Sad sad day, one of us and a very hardworking one at that-Enenche Akogwu Channels television's Kano correspondent was one of those killed today in Kano. The 32 years old (1980-2012) was hacked down in the line of duty by gunmen suspected to be members of the dreaded Boko Haram sect. He was killed right in front of the Kano's State Government house.
The Benue State University 2004 graduate joined Channels TV 2 years ago in Abuja, the FCT; he later on became the Kano state correspondent, reporting breaking news from the Northern region.
Our sincere and heartfelt condolence to the family of the dearly departed, we also commiserate with Channels Television management on the loss of a fantastic & hardworking individual, whose life was cut short at his prime.
