One major thing the new Duchess of Cambridge-Princess Katherine is said to have done is helping bring unprecedented attention to the High street label-Zara, now its not only about been clad in Designer labels by stars & celebrities, many have caught the High street bug, though before NOW, what is now labelled as the Kate effect has always been on, the Zara label has always been a global hit with the fashion conscious & the stylish, but after the Princess wore a 50 pound dress by Zara a day after her wedding, the brand got a major boost and the brands ratings soared to the high heavens.
Now the Zara dress that has been an unprecedented hit is a Floral tulip dress-pictured above won by different top-rated celebrities, which at only 70 pounds has sold out totally,and had to be removed from the store's website.
To show the effect of the Zara label, it was reported in Australia in April, that when a store opened in Sydney at 9am, within 3 minutes of the opening time 80% of the stock was sold out, and with the success of the 1st store, another store had to be opened last month in Melbourne.
