlined by award
winning artiste, Darey. They include 2Face, P Square,
Naeto C, Iceprince, Flavour, 9ice, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Mo’Eazy, Zaina, South African
duo, Jozi among many others.
The event will also feature
some of the best theatrical performances ever witnessed in Nigerian concert history.
According to the
singer/songwriter, Darey Art Alade,
“We intend to create a magical experience that will stay with our fans for a
lifetime.”

OF MUSIC DANCE AND THEATRE THAT TOUCHES THE SOUL: “Love: Like A Movie” is
a theatrical concert for valentine, produced with style as an exhibition of
performance varieties. At its core, the project uses the interpretation of
powerful emotions, music, traditionally inspired dance/acrobatic performances,
lights, moving images and customized sets interwoven into a single production
to express the values of love and humanity in modern Nigeria, with the sole
purpose of creating a magical experience that stays with the audience for a
lifetime. It will feature music and collaborative performances between Darey,
celebrated artists around Nigeria, the international scene and an extreme
theatre company whose electrifying, choreographed aerial manoeuvres will
certainly keep guests on the edge of their seats the whole night. The event
will also feature original compositions, produced exclusively for the project
and drenched in state-of-the-art performances that fuse organic emotions with
technology to create ART; the ‘art’ of being in-love.
