SHINA PELLER SET TO OPEN NEW CLUB/LOUNGE ON OZUMBA MBADIWE

All things being equal come sometime in December 2013, a new  5-star club/lounge that would give all comers a run for their money is set to be opened in Victoria Island, Lagos. The joint venture entertainment spot is a collaboration between the handsome son of the late renowned magician, Professor Peller in the person of Shina Peller & equally handsome entertainment guru Dapo Aderele. 

As we speak, work is currently on going at a very frantic pace at the location of the new joint, which is just next to the Zenith Bank Branch on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, just a stone throw from the Mobil Unlimited HQ on the Island and across the road from Cactus.

According to the feelers we have gotten, the duo of Shina Peller & Dapo Aderele the promoters of this new upcoming place got the property next to the Zenith Bank Branch, broke it down completely and then decided to build their own club/joint from scratch to their own specifications. 

From the little we have seen at the construction site, it is going to be a place to beat and copy by others. The combo of Dapo Aura & Shina is most likely going to be a match made in heaven. Dapo seems to have the Midas touch at running a club/joint and Shina on his own is a moneybag/chief financier, who has many friends that loves to spend and spend good. So the battle of the nite clubs would soon begin on the Island; with the same crowd being the revelers that moves from one spot to another, it's sure going to be a battle royale of colossal proportion.

One only hopes that this new collabo between the 2 young men would not head the same way the collabo between Shina Peller & Biola Adegoke went over investment at the Nu Grotto, which is the latter's club. Apparently Biola Adegoke is said to have invited Shina to invest in Nu Grotto, which at a point was the best joint on the Island. After enjoying the bliss of partnership for a few months, something was said to have gone awry to mess up the partnership, thereby putting an end to the business relationship and by extension the investment. But instead of the 2 men to have settled their differences amicably and licking their wounds and move on. It has been a battle between the erstwhile friends ever since. With each side not willing to give an inch to each other. 

Away from the battle between Shina & Biola and on again to the present. If all things work as planned and the workers at the new site deliver as scheduled, business at the new joint, that some have called Luxe might kick off most likely in the 2nd week of December of 2013 preparatory to taking advantage of the December market which we hear is always very great.
