SISI OGE 2011 SPECIAL-COUNTDOWN

No.1 Heritage Solution, a pan African establishment, established with the sole aim of preserving, promoting and celebrating the African values and identity presents the fifth edition of the annual cultural event with the theme: “My culture, my symbol” and season five of SISI-OGE the pride of Africa cultural beauty pageant.

According to the Organization’s President, this year’s event is the Fifth Edition and is set to be celebrated in grand African style in an all women production at the Civic Centre Victoria Island Lagos on the 24^th of July 2011. It will be an evening of fancy Festival on Red Carpet, Arts Exhibition, Cultural Beauty Pageant, Awards and Music.

 He further stated that Special Recognition awards will be given to five distinguished women who have impacted positive virtues to the society over the years and who the female youths in general can draw motivation and inspiration from. He also added that the women would be honored for their great immeasurable achievements not just as a successful women, but as a true mothers: The African Woman.

He further stated that ‘‘the concept of My Culture My Symbol is not just designed for celebration only rather it is meant to provide the general public with an insight to our cultural relevance and their usefulness in the society at large’’. He ended the session with a parting note that ‘‘our culture is our pride and also a veritable tool to nation building’’.
